Juvia: Christine~san, what is Gruvia?

Christine: Well, it's You and Gray as a couple! and a famous couple at that.

Juvia: *blushes* R-really??? *looks at Christine intently*

Christine: Yeah, I mean. Here I have tons of picture of you and Gray. *shows extreme pics of Gruvia.*

Juvia: *blushes harder* G-Gray~sama is too bold.....Kyaaaaaah!! *covers face*

Christine: Wait, what did you see? *looks at phone* OH WHAT?!?! you saw that??

Juvia: *Nods* KYAAAAAH!!

Christine:*sighs* Enjoy the chapter guys! There will be a bit Gralu, but please bear with the story line. I like Gralu a bit though, but Gruvia all the way!

Juvia: What's Gralu?

Christine: *nervously sweating* N-nothing! It's nothing. Oh and the Gruvia will be a BIT, not too much, intense, so the fans who can't take it....read it! I was writing this and almost fainted!

One day there was a woman who bear a child. One day she gave birth to that child and it was a girl. They named her Juvia and Juvia made the couple extremely happy. The parents were surprised that their daughter had blue hair and oddly her clothes were always wet and soggy. After the first day after she was born, everything seemed normal. The next day. They were surprised to noticed that they couldn't hold their child. She always slipped from their hands. Like.........water. They brought her to every doctor in town, witch sorcerer, even wizards but no one could help them. So they decided to bring her to this miracle river named. Ul's river.

They brought their daughter there because one Wizard suggested that it was for the better.

So Juvia lived in the river, being as one with the river. As in, she's water and is in the river. She was taken care of by the river itself who was Ul. During that time Juvia considered Ul as her mother, but she knows nothing of why her parents left her there, but had no grudges whatsoever.

"Juvia?" Said Ul.

"Want is it Ul?" Asked Juvia sweetly.

"Want to hear a story, Juvia?"

Juvia, then suddenly had bright eyes and had a big smile. "Yes please!" She replied.

"Okay then....where could I start...oh! okay." Juvia sat in front of Ul and payed close attention to her.

"Once upon a time, there was a mother who had a daugter" She taped on Juvia's nose at the word 'daughter' and Juvia giggled.

"Then?" She said, interested so much to know what happened next.

"But then, the girl went missing! The mother became really depressed after that. but she continued to look at the brighter future. So she took care of two boys that she found was homeless, even though they were really a pain in the butt!"

Juvia giggled again.

"The first kid had white hair and really behaved, but the other had black hair and was really stubborn. But The mother Loved the two boys very much like her own child. But one day..."

"Oh no! not a but!" Stated Juvia as she hugged a water pillow tightly.

"Yes...but one day. The stubborn boy did something bad that might cost him his life! His teacher, the mother, tried to stop him, but he insisted to do it. And he did it.."

Juvia gasped in nervousness.

"He couldn't handle the situation. He almost got killed and was crying regretfully by doing it. Luckily, the Mother and the other boy went to help him, but..The situation was too tight...And the Mother......ended up sacrificing her life for her two pupils."

"She died?!"

"No, no, she became ice, but then melted and became water."

"Ohh. But Juvia is wondering to what happened to the stubborn boy?"

"He lived his life happily. Because when his teacher disappeared. She rid of his anger and darkness and he became good now. He found great friends. Still stubborn but he's nice."

"Why did the mother do that??"

"Because she treated them like her..........own children. She loved them." Ul tried to control her tears but failed. "You see every mother, blood related or not, loves their children with all their heart!"

Juvia thought some deep thoughts at that time. "You think Juvia's mother loved Juvia too?" She asked in a third person accent.

Ul smiled and patted Juvia's head. "Of course she does. There's always a reason for everything."

Then Ul turned to her left and saw a little boy walking towards them, towards the river. "Oh! there he is!" She told Juvia. Juvia was surprised when she looked up. She saw a little boy with black hair was holding an ice-shaped flower that was in a vase. He kneeled down to the river and sat down.

"Uh...Master Ul. I don't know if you can hear me, but I'm really sorry for being so stubborn.....again....it's that Natsu's fault! He just doesn't know when to stop!" He whined in front of the river. Ul smiled, because she can't communicate with the boy.

"What's his name Ul?" Asked Juvia as she stares at the boy. At that time, Juvia already knew that the story she always tell her was the story of what she'd been through.

"His name is Gray Fullbuster." Replied Ul. Juvia smiled a bit then turned to Gray.

"M-Master Ul......I miss you..." Said the young Gray as he tried so hard to stop crying.

"Hey Gray! Why are you talking to the river?!" Shouted a pink haired boy. "W-wait! Are you crying??" He covered his mouth, looking like he was about to burst into laughter.

"Shut up!! No I wasn't!" Young Gray quickly rubbed his eyes and ran to Natsu and three other kids.

Natsu suddenly bursted out of laughter. "Damn! My stomach hurts! You were laughing! hahahahah!"

Lucy hit Natsu on the head. not really hit, just a tap.

"Stop it Natsu. We didn't laugh at you when you cried to me for food did we?"

"You're right.." He surrendered.

"Ul? What was that sign in his chest? And why was he naked? -_-" Said Juvia.

"Being naked was his habit, and that sign is the mark of Fairy Tail. A wizard's guild."

"Wow! Can I join it one day!"

"Well, that depends on you. If you become a wizard then that's alright with me." She smiled.

"Yay!" Cheered Juvia.

"What magic do you what?"

"Well, since Juvia is made out of water. Then I want to learn water magic."

"If that's what you want. I can't teach you that. I know ice, not water, but I think I can help a bit"

"You were still crying stripper.." salmon haired boy whispered to Gray.

"No I wasn't!!! What do you know pink arse!" Replied Gray, pissed off at Natsu as usual.

"That's alright Gray. There's nothing wrong with crying." Said a scarlet haired girl named Erza.

"Yeah Gray, Don't cry. Everything's alright.." Said Lucy, a blonde haired little girl who just joined Fairy Tail.

"Lucy!! Erza!! Stop it!! And you too you son of a-!!!" Gray turned to Natsu.

"Erza? Do they always fight like this?" Asked Lucy as she watched Gray and Natsu punch and kick each other.

"Seriously, they act like kids sometimes..."

"Well, they are kids." Replied Lucy. After an hour of fighting Gray went back to the guild. Then Lucy went up to him and asked.

"Why were you talking to the river, Gray?" She asked innocently.

"I told you I wasnt!" he said, all child like, with his high pitched voice.

"I saw you Gray. Just tell me." Pleaded Lucy. Gray remembered something and pulled Lucy towards the river. Both sat down.

"Look. I'll only tell this to you, but never tell this to anyone, promise?"

"Yes, what is it?"

"Well, two years ago before I joined Fairy Tail. I had a family in a peaceful town. But then there was a monster that terrorized my town and killed my family. I was the only survivor. Luckily, someone found me and took care of me. Her name was Ul, she became my teacher to learn how to use ice magic. And she's the one in this river. That's why it's named Ul's river."

Lucy was surprised to see Gray struggling to fight back the tears and she was surprised that Gray had such a dark past. "I'm sorry to even- "

"But, One day. When I learn some magic of ice. I tried to kill the monster that is terrorizing millions of families. I went to the town that it was attacking. My teacher Warned me not to go, but I was just to stubborn to listen!!" He shouted as he hit his head with his palm. Lucy stopped him.

"Stop that! You're not an idiot, alright?"

"I couldn't stop the monster, but Master Ul appeared and seal the monster herself. She couldn't kill it, but only seal it. And.....it costed her own life.....her whole body was turned into ice that sealed it. A year after I heard that some believer of Zeref tried to melt the ice.....and the succeeded, but they were all killed by the monster. Then I heard rumors that when master Ul who was melted and became water she flowed through this very river."

"So, she's right here??" Said Lucy as she points to the river.

Gray nodded.

"That's interesting!" She stated, thinking she could make it a story, but she remembered that she promised Gray to not tell anyone about this. At that moment Gray had a bit of a crush for Lucy, but Lucy had no idea of it!

Meanwhile Ul was smiling as she saw what Gray did.

"What are you smiling at?" Asked Juvia.

"I'm smiling at Gray."

"Oh, do you think, Juvia could meet Gray?"

"I wish you will.." Ul smiled.

>>10 years later<<

For the passed ten year, Gray has been visiting the river. At that time span, Juvia already fell in love with Gray. Ul gave Juvia some tips to concentrate on her magic and Juvia has succeded in learning water magic and she was able to get out of Ul's river, but she can still go back. While at that time. Lucy had her two bestfriends, Gray and Natsu. Gray, at that time, fell in love with Lucy.

"Finally! Juvia can finally join Fairy Tail!" She entered the guild and was so confident, with her big smile.

Then she was greeted by a half naked man who was pissed off.

"KYAAH!! GRAY!!" Juvia accidentally shouted.

"Huh?" Gray paused for a second. "Who are you? How the hell do you know my name?" He asked confused.

"uh....Juvia is here to join Fairy Tail."

"So? how did you know my name??" Said Gray, voice rough and accent is so ill-mannered. Someone pulled Gray gently a few steps back on the shoulder.

"Gray, don't scare her." said Lucy. Gray blushed and nodded with a gentle smile. Lucy turned to Juvia and smiled, offering her hand.

"Hi! I'm Lucy!" She introduced herself. Juvia shooked hands with her and remembered when Lucy and the others were little. Juvia turned to Gray and saw him blushing while he stares at Lucy. At that time Juvia knew that Lucy was........I really am irritated to always hear this but......her Love Rival!!

Juvia took distance from Gray. She was a bit shy, since she noticed that Gray had a liking for Lucy.

A week after she join Fairy Tail, Juvia went to the side of Ul's river. Luckily, since she knows water magic, thus, She can communicate with Ul.

"Ul?" Asked Juvia.

"Yes Juvia? is everything alright? Did you meet Gray yet?"

Juvia nodded slowly. "Yes but..."

"Gray~sama is inlove with someone else.."

"Oh. Are you inlove with Gray?"

Juvia nodded her head sadly.

"Oh. Don't worry. Just find the right time to confess to him, or maybe just be with him. Okay?"

Juvia smiled. "You're right." Both smiled at each other.

"Oh, wait! Ul-san, what was the name of the daughter in your story. The one that went missing."

"Her name is Ultear, why?"

"Nothing. I was just curious.

The next morning, Gray was extremely nervous. This was the day he was going to confess his love for Lucy He even bought a ring. So he went to in the guild halls and saw everybody happy, laughing and was cheering for something. There was a crowd in the middle of the halls. Gray was extremely curious to what that was so he squeezed himself through the crowd.

The second he looked up to what's happening. He saw Natsu, kneeling down on one knee and was showing a ring to Lucy.

"Lucy Heartfilia, will you be my girlfriend??" He asked nervously, yet so loud that everyone on the guild could hear it. Gray hope to hear a no from Lucy, but.....

"Yes! Of course I will!" She shouted and then jumped on Natsu. Natsu threw Lucy in the air out of happiness.

"NATSU!!!"

"SHE SAID YES!!" Shouted Natsu.

"YEAH!! SHE DID!!!" replied the crowd. Gray clenched his fist, clenched the ring he was holding. He regretted not taking the first move.

As Lucy and everyone was laughing happily Celebrating about the new couple. Lucy turned left and saw Gray. She smiled and ran to him.

"Hey Gray!" She greeted cheerfully.

Gray put up a happy front, concealing his broken and crushed heart.

"Hey, Luce. What's up?"

"Natsu and I are a couple now! You know, I had a crush on him for a long time. Good thing, things are taking a good turn right now!"

"Y-Yeah....t-that's great.." He said, biting his tough, trying to keep the sorrow in. He smiled a fake smile at Lucy. "I need to go Lucy. Congrants again."

"Wait. Gray, where are yo-" She was cut off as Gray walked away from her. Juvia saw the whole thing, and saw Gray's shattered reaction. Juvia looked at the time and realized it was time.

"Juvia, where are you going?" Asked Levy.

"I'm just going to visit someone" She stated and left the guild that was celebrating with joy.

Gray ran and ran, wiping his tears and trying to sooth his broken heart. He stopped as he saw Ul's river. He went to the side and stared at the water.

"Master Ul........I'm never gonna love....Again! Tsk! Why am I even talking to a river?? I should just accept the fact that Ul's dead!!" He shouted as he clenched the ring in his fist and threw it in the river.

"Gray?" Stated a girl from behind. Gray was shocked and turned around.

"Oh, you, what are you doing here?" He asked as he wiped his tears quickly.

"Juvia is here to visit my master."

"Your master?"

"Why is Gray here?"

"Nothing. I just happen to stop by." Gray turned his back on Juvia and slowly walked away. Juvia stared worriedly at him. She sighed and sat beside the river.

"Master. Good morning.....Yes.....I am worried aswell."

Gray shooked his head. "Even she's talking to a river. She must be out of her mind." Gray looked up. "Wasting time on worthless things like that is just for stupid people who can't face reality."

He walked away and slept all day. He woke up and it was already night and he still couldn't stop regretting about what happened this morning.

He sighed and thought if visiting his master one more time, just one last time. Somehow going to the river calms him down and sooth him emotions a bit. Going there felt normal to him.

He went back and saw Juvia still talking to the river. He felt anger and irritation, but he tried control it.

"Hey, why are you talking with the river?? Is your head in the right place?? Wait, have you been talking to this river since this morning??" He chuckled a bit fake.

"I am talking to my master!" She exclaimed.

"You master is Ul??"

"Yes! What if she is?!"

Gray tsked. He ran to Juvia and raised her on the neck, very ill-mannered. "Don't lie! She died already!! Stop making fun of her!!" He shouted.

"Why?? Don't you talk to her as well??!?" She shouted to Gray. Gray tightened his grip on Juvia's neck.

"Shut up!! I don't care about this river anyway!!! She was dead years ago!!" He shouted with anger. Juvia was trembling at Gray's fierceness, but still managed to use her magic to show Ul in water form.

"She's still alive!! She's the river!!"

Gray's eyes widened and dropped Juvia.

"Master Ul?? Is that you??" Gray said teary eyed.

Ul nodded.

He anticipated her to talk, but she didn't.

"Master Ul?? Why aren't you talking??"

Ul pointed to Juvia who was lying on the ground, coughing for air.

"Her? She? What about her?"

"I-I can." She coughed. "I can talk to her.."

Gray kneeled down and held on Juvia's shoulders. "I-I.....I am so sorry..." He stated extremely sadly, looking down and tear flowing down.

Juvia held his shoulder. "It's alright. you had a tough day." Juvia stood up and patted her skirt. "Come on. Let's talk to our master." She smiled and lend Gray a hand. Gray was stunned to see such a beautiful smile. A smile as heartwarming as Lucy's. Gray smiled and grabbed her hand.

They talked about alot of things and everyday Gray and Juvia talked to Ul together, and soon after, Juvia and Gray was talking to each other beside Ul's river everyday.

"What? Seriously? at that time you were there?" Said Gray to Juvia.

"Yes. When you were kids. That time you first visited this river."

"What?? Haha! so, you saw me cry?" He asked happily.

Juvia looked up. "No I didn't~" She denied.

"Stop denying you fox! Come here!" Gray tried went closer to Juvia and tickled her.

"Haha! Gray! Stop that!" She tried to back away from Gray.

"Hahah! Come here! Don't be scared of tickles!" Gray leaned foward. A little too forward, So he fell over Juvia. Juvia was blushing as Gray stares at her fare beautiful face.

Ul was blushing so hard as she watched them and was eating popcorn. "T-this is too romantic!!!.............I need to record this."

"J-Juvia...I-I am sor-" Gray was cut off as Juvia lean her arms on Gray's shoulders and push his head towards Her. Then Gray was surprised to realized that they were already kissing. His lips were pressed deep on Juvia's. Juvia and Gray felt the warmth between them. To them it felt great. And Gray pushed his lips On Juvia's. I was going on a french kiss here, but that's too inappropriate to write, but imagining them french kissing though.

Juvia pushed Gray away to breathe, but Gray dove back and pressed down on her lips. They couldn't stop. For the first time, in a long time, Gray felt love again. Gray lifted his head, both breathing heavily. Gray stared at Juvia, blushing from the intensity. He brushed Juvia's hair behind her ear and smiled.

Then Gray went back to reality and snapped out. So he sat back, blushing so so hard!

Juvia smiled.

"Gray?" She stated with a heartwarming smile that caught Gray's attention.

"I love you." Then she jumped on Gray and hugged him. Gray blushed even harder and smiled.

"Juvia?"

Juvia face Gray.

"W-Will you be my girlfriend??"

Juvia giggled. "What are you talking about?"

Gray was surprised and scared that she would decline. Juvia stood up and dipped her hand on the river. Then she lifted her hand, holding the ring that Gray threw in the river a long time ago.

"Gray." She stated his name as she sits down in front of him. She handed him the ring. Gray looked at the ring, and back at Juvia.

"Of course I will!" She smiled, blue eyes looking right at Gray's.

Gray smiled aswell. "R-Really???"

"Yes!"

Ul was smiling and screaming. "Kyaaaaah! Gray! GOOD JOB!! GOOD.JOB!!"

"Ow!" Stated Juvia. Her ear hurt, because she heard Ul's fangirly scream.

"What is it?" Asked Gray. Juvia raised her hand, revealing a water form of Ul, screaming her lungs out and blushing as she watched the video she just recorded.

"What is that?" He asked Juvia. Ul still doesn't realize Juvia used her magic and that both can see her now.

"S-She recorded everything..." Juvia sighed.

"She did?!?" Gray was blushing of embarrassment, realizing someone else saw it....and even recorded it!

Ul stopped as she stares at the two who were giving her irritated glares.

"You want to talk to her?"

"Yes!"

Juvia closed her eyes and opened them, revealing that her eyes were glowing with the color blue.

"O-Oh! Hey Gray, What'cha doin?" Juvia said with Ul's voice. Ul was communicating through Juvia. And Ul's voice synronizes with Juvia.

"Delete it!!" Said Gray with a dark aura surrounding him.

"Whaaaaaat?? are you talking about Gray?"

"I know you recorded it!! delete it!!" He whine, blushing.

"Nooooooo! Gray!"

"Come o-" He as cut off and Juvia stopped using her magic and the water form Ul disappeared.

Ul sighed. "My video is safe...."

"Hey Gray! Juvia!" Mira called out.

"What is it Mira?" Asked Juvia while Gray gives her a hand.

"Great news! Natsu and Lucy are getting married! Here, watch the proposal." Mira handed them an iLacrima and let them watch Natsu's proposal. After they watched it....

"Wow! That's so romantic!" Exclaimed Juvia as they both walk home under the moonlight.

"You think so?"

"Yeah, but I like yours better." She smiled. Gray smiled too and wrapped his arm around her waist.

"Yeah, I guess your right." He said with a face showing that he's happy.

While they were preparing the wedding.

"Juvia, I'll be gone for three days. I'll be back just on the day of Lucy's wedding."

"Oh, is that so? Well, just be careful. "

Gray smiled.

"Of course I will. Now stop worrying." He softly traced his fingers on Juvia's cheek and held her hand, reassuring her that everything will be alright. Juvia had faith in Gray that he will be back okay so She held Gray's hand tighter and smiled confidently at him.

"That's my girl. See you in three day."

"I'll miss you." She stated, her hand on her chest and the other waving Gray goodbye.

"You too!" He replied, waving his hand and was exiting the guild.

After a day. Gray came back and went straight to Ul's river.

"Hey master Ul. Thanks to you, I got to meet Juvia.......and Yeah I failed the mission."

Ul heard all of it and giggled.

"I haven't forgotten about it....Delete it...."

Ul gulped and ignored every word.

soon after Gray stood up and went to the guild. Juvia turned to the wide doors that opened and saw Gray.

She walked towards him, puzzled.

"Gray? Wasn't it suppose to be a-"

"A three day mission? Yes, but I just made a mistake. and failed."

"Oh. I see. Well, Natsu and the others are gonna buy their own tuxedos. Want to come with them?"

"Sure." He agreed.

During the fitting of tuxedos....

"-_-' I thought it was Gajeel and me that was coming with you?" Gray asked.

"Laxus, Sting and Rogue wanted to come So Lucy agreed to let them come."

--At the fitting--

"Natsu-san! Congrats on the wedding!" Greeted Sting.

"Maybe later I'll wish Lucy goodluck. She'll need it." That might've irritated Natsu a bit.

"What do you mean by that?!"

"I mean, what if you had kids. just imagine...." Said Gray, laughing.

--Imagination--

"Okay Nashi!" Said Natsu. "Get ready to fly to the heavens!!"

"Yeah Daddy!"

"Fly!!!" He shouted as he threw his daughter up in the sky.

"Nashi?" Called Natsu as he stare up in the sky.

"Natsu!! Nashi fell down on the table again! Did you throw her up in the sky again?!?"

Natsu gulped.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

"Shut up!"

"Hey, stop laughing at Natsu. Let's just be proud of him that------No, sorry, can't help it. Hahahahahh!!! Poor kid!" said Laxus, laughing on the floor so hard.

and it started a fight, but later on they were kicked out. as they went back home. Gray stared at Natsu. They were the only ones left outside.

"What's wrong?" Asked Natsu.

"You sure you're good going home by yourself?" Asked Gray.

"Of course."

"Just be careful. I got a bad feeling." He stated with pure seriousness. Natsu felt that seriousness and considered the chances of danger.

Natsu nodded. Both turned their back on each other and slowly walked away.

"Hey Natsu. Remember. Make sure you make Lucy happy, because if you don't.... I will."

Natsu smiled. "Nothing to worry about.."

"Be sure" Gray went straight to the guild and took a mission.

"Taking another mission?" Asked Juvia.

"Yeah."

"Why?"

"I need to. I'm in a guild after all."

Juvia smiled. "That's it?" She asked teasing a bit. Gray smiled, like, joking smile.

"You wanna know why?" He said. Juvia just smiled there as Gray went closer to her.

"Why?" Juvia asked with a flirty stare on Gray.

"I need to save up."

"For what?" She asked slyly.

Gray sighed and smiled. "Of course, I need money if we want to raise a family."

Juvia was sweating and suddenly was flush red. Gray chuckled and rubbed her head playfully.

"Gotta go. Bye."

"Bye."

The wedding day turned out to be Natsu's funeral. You know that story, but when Juvia saw Lucy cry painfully. Her heart was completely broken, staring, witnessing at Lucy's sorrow that cut through all the hearts of everyone who saw it.

The day of the funeral, Juvia was worried and was unsettled at Lucy's painful scene from yesterday. Before going to funeral, Juvia went to Lucy's apartment, but she wasn't there. So she continued to the guild and went together to Natsu's funeral.

When they arrived at the cemetery. It was raining so everyone was inside a waiting room, but Juvia turned to Natsu's grave and saw Gray with Lucy.

Juvia knew Gray was worried, he once loved Lucy. She walked towards Gray, staring sadly at Lucy.

"Lucy, come inside.......You'll get sick.." He stated. Juvia put her hand on his shoulder.

"Gray..." She said. Holding his shoulder tightly. "Today is Lucy's wedding day.....She needs to be alone.." She said sadly as she leads Gray inside. Leaving an umbrella on Lucy.

"What do you mean wedding? With who?" He whispered gently.

"With Natsu...."

"She continued?? But Natsu's..."

Juvia nodded sadly. "Yes I know but.."

"What happened while I was gone?"

--After story telling--

"And that's what happened..." She explained. Gray put his head down. Having a face like 'I knew something like this was coming...' Juvia looked extremely affected, she knows the feeling of someone she loves not there beside you. Then Juvia heard Lucy shouted. "Natsu! You're alive! You're alive!" Juvia quickly raised her head and saw Natsu behind Lucy.

"Natsu is alive! Look!" She shouted, making everyone look at them and was relieved. Everyone ran to him and started to jump on him. Watching everyone happy, made Juvia and Gray have this warm feeling.

During the wedding. Gray was walking Juvia home and as they stop at Juvia's door. Juvia stared at Gray's dark blue eyes and smiled at him.

"Gray."

"Hmm?" He smiled back.

"I-" She was cut off as Gray continued her sentence.

"Love you." Gray kissed Juvia on the lips and looked at her.

"Juvia....I promise that someday."

Juvia wrapped her arms around Gray's neck.

"I will propose to you too."

"Then I'll wait for it." She pressed her lips on Gray's and felt as though they were already as one. They kissed, under the beauty of the moonlight.
