Imagine Person B going up to A and trying to speak but, A snaps at them to leave. So B then leaves with tears in their eyes. Why? Because B was trying to get A, the only person who can help them with their anxiety attacks, to calm them down. So now, B is having a worst-then-usual anxiety attack and it takes A several minutes till they realize what they did and try to help B on the other side of the door. But B can't hear them over their own sobs.
