The following days were peaceful for Xingchen and Xue Yang. Their parents never bothered them at all. They spent every minute with each other, going to places that they have never been before.

Xingchen was having a great time travelling with Xue Yang and their other friends. Wei Ying whose always tagging along complains everytime they began to get lovey dovey with each other.

'A-Yang thank you for taking me to these wonderful places. I really had fun.' Xingchen smiled showing his cute dimples. Xue Yang returned the gesture by sealing him with a sweet chaste kiss.

'Don't thank me. I'll do anything as long as it's for you. Even if it's impossible, I'll make it possible.' Xingchen's eyes became teary after hearing Xue Yang's words, they again shared another sweet kiss before continuing their trip.

'Wei Ying we have to tell Xue Yang about madams condition.' Jiang Cheng whose been tagging along with them as well said while looking at the two lovers from a far.

'I know that, but we'll have to wait. For now let's just let the two of them enjoy themselves.' Wei Ying said before dragging his twin with him.

Xingchen kept pointing at the beautiful sceneries that they are seeing. Xue Yang watched his lover with a loving look. He was memorizing every detail on his lovers face.

'If mom and dad won't accept our relationship then I'll just take you away. Xingchen this is a promise that I won't break, the two of us will always be together.' Xue Yang thought while still looking at his lovers face.

'A-Yang if there was a second chance in life will we still meet each other and love each other like what we are now?' Xingchen gave his lover a back hug.

'Let's make a promise A-Yang. A promise that we cannot break no matter what happens.' Xingchen's embrace got tighter, tears were already forming at the corner of his eyes.

'I don't want this happiness between us to end just because of what our parents want. I promise that whatever happens we will always be together, not even death can part us. If one dies then the other follows.'

Xue Yang was shocked at what his lover just promised. But he too was just about to make the same one.

'I promise to do whatever it takes to always stay by your side. I won't let our parents get in the way of our love for each other. I'll follow you to wherever you go, even if it ends up with the both of us dying.'

'Hehe... at least us dying together is kinda good too rather than dying alone. Even if we were to die then will just find each other in our next life. After all we are already destined for each other whether we don't remember each other our hearts still do.' Xue Yang felt a single tear rolled onto his right cheek at what his lover said.

His feeling happy for having such a great man to love him. And feeling blessed for having him by his side.

'Then that's a promise we both will never forget and break. Our love for each other is infinite and no one can stand in our way.'

With that being said they both shared a kissed full of passion. A kiss that shows how much they love each other.

It was already night time when Xingchen and Xue Yang got back from their trip. Their friends were waiting for them to arrive before starting to eat.

The others began to asked Xingchen about their trip while eating dinner. Xingchen happily told them the places that he and Xue Yang went to.

Xue Yang who didn't say anything just continued eating while looking at his lover.

Xingchen noticed his lovers stares and blushed slightly. He continued to eat still feeling the gaze of his lover. Minutes passed and he couldn't take it anymore.

With a pout he whined. 'A-Yang stop looking at me like that it's so uncomfortable and I can't eat properly.'

The way he whined was pretty cute and funny so Wei Ying couldn't resist laughing at all. The others let out a chuckle while Xue Yang just smirk at his cute lover.

'If you want me to stop, then stop talking and making those cute reactions.' With that he continued eating with a grin, ignoring his still whining lover.

After dinner Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng decided to tell Xue Yang about his moms condition.

'Xue Yang you have to go home and see your mom.' Jiang Cheng exclaimed after hearing what Xue Yang said. They already told him the whole story yet he doesn't want to go.

He wants to stay here and be with Xingchen.

'But your mom wants to see you Xue Yang. You have to go at least just for a day, visit your mom.' Wei Ying pleaded while looking at Xue Yang right in the eyes.

'Fine but the both of you will always keep an eye on Xingchen, never let him go outside by himself.' How ever much annoyed Xue Yang got, he couldn't do much about it when it's Wei Ying whose pleading him.

You see Wei Ying is a man who doesn't care about what his action can do or cause others around him. He talks straight not minding his words that may hurt or trouble others.

His also a man that is prideful he doesn't let anyone except his friends to make fun or humiliate him. He only pleads when the situation is worse.

And since Xue Yang, Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng grew up together, their bond is unbreakable. And Wei Ying is pretty close to Xue Yang's mom treating her like his own mother.

'Thanks Xue Yang and don't worry we'll look after your Xingchen 24/7. We won't leave his side all the time so you can relax.' Jiang Cheng patted Xue Yang's back lightly.

'When will you leave?'

'The sooner I get their the better and the sooner I will come back. here.'

Xue Yang left not too soon after telling Xingchen about it, reminding Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng to look after him.

'Is A-Yang's mom going to be alright?' Xingchen asked Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng whose busy playing games.

'Yeah she'll be fine but she really wants to see Xue Yang, so we have to persuade him to go back.'

'Sorry for always troubling you guys and for always keeping A-Yang by my side all the time.' Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng looked at each other after hearing that.

'You don't have to apologize you know. Xue Yang loves you so much, that's why he doesn't like it when he's always far away from you.'

'Yeah you're not troubling us at all and in fact your a great help. We can finally see and have the old Xue Yang back with us. He's always smiling and laughing more now, and it's all because of you.' That brought a smile to Xingchen's sulking face.

'Thanks you guys. Now tell me what was A-Yang like back then, when he wasn't what he is now?' Out of curiosity Xingchen asked, wanting to know more about what his lover was like back then before they met.

The two looked at each other, both giving each other a playful grin.

'Well, Xue Yang is always smiling, laughing, playing pranks with us, and his always acting like a child. But all of that changed just because of an accident.' Wei Ying's face became very gloomy. Remembering the past is very painful for them.

'Did you know that Xue Yang has an older brother.Brother Xue Qin was a very good brother not just to Xue Yang but to us too.'

A lone tear escaped Jiang Cheng's right eye.

'He was also a father, friend and a loving mother to Wei Ying and I. Whenever we're sad or missing our parent's he would always cheer us up along with Xue Yang. He would take us to amusement parks and have fun all day long. Letting us forget about our parents for a while.' Both twins laughed at the memories of their past.

'But all those happy moments came to an end when one sunny day. We were all on the beach having some fun time together, when Xue Yang's Dad called saying that their mom got into an accident. Brother Xue Qin took the three of us and we all went to the hospital where Aunt was brought.'

'On the way we encountered an accident, where the car we were riding collided with another and then a truck smashed the right side of the car where Xue Yang was situated. The impact was so strong that the car tumbled over a few times. Xue Yang was badly injured while Wei Ying and I we're injured but only with a few major mostly minor cuts.' Jiang Cheng swallows hard preventing himself from crying before continuing.

'After the car stopped tumbling over we saw a few cars start to surround our car. With Xue Yang being heavily injured as well as the two of us Brother Xue Qin decided to face them all alone. They talked for at least a while before we started to hear gunshots and then Xue Yang who's still badly hurt suddenly started to move and got out of the broken car. He ran towards Brother Xue Qin yelling.' Wei Ying let out a sob which startled Xingchen.

He quickly stood up and went to Wei Ying's side giving him a hug.

'You guys don't have to continue you know.'

'No, just continue Jiang Cheng this is actually good. We can finally let out all this sad feelings that we've been keeping for so may years now.' Jiang Cheng nodded at his twins words.

'Since the people that Brother Xue Qin was talking to are our enemy of course the gunshots were for Brother Xue Qin. But because Xue Yang got out and started yelling and running towards him the attention of the enemy went to him.'

'He became the target and the enemies tried to shot him. The good thing about this is that we didn't go to the beach with just the four of us. Brother Xue Qin brought a lot of extra men just in case something bad happens.'

Xingchen let the tears his been trying so hard not to fall, fall freely to his flawless pale skin. The story was just so heartbreaking. He can't believe that Xue Yang and the twins experienced such a horrifying thing at such a young age.

'The exchanging of gunshots continued while Brother Xue Qin tried to get Xue Yang and us to safety. While trying to find a place safe enough for the three of us to hide, Brother Xue Qin was shot at his lower right abdomen and left shoulder.'

'The one who shot Brother Xue Qin got shot in return and soon the gunshot exchanging battle was over but not without Brother Xue Qin getting another shot this time three gunshots were made. One on his left leg, at his right shoulder a d another at his upper left abdomen.'

Wei Ying's sobs became louder and Jiang Cheng couldn't take it as well and he too began to sob. All Xingchen could do is hug and comfort the two.

'We all rushed to the nearest hospital to get Brother Xue Qin's wounds treated immediately but due to too much blood loss he fell into a coma. Xue Yang and the two of us were also admitted to the hospital and was asked to stay there until we are all fully recover.'

'Uncle whose been taking care of aunt was very furious after hearing what happened to the four of us. He rushed to the hospital that we were admitted to and visited all four of us. He was very furious knowing that his oldest son was badly injured and in a coma. After that day, a few more days and then the three of us were allowed to leave while Brother Xue Qin is still in a coma.'

Jiang Cheng stopped for a while taking in a deep breath and calming himself before continuing his story.

'Two months later and uncle got a call saying that Brother Xue Qin's condition is getting worse and he showed no sign of recovering. We all went to the hospital and visited Brother Xue Qin. Since Xue Yang, Wei Ying and I weren't allowed to visit Brother Xue Qin, it was our second time to see him at his critical state and it was truly heart breaking.'

'His body was full of those tubes connected to different machines and he has an oxygen mask and a heart operator beside him. His face is very pale and he looks almost dead, if it weren't for his chest slowly rising and falling we couldn't even tell if his still alive or not.'

More tears escaped Xingchen's eyes. He hugged Wei Ying who's already trembling in his arms tightly.

'Aunt cried very hard at seeing his older son's condition worsening by each passing days. Xue Yang even begged Brother Xue Qin to wake up already while Wei Ying and I just stood beside Uncle silently crying. Soon the doctor came and asked for Uncle and Aunt. The three of them went outside leaving the three of us alone with Brother Xue Qin.'
