~•~At The Hospital~•~

Xue Yang and Jiang Cheng just watch Xiao Xingchen and Xue Yang's Diē talk to each other. Xiao Xingchen was actually comforting Xue Yang's Diē who still hadn't calm down yet after going into another sobbing fit.

'Sir don't worry your wife will be okay just pray and trust her.'

'How could you know that everything's going to be okay?'

'Because I've been through what you are going through as well.' With that Xiao Xingchen became silent remembering his late elder sister who died protecting him from evil men who tried to rape him. Just because he has a pretty face and a body that's just like a woman's.

'What did you do when you were in my situation?' That made Xiao Xingchen snap out of his daze state.

'I did what I exactly told you but sadly mine was still not enough to keep her here with me. She died protecting me.' A tear fell in Xiao Xingchen's right eye. Xue Yang was by his side in a second and wipe the tear that fell.

'Hey come on don't remember that time. It's already in the past.'

Xue Yang hugged his lover who's now the one going into a sobbing fit. Remembering the past truly takes toll on Xiao Xingchen.

Xue Yang's Diē just watch them with eyes still full of tears. Even if he didn't want to admit it he can see that Xue Yang and Xiao Xingchen truly love each other.

Even if he doesn't want to accept their relationship he had no choice since both deeply love each other. Almost to the extent of abandoning their family just to be together.

So with a heavy heart he finally accepted defeat.

'Érzi can I talk to you in private?'

Xue Yang gave a puzzled look but still agreed. The two walked out and went to the garden while Jiang Cheng and Xiao Xingchen stayed behind.

'So Diē what do you want to talk about?'

'*Sigh* I've been quarrelling with your mother a lot lately you know. And do you know who's the main cause of it?'

'Who?' Xue Yang gave him a look as if telling him to get to the point.

'It's your lover. Your Mom accepted him but I guess I don't yet but now seeing the interaction between you two I finally understand. I can't force you to marry someone you don't love anymore. I...I finally accept Xiao Xingchen in our family and I...I'm sorry for the trouble I cause the both of you.'

Xue Yang's eyes almost pop out at what he was hearing. Is it true? He's father who's always traditional and believe in arrange marriage finally accepts his lover. Feeling truly happy he gave his Diē a bone crushing hug. The man hug back while laughing.

'I hope you and your lover can forgive me.'

'Of course we forgive you Diē. Just don't try it again.'

'Alright.' The father and son talk more about Xue Yang's lover while on their way back to his mom and lover.

~•~Back At The Island~•~

Lan Jingyi, Lan Sizhui, and Jin Ling were running all around the place when they get to the city. They went to different stalls, ate different street foods, bought accessories, clothes and many more.

While Wei Ying and Lan Zhan just went to some places that's peaceful and quiet. They did go to some stalls but only bought things that are eye catching or brings back memories to them both.

'Lan Zhan look look. Isn't this rabbit bracelet cute.' Wei Ying while beaming. On his left hand he was holding two bracelets with two rabbits, a black rabbit and white rabbit that forms a heart shape when put together.

'Hmm.'

Lan Zhan smiled at the sight of the rabbits. The rabbits meant a lot to both him and his lover for it's a white rabbit and a black rabbit that made them aware of each other. It also symbolizes the first time they met each other.

Without a word Lan Zhan gave the old lady selling the accessories extra money and even told her to keep the change.

'Young Man in exchange for this why don't you take these set of black rabbit and white rabbit accessories. It comes with pairs like a pair of ring, necklace, bracelet, pendant, earings, anklet and this cute small toys.'

Wei Ying even though he disagreed they still had no choice but to take it. Thanking the old lady the two went on their way.

'What a nice lady Lan Zhan. Look these two cute rabbit toys are so adorable. It reminds me of Wangji and Wuxian.'

'Hmm. Are you hungry?' Watching his happy lover brought another smile on Lan Zhan's face.

'Now that you ask I am famished. Let's go and find a good place to eat.'

The two walk some more before settling in a nice cozy restaurant owned by Wei Ying's Yeye and Nainai. Wei Ying ordered half of the food which mostly are spicy foods while the other half aren't since Lan Zhan doesn't have high tolerance to spicy foods.

'Wonder what those brats are doing. Do they have enough money with them Lan Zhan?'

'I gave A-Yuan my black card,
A-Ling and Jingyi have some money with them too.'

Suddenly a waitress came and interrupted them. She was flaunting her big boobs right in front of Lan Zhan who didn't even look at her. But still Wei Ying got irritated by it.

'What can I get you sir?' Ignored.

Lan Zhan didn't talk nor make eye contact which made the waitress more attracted to him. She still tried to gain his attention by going to his side and touching his right shoulder while still talking.

Having had enough Wei Ying threw a peace of pebble forwards her effectively making her stagger back a few steps.

'Miss if I were you I'd back off already. Can't you see that My Husband is not interested on you.' He literally emphasize the word 'My Husband' to let her know that the man she is trying to flirt with is married already.

'Excuse me but he's married to you, a guy at that and not even attractive.'

'*annoyed* Lan Zhan make her go away already before things get really ugly around here.'

The waitress glared daggers at Wei Ying before going back to her target.

'Sir why don't I direct you to another table where it's just you and me alone without this lunatic.'

'No thanks and please I want to have a talk with your manager now.' Standing up Lan Zhan took his wife's hand before making their way to the second floor where the office of the manager should be found.

Not even knocking the two walked in startling the old man who's busy typing away. The said man was about to yell when he look up. His face turned shock and then happy.

'Ah Master Wangji so good to see you again. As well as you Mistress Wei.'

'Long time no see, Yeye. How have you been? Where is Nainai?'

Smiling widely Wei Ying sat infront of his Yeye. The old man smiled happily while pinching Wei Ying's cheeks.

'Day by Day you grow even more beautiful my young child. Your Nainai is somewhere around the market with A-Fei.'

Lan Zhan silently watched the two. Smiling from time to time at his Wife's cute reactions.

'Aiyo... stop flattering me Yeye. How are you and Nainai? What about A-Fei is she doing alright by herself without any friends around?'

'We're fine and A-Fei sometimes gets a little sad but not that sad. I just wish her brother was here to be by her side. Unfortunately when we found her and her brother they were already very weak especially A-Yu who's been injured. If we just got their in time we could have saved both of them.'

'Hey Yeye don't be like that at least A-Fei is still alive. And I'm sure A-Yu is happy just by seeing and knowing that his little sister is well taken care of.'

The two smiled at each other remembering how they met A-Fei and A-Yu.

'A-Ying. I want you to adopt A-Fei and make her your own child. Since she already considers you her Aniē it will be good for her too since me and your Nainai can't look after her forever.'

'But--No buts A-Ying we are already getting too old to take care of her and the only one she's ever considered her mother is you. So please as soon as possible adopt her already.'

Lan Zhan stood beside his wife who clearly didn't know what to do.

'L-Lan Zhan do you agree to what Yeye wants?'

'Hmm, Yeye is right Wei Ying. Both he and Nainai is already getting too old to take care of her while working at the same time.'

*Sigh* Wei Ying became silent after sighing. This was actually a good idea since he wants to have another child but A-Fei is already five years old. What he wants is a child that actually came from his own flesh and blood.

'Alright Yeye we'll start preparing the adoption papers while you and Nainai prepare A-Fei as well.Right before we forgot what we truly came here for. Yeye I want that waitress who shows to much skin out of this restaurant immediately.'

'Why.' Wei Ying got a puzzled look from his Yeye.

'Because she tried to steal my Lan Zhan away from me.' Pouting Wei Ying smack the table lightly. That action earned him a loud laugh coning from his Yeye. Soon another laughter was heard coming from behind them.

'Aniē!' A little girl yelled before running into Wei Ying's arms.

'Woah, A-Fei you've grown a lot.'

So since it's sembreak for me I'm going to be writing and posting chapters 13 to 15 or maybe more.
