The following days Sherlene found herself in the company of the Moriarty Brothers more often.

Albert was a pleasant person to chat over violin and fencing lessons.

William mostly discussed literature and his goals with mathematics.

Louis found an interest in making desserts with Sherlene teaching him how they are made.

It had been three years since the Moriarty Brothers met Sherlene, although this time, it would be the last in a while.

"What?"

"I've been accepted at a school for artistic women in France, but I'm also getting lessons from a criminal psychologist to help with my dream. Besides, my mother attended the school and I would like to go. I'll be staying with Adelphia. " Sherlene said sadly.

The boys knew it was an opportunity for Sherlene to accomplish her dream, but they would be sad if she left.

That night during a ball, all three of them took turns dancing with Sherlene as other nobles looked at the quartet.

"My, it seems Young Lady Ravenscroft already has gentlemen callers." One tittered.

"Though sadly I heard she'll be heading off to France for educational purposes. So they won't see her for a while."

"The Brothers do seem really close with her. I wonder if they meet again, one will court her."

"Or possibly all of them. I wager Young Albert would make a splendid husband."

"Ridiculous, I think Lord William has the best chance, and his talent in education would be beneficial to their children."

"I believe Lord Louis is perfect, he does have exceptional talent in cuisine from what I heard."

Jack overheard the nobles gossip over who Sherlene would end up and rolled his eyes. Though he watched his students sharing her as a dance partner, he could not help but think how Sherlene could decide.

Before Sherlene left, the brothers gave her something.

"We hope you like this. We found it before arriving here." William said as he put it in Sherlene's hair.

"Thank you. I'll miss you guys but I do hope we'll meet again." Sherlene smiled.
