Gyzz in my Os anika and shivay are married to each other because of Shivay's family. They both have done arrange marriage... Shivay's family was forcing them for child so, they both were really pressurize by this. Shivay hates Anika as he was in love with Tia and Tia had filled Shivay's ears towards anika that she is fooling shivay and his family. So, here in this Os anika is pregnant... and shivay was attacked by Tia's goons and those goons were for anika but shivay thinks that those goons were sent by anika to kill him. That bullet that had hit shivay was by chance and was actually shooted  for anika.

P-  Doctor mera beta thik toh hai na..

D- At this time we can not say anything. We are trying our best but the thing is we need to do a heart transplant surgery as the bullet had just hit him right near his heart so, there is a hole now in his heart which can only be cure if we do heart transplant surgery and for that we need a donor and that heart should also match with Mr. Oberoi...

Anika who was listening all this from other side broke down as she can't see Shivay like this.

 She is nine months pregnant and can have baby at anytime so she need to control herself said the doctor from the back to pinky and she went towards anika.

P- anika mera bacha sab thik ho jayega, shivay ko kuch nahi hoga...

A- maa yeh sab meri vajah se hua hai I will not able to forgive my self... Shivay ne kabhi mujshe pyaar nahi kiya aur bhagvan ne mere nasib ki goli unhe dedi...kyu maa... 

P- anika meri bachi sambhal khudko...please meri bachi abhi toh tujhe tere bacho ko bhi toh janam dena hai na...

Doctors are shouting here and there.. Doctor we need donor in few hours if we did not get a donor then the patient can not survive...hurry up doctors ask in every donor camp and hospitals....

A- maa me ek bar unse milna chahti hu akhri bar phir shayad milu yaa na milu...

P- please aisa mat keh meri bachi.... jaa jake mil le use..

Anika hugs pinky and goes from there to meet shivay...

Shivay's room:

Anika looks at shivay and cry hysterically... she started going towards shivay and he was continuously murmuring tia's name which completely shattred anika... anika goes near him and kisses on his forhead...

A- shivay mai apse bohot pyaar karti hu par shayad mere nasib me apka pyaar hi nahi likha... shiavy jab hamare bache honge na toh app use bohot sara pyaar dena...jo mujhe nahi mila I wish woh hamare bache ko mile.. 

anika cries her heart out just then she feel pain and her waterbroke.. She screams loudly and everyone comes there...Pinky is completely broken to see her daughter like bahu in this state... She goes  near anika and hugs her...Anika is now taken towards operation theater and she is being operated. After sometime they hear sounds of   a baby crying.. Just then other baby too starts crying... Nurse then comes out of the operation theater with two babies in her hand..

Nurse- yeh lijye Mrs. Oberoi..Your daughter in law got one son and one daughter...

P- Pinky takes both the babies in her hand asks-"meri bachi anika toh thik hai na...."

N- woh abhi kuch keh nahi sakte kyuki unhe brain tumour tha aur phir bhi unhone pregnancy continue ki aur upar se woh shock me thi aur toh aur woh puri tut chuki thi, she was completely broken.. lag raha tha sirf in bacho ko birth dene ke liye hi woh zinda rahe rahi thi..

P- KYA!!!!! Brain tumour  par usne mujhe kabh kuch bataya kyu nahiii... konse stage pe tha brain tumour..

N- finishline last stage ... unke pass bas kuch din bache hai...

Pinky goes inside and hugs anika and asks her why did she do that...  Why didn't she told them that she had brain tumour.. tell me why...

A- mom please shant ho jaye... Mom me apko kaise batati as usual shivay ko lagta mai natak kar rahi hu aur toh aur app sabka jagda hojata...Mai nahi chahti thi kii I come between you and shivay... Shivay will asusual would think that I am a gold digger I am always behind his money...No I don't want his money and I did not had that much money to pay for my treatment... Mom I really love him a lot but he only loves one person... Mom mai unhe kuch nahi hone dungi unhe heart transplant chahiye mai dungi unhe heart... vaise bhi I have 2-3 days to live and if I help him now he can live a long life...

P- anika nai meri bachi tere bacho ko bhi toh teri jaruart hai...please aisa mat kar..

A- mom I am going to die in few days if not today then tomorow and I don't want my children's to see me and if they don't have there mother then that will be fine atleast they will have there father.... Anika hugs pinky and cries while hugging her babies... 

Doctors perfrom  Shivay's operation and after sometime he gains  consciousness. Everyone comes to meet them...while pinky  goes from there and cries vigorously sitting in one corner... Everyone was there except pinky and anika..

S- mom kaha hai...

P- mai yaha hu shivay... and comes with both the babies in her arms.... and was still crying...

S- mom yeh..

P- yeh tere aur anika ke bache hai.... and she shows both the babies to shivay...

S- mere bache... dono bache thik hai na.. ab use(anika) keh dijye ki woh mujhe apni shakal dikhane bhi yaha par naa aye... abb uski mujhe koi zaroorat nahi hai.... (he was saying this while his heart was breaking in zillion pieces and he thought it is usual as he just went through transplant...) vaise mujhe heart transplant ka donor kaha se mila....

D- apko heart transplant unhone diya hai jo apke dusri side ke bed par hai... lagta hai apse bohot pyaar karti thi woh...

S- kahi tia ne toh yeh nahi kiye, I hope tia na ho I hope she is safe...

The person who was on the other side of the bed was covered by the white cloth. 

S- doctor kya mai unhe dekh sakta hu...

Doctor goes towards the bed and everyone  moves from that side so shivay can see who was that person.... Doctor slowly removes the cloth from the dead body of the person of that bed.. Everyone were shocked to see the person and  shivay was more shocked.... He saw his wife lying there lifelessly.. She was broken  and even she had tears stains and her face was paler then ever... 

S- An.....ik....a...anika. Doctor what did you do, why did you do these you knew she was pregnant how can you do this...

Omru and entire family was broken.... to see their anika lying lifeless.. 

Doctor tells him everything..(Flashback)

We were finding donor for you when she came to us and told us that she will donate her heart to you. 

A- please doctor try to understand...

D- look mam we can't do that..

A- doctor I am going to die in 2-3 days and it will be  better if I die today please doctor please understand I have brain tumour and that also finishline last stage... please doctor..I have to do this for my baby and my love... I can't see my love dying infront of me like this and even I am going to die in few days and my babies they will lose both of their parents and its better that he have his father with him..

We told her she can't do this  but she threatened us and took a scissor from the other side of the table and told us that if we don't do this then she will kill herself and then we can take her heart and they will then get a donor... 

D- being a doctor to save you we had to do these...

Whole family was broken by now hearing all this...Tia comes there with sweets in her hand and tells everyone to have it..She goes to shivay and give it to him but he was not paying any attention towards her. Whole family was shooting glares at tia..

Anika's doctor cancer doctor was passing by when he saw tia and he came there. Tia got scarred seeing him. He came there. 

D- hello miss tia..

T- hello doctor..

D- hey how is your friend anika singh oberoi whom you always bring for check up she must have children's by now right.. but I am scared if her children's are already borned or she died...

S- tia did you already knew this....

T- shivay baby actually one day I was passing by and I saw her here..

S- you should have told me dammit!!!!!

S- just shut up you always knew where anika was but you always lied to me and also you told me that she was behind my money...Because of you I misunderstood her.. and now she...

P- now what haa jab voh thi tab tune uski kadar nahi ki...use bichari ke marte vakt bhi usne tera nam liya, tujhe pata hai usne kya kaha tha...usne kaha tha ki voh tujshe bohot pyaar karti hai..

S- mom apko pata tha..

                  I know when you will get this letter at that time I won't be there.I know you hate me fro the bottom of your heart that's what you tell me everytime, but you never hate me you always had feelings for me but you never accept it and I don't want to force you to accept it. shivay for me you are everything and I can't see you dying in front of my eyes. I had brain tumour and that had created complications in my life. shivay I am leaving our child with you please give them all the love from me. I won't be there but I want my heart to be with you three. My heart only belongs to you...  as you are my heart and our children are my heart beat. so, I don't want to leave all of you. I am leaving my heart with you please take care of yourself and my heart beat. You don't have to feel guilty for anything as you were never at fault. If I have made any mistakes then please forgive me...

Shivay  was sitting in dark and in a corner. He was saying- Anika why did you left me, I am really sorry for my mistakes. I am sorry.
