Why Sizhui calls Wei Wuxian Aniē?

It's because Lan Zhan told him to call Wuxian Aniē instead of Diē since the one who raised Sizhui is Wei Wuxian. The person Sizhui was close to as a young child was Wuxian making him the Muqin and Lan Zhan the Fuqin.

While for A-Fei

She calls Wei Wuxian Aniē because he looks like a maiden with his long hair. His motherly attitude adds up to it making A-Fei call him Aniē.
