Ansera's pov

This morning Kouen told me to stick with Kouha today.
Apparently, Kouha will be looking for "servants" that would help him and also recruit people to be soldiers.
Since he seemed to be the only red headed prince to not have his household, we are looking for one today.
The other princes are at a war coucil or training.
Kougyoku-chan and Hakuei-san is too busy doing some girl stuff which I rather not join.

"Ne~ ne~ Ansera," Kouha said poking my cheek as we casually walk around the palace.
It was still snowing.
"What?" I asks.
"What kind of household vessel should we get?" He asks.
"What kind do you want?"
"I don't know. I just want that will be loyal to me and accept me."
"Hmm, what do you mean by accept?"
"Oh, nothing."
We were casually walking around the palace military, looking for people to join Kouha's household.
Why not the military?
Since we need the household to be great fighters.
So far the people we recruited from the military is .......

What's the problem with these people?!!

I felt disgusted glares directed towards us.

I had noticed that whenever Kouha wasn't looking the noble soldiers would give him these terrible looks and start whispering stuff to each other as if he was a monster.

I didn't understand that at all.

Kouha is such a kind prince and they are giving such disgusted looks at him.

That is so unfair.
They would all be so loyal to the other princes.

At some point, I couldn't stand it and walk up to one of the people glaring and glared back.
They were bullying one of my friends.
You mess with him.
You mess with us.
Forgetting the strength differences and height, I stomped towards there and started scolding the soldiers.
Kouha was quite shocked by how I acted.
I didn't understand why he was fine with this.
The soldiers just scoffed and picked me up by the back of my shirt as I (failed to) punch him and struggle to get myself free.
He laughed at my pathetic attempt to escape.
Soon a bunch of soldiers started laughing at me.
I grew a very large tick mark.
And a very dark murderous aura.
Kouha's pov
I was happy when Ansera will be coming with me today to get my household.
It's natural for me, the yangire prince, to be hated on.
So I was used to it.
Apparently it was new to Ansera when she stomped over one of our toughest and meanest soldiers.
And started scolding him.
Yup.
The palace is going to get destroyed.
I don't know why but I felt kind of happy when Ansera tried to stick up for me.
Then, the soldier picked Ansera up and started laughing at her as she tries to escape.
More soldiers started to laugh.
I was upset how they are treating our guest.
I was about to pull out a weapon and attack until

I saw something new.
Ansera was usually a cheerful girl who never I repeat never get mad.
Now I see black flames surround her angrily shaking figure.
Her bangs shadowing her eyes.
I notice she is holding a sword and started chanting some words.
It was all in mumbles so I couldn't hear it.
All if a sudden, a giant puff of smoke blocks my view of Ansera.
I tried to go inside but there was a shield covering it.
Wait, not a shield, a borg.
The next thing I knew, I hear many screams later.
Then everything was silent.
The smoke and borg cleared up in no time.
There Ansera was standing with an odd looking closed eye smile.
However, around her were soldiers that seemed to face her childish wrath.
(Btw it's been a month here so it means Kouha knows she uses magic and she's considered a noble by the royal family)

Her creepy smile was then directed to me.
I shivered unconsciously.
"Kouha, let's go somewhere else,ok," she said with a hint of demand.
"H-hai," I said as we walked out.
I couldn't help but stare at the poor soldiers.
Oh well, they deserved it.
As we walk outside, I started to wonder where we were going.
I checked if Ansera was chill now before I said another word.
"Um..... Where are we going?" I asked cautiously.
Ansera stopped abruptly and turned her head around slowly.
"Uh... eto..... I don't know......"
"........"
"Just anywhere away from those soldiers."
"Great timing then," I said.
"It has been so long since we hanged out. You busy helping politics with Koumei and me being a prince."

"Sure, where do you want to go?" Ansera asks.

"Hmmmm, why don't we go to the snowy moutain up there?"

"Uhh..... Sure, why not?" She says.

As we walk up the snowy moutain, we hear mourning from the top.

Hehe.

This mountain we are on was rumored to have ghost haunting this place for a month now.

I can't wait to scare Ansera.

When we got to the top, I tried my best not to laugh and point at the cave.
"Hey, let's check out that cave!"
"Sure," she says unaware of my intentions.

We both walk into the dark cold shivering cave.
Every step made a tap which would echo throughout the cave.
To my surprise, Ansera was not scared at all.
She was relaxed enjoying the eerie silence as I sweat dropped.

We walked deeper and deeper into the cave.
Ansera had not lost her cool and was smiling.
All of a sudden, her facial expression changed to that of a serious one.
"What's wro-"
Ansera pushed me down to the floor as a large purple beam made it right above us.
The beam hit the wall and the wall had incinerated.
Ansera put her finger to her lips to signal me to be quiet.
I nodded as we slowly walked closer and closer to our murderers.
When we got to the large opening, we stopped.
Ansera always had a large red sash on her and pulled it out.
She laid it on the ground.
I watched as it floated right before us.
She hopped on it and signaled me to come too.
She mouthed the words," For safety. Like my magic tool?"
I nodded.
I mouthed back. "My hair is going to be in a mess, though."
She rolled her eyes and mouthed," Deal with it."
We levitated on the red carpet inside the large cave.
It was a safe trip.
All of a sudden, we hear a woman shout, "LEAVE THIS CAVE AT ONCE!!!!! OR WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO KILL YOU!!!! WE KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!!!!"
Soon three colorful lasers started shooting everywhere.
"Shoot!" Ansera shouts. "We've been caught!"
Ansera activates her borg and tries her best to get through the lasers.

When we made it to where the voice was, we found three women all in ragged clothing, hiding their faces.
One of them tried to attack us to be deflected by the borg.
Ansera carefully inspects them.
"Their rukh seems changed? It kind of looks like those of a regular person yet a magician?" Ansera says clearly confused.
"Oh, I heard of those! They're artificial magiacian. People would make experiments on them to let them gain magic." I explain to her.
"That's awful!!!" She exclaims.
"It seems like these were thrown out." I say.
After a short silence, Ansera walks up to the the three woman.
What is she doing?
She going to get killed.
Ansera softens her voice and says," would you like to some with us to Kou Empire?"
"Huh?" The women asks.
Oh I see what you're doing.
I go up to them and say," You can help us in the Kou Empire. We need you. We promise we won't harm you in any way."
The women were shocked at our words.
They murmured a few things before they just let go of it and follow us back.

By flying carpet, we fly through the cold snowy gray clouds and into the palace.

It seemed as thought most of the staff was busy at the moment.
Ansera led the women to the guest rooms.
However, before I can follow her, she shut the door and jokily said, " Sorry, no perverts allowed!"
I pouted and sat outside waiting for them.
Ansera's pov

Sigh
I look back at the women and took them to the bathroom.
Today, all the staffs were busy so I had to deal with them.
There I had them take off their clothes and bathe in the large warm tub.
I had already prepared towel and cleaning supplies and such.

I waited outside in the bedroom as I got out their clothes and bandages out.
I had noticed how damaged some parts of their bodies were.
Once they were put of the shower, I gave them their clothes to change.
Afterward I put on the bandages for them, one of the woman who needed her face bandaged spoke.
"I must be hideous, aren't I?"
"No," I say. "You're pretty in your own unique way. It's just that your face needs to be bandaged because of the artificial magic may harm you. If I may ask, may I get all your names?"
The tallest one who had to have her face bandaged due to the experiment nodded," I'm Junjun."
"Jinjin." The shortest girl with her torso bandages said.
"Reirei," the woman with bandaged sleeves said with a smile.

I smiled at all of them.
"Nice to meet you!~ My name is Ankhseram. Call me Ansera if you like."

I let Kouha inside.
"Hello, my name is Kouha, third prince of the Kou Empire."
He gave off a nice gentleman smile.
"I look forward to working with all you beautiful ladies."
He kissed their hands to which they blushed at.
Flirt much?
I couldn't help but laugh and enjoy myself.
They were all panicking and red.
Kouha kept on nagging them to let him play with their hair to which they were too embarrassed to be touched by a prince.
These magicians are very fun to hang out with.
They are just different from others.
No, unique.
It just makes things more lively.
That's when the idea pooped in my head.
For the rest of the day, we spent training the three women for the job.
Since we were busy often, we had to teach them all in one day.
We somehow managed.

It was dark and we gave them each of them a room to sleep in.
We finally had some alone time.
"Kouha," I said softly as we walk back to our rooms.
"Hmmm~" he said as he stretched and yawned a bit.
"How about we try to save the exiled people to be part of our army?" I suggest.
"That's a great idea," Kouha said.
"We'll start tomorrow."
"Ok," I said sleepily.

We stopped at my room.
Kouha being "polite" escorted me inside.
I told Kouha to wait on my bed as I changed into my night gown.
By the time I got back, Kouha was already asleep.
He looks so peaceful so I decided not to wake him up.
I got on bed next to him and covered the both of us with the large blanket.
Just when I was about to fall asleep, I feel Kouha grab me into a hug.
Me as the little spoon and Kouha being the big spoon.
I felt his breathing on my neck.
I tried to struggle free but it was useless with the strength I had.
I tried multiple ways to wake him up which resulted in him sleep-mumbling "Just deal with it."
For someone so tired, how can he keep so much strength ?
So instead, I just tried to sleep with it.
"I .......love .........you."
Kouha just sleep-talked?
I moved my hand and pat his pink hair.
"I love you , too." I whispered.
We both fell asleep in my room that night, cuddly.

Yasssss, The story was exactly 2000 words. New accomplishment 😆😆 YAY.
I am so sorry for not updating as much.
I plan on trying to write more but my chapter for 1000-2000 words take 2 weeks to write and come up with the ideas.
I will try to update weekly if possible. Today doesn't count but I'm only updating on Saturdays.
I plan on tweaking my OC 's personality since it seems like her personality isn't that well shown.
I wanted her to be the haply person like Aladdin in a way.
