Intro + Part 1: Meeting You
Daisy's POV
My name is Daisy. Currently, I'm living in a warm and beautiful country, Malaysia. I am 21 years old. I worked as a teacher in a kindergarten and I kinda used to live a life that requires lots of patient. I always give up as a teacher during the first few weeks since the children were clumsy and naughty too. Sometimes, but kinda often, I need to clean up the mess they did after eating even they are eating at the table. I've been searching for a perfect time to rest my mind from this busy life and getting some peace.
Since it's been a while since I went on holiday, I decided to go this time. I just needed to. If I didn't get my mind some rest, I would probably just sickening my exhausted body and especially my non-stop working brain.
"Japan sounds awesome!" I said to myself.
I booked my flight to Japan only a week before it's departure on Saturday. Of course, happiness filled my entire mind and I couldn't think anything else other than my future expedition there.
"Hello mum, just want to let you know that I'm going to Japan next Saturday and I'll be coming back on Wednesday okay? I just needed to get some peace and break from my work hm. If anything happened or if you need me, please call me right away okay?" I called my mum and she told me to be careful and to take care of myself while I'm in Japan.
Saturday's morning.
My flight is at 9.15 a.m. and I am here at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) very early in the morning. I bring along my yesterday's tiredness with me but at the same time, I am excited.
"Nearly 7 hours to reach there," I said to myself as I took my seat.
The clock is ticking.
I read my book, sleeping, repeat. I ate too. The foods are awesome and just enough to make my stomach stop singing and aching from hunger.
While I was travelling my eyes to each word on the book I've been reading, I just noticed it was about a long-distance relationship story. I feel weird because I really don't remember when I ever bought this book but it is relieving to read. As I turned to the next page, a little note dropped onto my hand and I saw a beautiful birthday wish, written neatly, 'Happy Birthday my sweetest friend. Please find someone to love and have your own love story because you never have your own until this moment. I hope this book will help you found your prince. Sincerely, April. Love ya. ❤️'
I just remembered that I took the wrong book. I was supposed to finish my other book but since I was in a hurry so I just take it without looking. And I also remembered that April, my best friend gave me this book on my birthday last month. Lucky that she picked a good book too. I enjoyed reading the book and can't wait to finish it.
*Arrived*
"Finally I'm here!!!" I've been repeating the same words over and over again in my mind.
I quickly make my way to my hotel since I am worn out and all I wanted to do at the moment is to lay my body on the comfy bed.
Soon as I arrived at my room, besides laying down on the bed, I unpacked my luggage too and read my to-do list. I also listed some interesting places that I wanted to explore.
My activity for today is only to rest in my room and wait until the sun rises for my next journey tomorrow.
*2nd and 3rd day*
I started off my journey by visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Historic Kyoto since those places are my main places to visit plus I would love to know even more about their unique histories. I enjoyed visiting wonderful places here in Japan, taking lots of pictures, buying souvenirs for my family and friends and eating many amazing foods here. I also tried out their rare vending machines which not only sell drinks but also mystery boxes, flowers, snacks and many more. They even sell fruits, ramen and hamburgers. So cool! I never imagined that they could create something like that! I am so impressed!
End of 3rd day. Now, 10.30 p.m., I'm just enjoying the view of Japan at night through my window and let out a loud sigh. I enjoyed my holiday and I only have two days left before returning back to my country. I think I might only take some walk on the streets tomorrow, capturing the beauty of Japan and maybe I will buy a little bit more souvenirs if I think they are more stunning than those souvenirs I have bought.
*4th day*
After breakfast, I follow my planned journey I made last night. Today seems to be more beautiful than previous days. Or maybe it's just my imagination? But seriously, the sky is so calming, the weather is just nice too and I feel.. Somehow excited to start my day.
*Skip*
It is almost 4 in the evening and I think I'm done with my schedule. I'm heading to my hotel now so that I can pack my luggage.
While I was walking to my hotel, I saw a flower shop and I don't know why I feel attracted to the shop as my feet suddenly dragged me into it.
As I was looking at the gorgeous flowers, there are many types of it and I'm already so in love. I like the smell of the flowers and looking at them makes me feel even better. Just like medicine to release my stress.
Suddenly, a tall, handsome guy walking toward me and I didn't notice him until he said, "What type of flower are you looking for, miss? Maybe I could help you find it?"
