Tae : When will the baby come, Namjoon hyung? I am very excited to meet him.

Namjoon : He will come soon. Eomma and Appa started from hospital, they'll be here anytime soon.

Tae : I want to see him really bad.(With a pout)

Namjoon : And why is that?

??? : Because he finally have someone to call him 'hyung'.

Tae : Yes. I'll not be the youngest anymore.

??? : But you'll always be my baby bro.(Ruffling Tae's hair)

Tae : Stop it, Jimin.

Jimin : It's hyung for you, little bro.

Tae : We are of same age. Just because you were born 5 min earlier, doesn't make you my hyung, and don't forget you are shorter than me. (While smirking)

Jimin : You brat!

They both start running around the house. But stop immediately when they spot their other hyungs coming their way.

??? : So, you two are ready to welcome your baby brother?

Jimin & Tae : Yes, Jin hyung.

Namjoon : Hyung, did Eomma and Appa called you, when they'll reach here?

Jin : They called me when they started from the hospital. Yoongi, call them.

Yoongi : Yes, hyung.

??? : You two decided any name for the baby?(Referring to Jimin and Tae)

Tae : What about, Yeontan?

Jimin : It sounds like a dog name. What about Justin?

Tae : He's Korean, not American.

Jimin : It is better than Yeontan.

??? : Ok..ok..stop fighting.

Jimin : Have you decided the name for baby, Hobi hyung?

Hobi : Not yet. But I decided to call him 'Bunny'.

Tae : Bunny? Why?

Jin shows the picture of their parents holding a baby in their hands.

Jimin : He's so cute!!

Tae : Hyung, It's not fair that you, Yoongi hyung and Hobi hyung get see the baby first. (Whining)

Namjoon : Even I didn't get to see him. (Pouting)

Jin : Don't be a baby. You'll get to see him.

Tae : When the baby comes, I'll let him play with my toys.

Jin : Really? Then no fighting for your toys?

Tae : We became big bro's, we don't need toys to play.

Hobi : Is that so? Jin hyung, then we can gift that play station to the baby. (Winking at Jin)

Jin : Yes. If they don't want to play, then baby will.

Jimin : Ok. Then till baby really starts playing we'll make good use of the play station.

Brief Introduction.......

The Kim Empire, South Koreas No.1 business organisation. They were invested in business since 1950's. The second generation head of Kim's, Kim Soo-hyun, expanded his business overseas, and made a prominent name in foreign market. His wife Jeon/Kim Yeo-been, is an actress. Kim Soo-hyun has a younger brother Kim Taewon. Soo-hyun and Yeo-been, both fell in love and got married. They're having 6 kids and are ready to welcome their seventh.

Their happy and laughter moments were short lived, as they saw Yoongi came running into the hall, with a frantic expression on his face.

Jin : What happened, Yoongi?

Yoongi : (On the verge of tears) Hyung, Eomma and Appa got into an accident.

Jin : What? How?

Yoongi : I don't know. I've tried to reach them several times, but they didn't lift the phone. At last, I tried calling Park Seo-Joon (Bodyguard), and he said the car, in which Eomma and Appa were there involved in an accident. They're now in the hospital. He said they were badly injured...

Jin : Let's not jump to conclusions, OK?

Namjoon : Yeah. Come let's go to the hospital.

At the hospital....

All the six brothers reached the hospital. As Kim's were public figures, the accident matter spread all around and reporters were swarming outside the hospital. They reached ICU where their parents are treated.

Jin : Uncle Seo-Joon, How it happened?

Seo-Joon : Young Master Jin, It all happened in fraction of seconds. A truck came our way, and blocked the road, we got down to clear the traffic, and next moment, another truck came and...

Yoongi : How are they?

Seo-Joon : Doctor's are still treating them.

Doctor Jeon : Kids?

Jin : Uncle Jeon?

Jeon Jung-hyun, famous doctor in Seoul's Hospital and Jeon Yeo-boon's adopted brother. He's married to Park/Jeon Gyu-Young, she's a Pediatrician, in Seoul Hospital.

Namjoon : Uncle, How are Eomma and Appa?

Doctor Jeon/Jung-hyun : Nothing can be said now. They lost so much blood. We are monitoring their condition.

Tae : What about the baby, Uncle Jeon?

Doctor Jeon : He's completely fine, Tae. Your mother, made sure her baby was safe. She shielded him from the accident. Still we kept under observation. Your Aunt is taking care of him.

Suddenly, a nurse came and said something to Doctor Jeon. Hurriedly, he left from there.

Jimin : Hyung, are they going to be fine?

Yoongi : Yes, baby. They will. They have to.

After sometime, due to exhaustion, Jimin and Tae slept on the hospital chair, while others are sitting silently for their parents condition to get better. Hearing the news of Kim's accident, Kim Taewon arrived at the hospital with his wife, Kim Irene and son, Kim Jae-Wook, who is two-years older than Jin.

Taewon : Jin, How are they? Out of danger?

Jin : Doctor's are trying, uncle. They're still in ICU.

Irene : (Fake tears) The most happiest day became the most saddest day for you guys. I guess, your baby brother brought bad luck with him. How's the baby? Is he still alive?

Taewon : Irene! Mind your words.

Irene : I'm just saying. I too care for them, they're my family too. If anything happens to them, it's entirely the child fault. He bought a curse with him.

They are listening to her words silently, even Tae and Jimin, they woke up hearing her voice.

Taewon : Irene, stop. Sorry, kids. Your aunt.....

They were interrupted by Doctor Jeon's arrival.

Yoongi : Uncle, Are they out of danger?

Doctor Jeon : .....

Yoongi : Say something.

Doctor Jeon : We tried our best. But, they're no more. We lost them.(While crying)

The siblings did not dare to utter a word. They felt like their world has collapsed. Everything was silent until Jimin and Tae, broke, they started crying uncontrollably. No one tried to console them. Because they were feeling the same. Namjoon slid to the ground, hiding his face into his lap. Hobi, stood like a statue, tearing flowing down his cheeks. Yoongi just ran from there and Jin, he's trying, he's trying really hard not to break down, to understand the situation, on how to console his brothers, when he himself was breaking from inside.

It's around 10 in the night, when Yoongi returned back from wherever he went to release his frustration. He looked around to find Tae and Jimin curled to one another in their seat. They were not crying anymore. Namjoon still on the ground. Hobi's no where to found and Jin silently sitting on the chair, staring at nothing in particular. Everyone left. The news of their parent's death was now spread everywhere. The hospital management are preparing for the funeral tomorrow.

Hobi returned and sat beside Tae and Jimin. Neither he was crying nor laughing. There was absolutely no expression on his face. Hobi signalled Yoongi to sit beside Jin, and he did. Yoongi know that Jin is the oldest, and he always take care of them. But he faces more emotional turmoil. He needed more support at the moment and Yoongi's going to provide him that.

After a minute or two, a doctor came towards their direction.

Doctor : Mr. Kim, your brother is completely fine. He has no major injuries, apart from his cheek injury. The glass just grazed onto the skin. Most probably, he'll have a small scar on his face, noticed from time to time.

Yoongi : So?

Doctor : So....You guys can take him home.

Yoongi : (In low voice) We don't want to.

Doctor : Sorry?

Yoongi : (Yelling) I said we don't need him. We don't need someone responsible for our parent's death. If not for him, Eomma and Appa would be alive.

And no one dared to stop Yoongi.

Time, the most unpredictable thing. 12 hours earlier, they were really excited for their baby brother. And now, they're not sure how they feel about him. Is it love? Is it pity, that he is not able to see his parents? Is it anger, that he is may be a reason for their parents death?

Anger. It is often referred as a Secondary emotion. A secondary emotion is an emotion fueled by other emotions. If you become hurt in some way, you might express this negative emotion instead of emotional and physical pain - it might be easier to express anger than express hurt. Fear and sadness can be found underneath anger. May be they are trying to find the reason for sadness, in their baby brother.

Jeon Jung-hyun and his wife, were still in the hospital. They were worried about their nephews. Mainly, the younger one, even though he's out of danger, Gyu-Young decided do all checkups on him and found out he has heart murmur. Some babies or children might have a heart murmur. But most heart murmurs are harmless. But if not taken care, they may result in congenital heart problem including fast breathing, slower growth, and in older kids, shortness of breath or heart palpitations (feeling their heart beating fast or differently). So they thought on informing his health condition to his brothers, as the kids are going to raise him. And Jeons will be more than happy to assist them in raising the baby. But they realised they were so wrong, as they heard Yoongi yelling at the doctor. They signalled the other doctor to exit the room.

Jung-hyun : What are you talking about, Kim Yoongi? He's your brother. (Raising his voice)

Yoongi : I know what I'm talking about. That kid is a bad news. Because of him, we lost our parents.

Gyu-Young : Yoongi-ah, It's no one's fault. You cannot blame an innocent child for this. Now he's your responsibility, you six, together need to raise him.

Yoongi : As i said, I'm not willing to accept him as my brother. Not only me , even others would find it difficult.

Jung-hyun : Jin, Please try to understand the situation. Knock some sense into Yoongi. Why are you silent, huh?

Jin : I cannot defend Yoongi, uncle. We cannot accept him as our brother, after what happened, it will be good if he doesn't live as our brother.

Jung-hyun : You guys are out of your mind! If your parent's were still alive, they would be really ashamed of.........

Jin : It's because they are no more!! Why don't you understand?! (Shouting)

Jeons were taken a back, because Jin is the oldest and more mature for his age, they didn't thought he'll react like that.

Jung-hyun : Calm down, Don't take quick decisions.

Jin : We cannot raise him. I cannot. I, now have five brothers to take care of, and...and seeing him reminds me of the death of our parents.

Gyu-Young : So you are running from your responsibility?

Jin : (Having tears in his eyes) No, I'm not. I just don't want him to trigger emotions in my brothers. Have you seen them? No one is really ready to accept him.

Jung-hyun : Kids, Do you really not take him as your brother? I want all of you to answer. Please.

Gyu-Young : Jimin-ah? Taehyung-ah? You two are willing to let go of your little brother?

Tae : (Mumbling) He's not our brother.

Jimin : (With no emotions) I don't want someone responsible for our parent's death.

Jung-hyun : (Sigh) Namjoon? Hoba?

Namjoon : Sorry, we cannot.

Hobi : As Jin hyung said, he'll be a constant reminder of our loss. Even if were to take care of him, his face....it reminds me of mother.

Jin : We don't hate him, uncle. But being with us, I don't think, we can provide the love he deserves.

Jung-hyun : Then where should he go? His own brothers are not ready to accept him!!

Yoongi : Leave him for adoption.

They all looked at Yoongi, listening to his words.

Gyu-Young : What? (Hearing to their words, she too started crying)

Yoongi : Give him to an orphanage. If he's lucky enough, he'll quickly get adopted. And we are the only ones, who know that he's alive, we'll release a press statement, that he too died in the accident.

Jung-hyun and Gyu-Young looked at others. They thought that someone will oppose Yoongi on his decision. But they did not. Jung-hyun walked towards Yoongi and slapped him across his face. The slap echoed in the whole room.

Jung-hyun : Do you even realise what you've just said?! Your mother is not blood-related to me, still she took care of me when our parents died, and you, being his own brothers, are not ready to accept him?!

Gyu-Young : Kids, try to understand. You guys are really exhausted, we can talk tomorrow, after the funeral....

Jin : There is nothing to talk about, Aunty. I support Yoongi's decision. We cannot make people question us, on what happened to our new born brother. It may hinder Kim Empire's reputation. And don't worry, We'll monitor him, for the time being, and hand him over to someone, who really cares for him.

Jung-hyun started laughing, he cannot believe his ears.

Jung-hyun : Reputation? Sorry, I forgot you are the Kims. Money and status matters to you the most. Heck! You don't even care about family.

Jin : (With no emotions) I love my family. My family are my brothers. And I promised myself to take care of them, and he is not included. Please tell your staff to prepare for funeral, and to include one more name.....

Gyu-Young : Stop. Are you really going to make the world believe, that your brother died in an accident? Seriously? You guys don't want him. That's fine. But you want him to look dead?

Hobi : Because he should be the one, to die.

Gyu-Young : Kim Hoseok!!

Hobi : I listened to the police speaking. Eomma and Appa were out of the car when first truck crashed into them, they were barely injured, but he was still inside the car, they both tried to protect him and second truck crashed, and they we...(He couldn't complete the sentence and started crying)

They didn't know about that. Even Jeons. The hurt and anger was fueled by this new found information.

Gyu-Young : But....

Jin : Don't...Please don't....By not letting him in our hearts, we are doing him a favour.

Jung-hyun : Are you sure you want to do this?

Jin : Yes. Now prepare the papers required for adoption....

Yoongi : He's going to be dead in people's eyes, What's the need of adoption papers?

Gyu-Young : Yoongi's right. We don't need adoption papers.

Jung-hyun : What? You are siding with them?

Gyu-Young : No. I am not supporting anyone. I am just saying that Adoption papers are not needed as we are going to adopt the baby.

Everyone : What?

Namjoon : Aunt Gyu-Young, are you serious? Why do you want to adopt him?

Hobi : Yes, why? If you are feeling pity for him, just find him a new family.

Yoongi : As I said, I don't want him in our family.

Gyu-Young : He will not be your family. He will be a JEON, not a KIM. Is that okay with you, yeobo?

Jung-hyun : Way more than okay, my dear.

Jin : Uncle, what....

Jung-hyun : Jin, if you're worried about us raising the baby, we'll take good care of him and...

Yoongi : What if he happens to cross paths with us?

Gyu-Young : If that's the case, we'll be shifting to US. And I'll make sure that he doesn't know the existence of his other brothers. (While making eye-contact with Yoongi)

Jung-hyun : So, it's settled, after the funeral, we'll be on our way to US.

Jin : So you are going to leave us alone? For Him?(Controlling his tears)

Jung-hyun : (Patting his shoulder) We are not leaving you alone. The baby needs us, more than you. And I'll always be there to help you. Trust me.

Jimin : You guys will be leaving us too?

Gyu-Young : Jimin-ah (Hugging him) We'll always love you. But now your brother requires us more.

Jimin : No, he doesn't. He's taking you with him. We'll be alone. (While crying)

Tae : Please, don't leave us. First he took our parents, now he's taking you away from us. I hate him.

Jimin and Tae, both hugged Jung-hyun and Gyu-Young.

Jung-hyun : (While wiping his tears) Time has the power to make things right. Don't worry. We'll be meeting you, whenever we come to Seoul.

Gyu-Young : Yes. Now, go and take some rest.

Jin : Is this how it's going to be?

Jung-hyun : I'm afraid, yes.

Yoongi : Whatever suits you. Take care and have a safe flight.(Said and left from there)

Namjoon : Uncle, think once again.

Jung-hyun : Namjoon, not taking care of him is your decision and we decided to care for him. You see, your aunt and I tried so hard for kids, but we didn't had any. I think, god created this situation, may be for us. Your mother, used to have so much faith in god. She used to say, Everything happens for a reason and he will be their to guide you. I don't believe in god. But I believe and respect your mother. And no way, I am going to leave her kids alone.

Hobi : But you are leaving us.

Jung-hyun : (Hugging all of them) One day, you'll understand.

Next day, after attending the funeral, the Jeons left for US. The Kim's released a statement, saying, that their new born brother too, died in that accident.

In the flight....

Gyu-Young : Yeobo, Do you think we did the right thing? (She's feeding nursing bottle to the baby)

Jung-hyun : I don't know.

Gyu-Young : Do you think, they're going to handle all by themselves?

Jung-hyun : You sound really worried. Then why you left them in the first place?

Gyu-Young : I didn't. Even though, I was angry with them at that time, I truly wish they realize their mistake. What if they never want him?

Jung-hyun : They'll realize their mistake. If not now, maybe after some years. I hope it'll not be too late.

Gyu-Young : What do you mean?

Jung-hyun : It's about his health. Even with the medications, he's not cured, then....

Gyu-Young : He will be cured. I'll make sure he'll be fine. After all, now he's our baby.

Jung-hyun : Yeah. He's our little bundle of happiness. So, what will be his name?

Gyu-Young : Hmm...What about....Jungkook?

Jung-hyun : Jungkook? It's nice. I think it suits him.

Jung-hyun took the baby Jungkook in his arms. The baby started giggling seeing his, Appa's face.
