"I think I should just go somewhere abroad and start my anonymous life over there."

"Shut up Ava. He has even moved on and you are still hung up on him." she said as she rolled her eyes.

"But I always thought he was the one. I always felt like home when I was with him."

"Stop talking bs. It has been what, like some six months since you both parted your ways."

"I am longing for warmth, for love, for person who knows what feels like being home."

"You will find one, but Mark was never the one for you. Accept the fact and move on." Melissa whispered as she searched for loaf of bread on the shelf of store.

"Yea maybe you are right."

"Ofcourse I am right. By the way did you wrote that assignment?"

"Yea."

"Good for you. I just remembered that we got homework the other day. I need to rush back and do it." Melissa
sighed.

"Yea, you need to." I giggled to myself.

"Hey, don't giggle." Melissa looked at me with annoyed face.

"Okay okay. I will help you with it." I said as I gave her petite smile.

"Hey, look at your back."

"What?"

"Aren't those Ron and Trevor?" she asked as I turned my face back to look at them.

"Yea they are."

"Ron, Trevor." Melissa shouted as they noticed us.

"Well well, look who it is." Ron said as he pleasingly smiled at us.

"Hello, what a surprise!" Trevor exclaimed as they both walked towards us.

"You both shifted to London for university, didn't you?" I asked. I remember they were dancing when they got admission in university over there.

"Yea right we did but afterall this place is home. It was like as if this place was calling us." Ron laughed.

"Yea it is." Trevor agreed with Ron.

"I guess you both should visit our place someday, you will love our rooms. It's been ages since we last talked." Melissa shouted in excitement.

"It's been just two years Melissa, don't exaggerate." Trevor shrugged and we all ended up laughing.

"Yea you both should. Our apartment is small, we can perhaps meet at some restaurant." I said to them as I actioned Melissa to stop talking about it. We recently rented an apartment for us near our college so that we can save time in traveling to college daily.

"Wait, what? You both are sharing same apartment? You both are living there alone? That's amazing." Trevor said.

"Well it's a rented one. Living there so that we won't waste time while traveling to college daily." I shrugged.

"So serious for college you both are, aren't you both?" Ron smiled at us.

"You were the one leaving the place and you are basically saying we are serious?" Melissa said.

"Dude let them meet at our place remember I have homework to do?" Melissa made puppy face.

"Well okay." I rolled my eyes at Melissa and smiled as Ron and Trevor looked at me.

"So when are you going to do remaining of your homework?" I asked her.

"Atleast I started working on it. I'll do the remaining later." she said.

"At midnight?" I asked as I looked at her eye to eye and Melissa being Melissa, she acted to ignore me as she applied her mascara.

"Hey voice of doorbell. Go and open the door." she shouted at me as she kept mascara in her make up bag.

"Hello." I gave them ecstatic smile.

"Hey." they both said in unison.

"Guys I have some wine here." Melissa shouted as she walked towards us.

"Dude you have to do your homework. Please don't drink." I shouted at Melissa.

"Yea yea whatever." she said as she ignored me and walked towards Trevor and Ron and gave Ron a big hug as she talked with Trevor.

"Remember how we used to sneak in our parent's room to take different drinks from their shelf?" Ron said as we started laughing.

"How can we even forget it!" Trevor laughed.

"It was Melissa's 16th birthday when you literally promised us that you will bring red wine for us and when you were not able to arrange it, you sneaked and bought your dad's wine." I pointed towards Ron and laughed.

"Remember how Max used to write letters to Ava and sign it off with your secret admirer and we all knew that except Ava and how she got angry when she got to know it was no one but Max doing the prank?" Melissa laughed as she looked at me.

"Well how and where is Max?" Trevor asked.

"With his aunt back in Australia." Melissa said as we all got settled on sofa in living room.

"And Leah?" Ron asked.

"NYU." Melissa said as we all drank second glass of wine.

"Melissa please don't drink that much you have to finish your work, please." I pleaded her.

"What work?" Ron asked.

"She has assignments to complete." I said to him.

"Well I can help her." Ron said as he made her stand up and pushed her across the living room towards her room.
