Symptoms-Lack of interest in activities,low appetite, problem in sleeping.patient is anxious about a possible divorce in near future.

Patient recently separated from her spouse and grieving the loss of possible future together. Its a shock for her as she didn't anticipate things turn out like this.According to her she has no idea why he became distant all of sudden. The negligence and ignorance is troubling the patient.

Patient is suffering fromDepression and anxiety.

Medication and congnitive behaviour therapy is the plan of recovery.

Saurabh read first report and prescription of doctors. He recall the time ,he refused to give attention to her. There is inner battle going on within him and she is not giving him space. She is all over the place , making him frustrated. In one heated argument he asked her to fuck off and leave him alone. How wrong he was.

I don't know what went wrong between us. We were okay till last month. I am still figuring out things. I want to reach to you and help you but you are not allowing me. It felt,you have built a wall around yourself which is hard for me to crack. You were asking for space, I am giving you that. I just hope, you will resolve what's bothering you. I don't know why but I felt you want to get rid of me.I am leaving you my prince, giving you what you want the most, peace and solitude.You said,'I don't want to see your face.' I'll not show you my face and won't contact you,till you won't initiate. Be happy,take care of yourself . If there is someone who can make you happy,go for it. I'll not create any problem.

He said fuck off in heated argument,she exaggerated things. She shouldn't have leave home just like that. You can't run away from marriage by writing a letter. This is not done. If she failed to give him space,he failed to understand her worry.

He turned few more pages which has continuation of previous medication. After that there is another page with long paragraph.

Surbhi met with an accident on 23 September. There is severe head injury. There is no clotting or internal injury but the patient is in coma. We are figuring out why patient is not responding to drugs. Patient suffered miscarriage.....

File fall from his hand. He doesn't have courage to read further.His unborn child is gone. The time he should be extra careful,he is troubling her. He gave lot of stress to her. If he would be with her probably that accident hadn't happened.

"I promise to keep my wife safe and bring happiness and welfare to her and our children." The promise he gave at the time of wedding rang in his ears. He ran towards bar , which he set up for his guests. He took a bottle and gulp strong liquid for the first time in his life. He never touched it before and when he did it today,it gave strange sensation.He gulp sip by sip but didn't feel intoxicated .He hadn't forgot anything like they shows in movies. His pain is as fresh as it was few hours ago. He throw one bottle on floor and soon many bottles joined.servants neither dare nor have permission to come here. He broke everything which came in his way.It didn't subside anything so he left the house. He start running in the street of Mumbai.He didn't know where he is going. He saw hills and start climbing it. He didn't care about weather, lights, safety. Storm within is too much to handle.

"Why me?"Saurabh shouted from top of his lungs.Tears flowing from his eyes. He is standing at the top of mountain and his voice echoed in the whole area.

"Why me everytime?"he shouted again, clutching his hairs like manic.The pain is too much to bear.His body is burning with fire which wants to burn whole world around him.His soul is drenched in pain and want everyone to drown in it.The beast within is untamable. Everything inside him is breaking into pieces.

"What you want from me?"he looked towards sky."yes, I was wrong in pushing her away but I don't deserve this.she don't deserve it. I was angry with her.I wanted to teach her a lesson. My feelings were all over the place.Everything was a mess.I thought, I'll figure out a way. I thought, I'll survive without her.This heart and this Dick is responsible for it. This heart kept yearning for her all this years and this isn't satisfied with anyone. It remains rock hard no matter how much the other girls try. He punch things, drain all his energy to the point of collapsing .He called his driver to pick up him. He returned to his room and she is awake now. He felt she is waiting for him.

Khana?(food)"she uttered innocently when he walk towards her .Thats the limit of his patience. He wanted to thrash things , lashes on her. He is angry with himself,her,her parents, circumstances. He is angry with whole world.

he wanted to shouted"You want to eat. Have it"he wanted to throw packets of chips, chocolates and cookies.
"this too."he wanted to brought various food items from kitchen and throwed on her but....

He blinked his eyes and she is sitting there clueless. Her eyes watching his frustrated state. Its difficult for her to understand what's wrong?There is no tears and anger.what is it she doesn't know?she kept staring him.

Why can't she proceed things ? He need just one word of comfort from her and that's it. He is not going to ask anything else. Its selfish to want it from her but he has no one whom he can rely. He doesn't know where to go,whom to ask,for one moment of peace.

She extended her hand forward, spread her palms ahead "food"she begged while kneeling on his feet. Her eyes looking at him with anticipation and fear. There is hope for getting food.

This is it,he can't tolerate it anymore. The one who never demanded for anything, begging for food. What is more bad than this? He falls on the ground besides her.He felt something is toring him apart. He hides his face in his knees . where he came to?

Life sometimes takes turns in direction we never imagined in our dreams. A wealthy businessman and cute girl next door. A match has chances to survive and only hurdle could be hot young third party. Present scenario is hard to believe. Looking towards them it's hard to decide whom to hug and whom to punish.
Who is most miserable?
The one who forgot everything or the one who lost everything. The one who forget her own existence,lost all her spirit or the one whose world destroyed by his own mistakes.
Who is in most pitiful situation?
One who is enduring the pain or the one who unable to remove the pain.
If one is helpless another is aimless.
Is it right to bear that level of punishment for one mistake?
