They all ate quietly, the only sound that can be heard is the sound of spoons and forks hitting their plates. Nobody dared to make a sound except for Wei Ying.

'Xue Yang, Xingchen. You both know that you two cannot go on hiding like this forever. One way or another you two will have to face both of your families.' Xue Yang halted and glared at Wei Ying who immediately shut his mouth up.

Xingchen whose still coughing due to the sudden question was being comforted by Xue Yang.

'We already know that you dumbass. And we won't be hiding like this forever, just waiting for things to calm down before we come out of hiding.' The way Xue Yang said those words left no room for any other argument. They all resumed eating in silence.

Xue Manor

~~'How can you idiots let Xue Yang escape?' Xue Yang's father yelled angrily.

The guards who were responsible for capturing Xue Yang lowered their heads in fear of getting more beaten up by their boss.

'Boss your son was being protected by his friends, that even Zhu Liu had some trouble with trying to catch him.' One of the men bravely stoop up to answer his boss.

"It's such a simple task yet you cannot even restrain my son. How can you all consider yourselves a part of this feared group, if justa simple task like that and you can't even do it right." Xue Yang's father spat before leaving the room.

Due to his anger he left immediately afraid that he might kill those good for nothing men of his.

'Hon, I think it's time for us to accept what Xue Yang wants and besides he's old enough to make his own choices.' Xue Yang's mother gently spoke. She guided her still fuming husband to sit before going behind him to give him a massage.

'I can't accept it especially if the one he's in love with is the son of my competitor in business. And his already engage to my friends daughter, I can't let my friend down.' This angered Xue Yang's mother.

She immediately stopped what she was doing and shoved
her husband hard.

'So you're just going to ignore your sons happiness for your own selfish reasons. How could you do this to Xue Yang, when you already know that he despises people like you who meddles with his life and the choises.' She yelled before letting out a sob. She was hurting for her son and for herself who can't do anything to help.

'Don't be like that. You know that I care about Xue Yang deeply and just wants to ensure that he has a great future ahead before we leave him.' He cooed his still sobbing wife. Whispering sweet words to her.

'No, even if you care for him you still continue to do such things that will make his life miserable instead of happy. Please consider this, Xue Yang loves Xingchen so much that if we try to part them it will break him.' She pleaded her husband who could only look at her in pure sadness.

'I'll think about it but for now let's take a rest, it's been a tiring day for us.'~~

Xue Yang and the others were talking just outside the abandoned warehouse while Xingchen was taking a bath.

{'Xue Yang your father hadn't made any move yet or even tried to send out some men to search for you guys.'} Jiang Cheng. Wei Ying's twin brother said through the phone.

Jiang Cheng and the other men who stayed behind, made sure that no men of their leaders father were sent out to hunt them down.

'Good just keep a lookout and call us if something bad happens their got it.'

{'Got it Xue Yang. We won't let you down and we'll surely do our best in protecting you and Xingchen.'}

'Thanks Jiang Cheng.'

'So what did my twin say to you?' Wei Ying tried to give Xue Yang a hard pat on his back but failed to do so. Because of Xue Yang's fast reflexes he dodged it easily, making Wei Ying almost face plant and kiss the dirt.

The others who saw immediately laugh upon seeing Wei Ying's crazy antics. Since Wei Ying is considered as the crazy, clumsy and fun one in the group they always try to make fun of him in a good way.

Wei Ying's crazy little stunts brought a genuine smile on Xue Yang's almost emotional poker face. When he was about to answer Wei Ying, Xingchen suddenly came out with his hair still wet.

'Why are you guys still out here. It's time to sleep already.' Xingchen yawned while rubbing his eyes cutely. Xue Yang blushed at Xingchen's cute actions.

'We're not yet sleepy Xingchen but I think you should go first and take a rest now.' Wei Ying urged Xingchen to go back inside but Xingchen stubbornly refused.

'No, I'm not sleeping without A-Yang.' That pout that he did made Xue Yang blush harder which got his other friends attention.

They all stared wide eyed at Xue Yang whose all red starting from his neck, ears, and to his face.

'W...what are you looking at. Xingchen come on let's get inside now and rest.' Xue Yang yelled at his friends, whose been busy gawking at him before pulling Xingchen inside the abandoned warehouse.

'Hahahaha.... can't believe our leader can blush that hard.' Wei Ying's laughter filled the silent place, soon the others joined in. It was truly an amusing thing to see their leader blushing to the little things his lover does.

The next morning the gang woke up to the smell of pancakes and bacons. They quickly got up, wash up, and got ready for the day. Once they made it to the kitchen they saw Xue Yang and Xingchen laughing together while preparing the delicious breakfast.

'Good Morning~' Wei Ying sang happily before giving Xingchen a hug and Xue Yang a pat on the back.

They exchanged a few good mornings before starting to dig in to the mouth watering breakfast.

Not a moment after and they finished all the food and are now resting in the living room of the abandoned warehouse.

'A-Yang, can we go to a possibly nearby town to buy some necessities and other things?' Xingchen asked looking at Xue Yang innocently. The simple gesture made Xue Yang blush madly again.

'W... when do you want to go?' He asked his lover while swallowing hard. He's so tempted to lock his lover in their room and pamper him with kisses.

'How about now.' Xingchen said before flashing Xue Yang a dashing smile. Xue Yang almost had a heart attack with that action.

He immediately dove right in and kissed his lover passionately right in front of their friends.

Once their lips part, Xingchen was blushing madly and hid his face on Xue Yang's chest. The others laughed at how cute Xingchen is when he gets embarrassed.

After that scene Xue Yang and Xingchen went out to go to the nearby town.

The ride their wasn't very long since they are riding a car and not walking on foot. Wei Ying tag along with them just for safety measures.

Upon arriving at the heart of the town they immediently went to one of the stores and bought the things that Xingchen needed. They also decided to buy some more food for them and the others.

'Xue Yang, I got a message from Jiang Cheng. Your father stopped trying to find you but Xingchen's parents are still out looking for him.'

'Tell him to get a group to keep an eye on Xingchen's parents and keep us updated of their where abouts and actions.' They hurriedly finished shopping before going back to the abandoned warehouse.

Xiao Manor

~~"We need to find him soon." Xingchen's father restlessly yelled at his men. They already failed three times in trying to find their Young Master.

"Go, find him at any cost. Don't you dare come back here without my son." Xingchen's father ordered his men once again before collapsing on his chair.

His wife went to him and started to massage his forehead.

"I think it's time to give up in trying to find Xingchen. We won't find him like this especially if he doesn't want to be found." She spoke with such gentleness and sweet voice, that all the stress that Xingchen's father felt all melted away just like that.

"I can't give up knowing that our son is with that son of a killer."

"You know that Xue Yang is a son of a mafia but he doesn't kill innocent people for fun, only the ones that are associated with illegal and sinful things. And if you look at it, has he gotten our son in any type of danger up till now?" The last question caught Xingchen's father off guard. He thought for a while before coming up with no answer.

"Let's just say that it's like that but we can't be certain now that he won't bring our son any kind of danger since his a mafia prince soon to be king of their group."

He's worries are only adding up as well as his anxiousness. He's son might be in danger as of right now.

"Enough of Xue Yang's lineage already, even if he's a mafia prince he doesn't even dare try to put our son's life in danger. Now I think it's time for you to consider Xingchen's feelings."

"They truly love each other?" The question he asked his wife was left unanswered for he already knows what the answer to that is. The love that his son and Xue Yang has was a very sacred on.

His wife gave him a look that if it could kill he would already be lying dead on the ground.

"Fine. Fine, I'll consider Xingchen's feelings. But I won't accept that Xue Yang so easily."~~

Xue Yang finally talked to his mother who happily brought him the news about his father trying to consider his feelings and happiness. That brought a huge relief for Xue Yang.

Xingchen was sleeping due to exhaustion from their little activity earlier. Xue Yang went out to have a talk with Wei Ying.

'Xue Yang, Xingchen's parents stopped trying to search for him.' The other news brought Xue Yang another wave of relief.

'That's good news. Now we can be at ease.'

'So, what happens now or after this is all over? Your parents and Xingchen's parents might consider the relationship between the two of you now.'

Xue Yang felt something inside him blossom upon hearing his friends words, that there is a chance that their parents will accept their relationship.

'Then let it be if they accept Xingchen and I's relationship. If they still don't accept it then I'll just kidnap Xingchen and elope with him. We'll live in a place far away from our parents.' With that being said Xue Yang let out a chuckle while Wei Ying laughed out loud.

He was literally rolling on the ground hugging his stomach while a few tears fell due to his non stop laughing.

It took sometime before Wei Ying eventually stopped laughing. He stood up and fixed himself before patting Xue Yang in the shoulder while grinning like a cheshire cat.

'Nice Xue Yang ah, listen to your heart and don't let them control you. And whatever you do or choose me and the boys will always stand by you. We are brothers now and forever, no one gets left behind. Brothers stick together for each other always.'

After hearing those words, Xue Yang gave another genuine smile before doing the handshake they made a long time ago with Wei Ying and the boys.
