Moving Up
--- A Month Later ---
--- 24th of January, 1963 ---
A month has elapsed as Jack, Lucas and Charlotte were getting bigger even growing up along with their sparse hairs, besides Odette has gained a couple of extra pounds due to her first pregnancy, besides her mother wasn't exceptional. Not only the babies were having their own seperate room, adorned with grand, lacquered wardrobe, extra furnitures and toys, moreover collection of baby garments, soothers and some baby stuff were bought for them. They were just cooing to their parents and relatives as they were slightly young to utter curt syllables and utter some words unfinished.
Even more Frank and his daughters, besides Serena, Elsa and her small family have paid once a week visit to the Howards as they were getting along with Kit too and being quickly fond of the infants, who haven't weaned off their mothers yet.
Today was the day when the juvenile singer was more than determined to pack her luggage along with her daughter, Charlotte and go live in Kit's house for the rest of their days or until certain circumstances persuade them to make another decision, chiming to move on somewhere else to live rather than in Vermont's countryside outskirts.
Whilst Judy, Lucas, Jack and Timothy were having breakfast with their little sweet rays of sunshine downstairs in the kitchen as they haven't finished their morning coffee, in fact, they were drowning themselves in logical, abysmal discussions, at the moment Odette was upstairs in her bedroom, storing up her paraphernalia and remarkable items and garments in 2 leather suitcases as she wore black stockings, sleeving her long as towers, still drop dead gorgeous legs after her first tough pregnancy, followed by stone blue casual dress with boat neckline and long sleeves as its hem cascaded mildly above her round, perfectly shaped knees. Her petite feet were shoed in knee length leather black, comfy boots, protecting them from the frosty climate which was about to assault them with its blizzard within a less an hour as soon as her baggage is ready at last.
In addition to the preparation of the baggage, Kit participated as he aided her with certain remarkable, unique items being cached with the others, whereas Charlotte was contemplating her parents absent-mindedly with her huge azure hazelish orbs as she was uncertain where they were going to. At last but not least, slight, bashful smile cradled her baby pinkish lips as the ice was broken lastly:
"Don't worry, Cher! Mommy and Daddy will take with you in their home. No perplexed faces, please, cutiepie!" Kit interrupted the luggage preparation process as he scooped in his strong, muscular arms the little girl, in order to alleviate her and give her some attention and affection which she hankers incessantly.
"She seems so anxious and confused." The brunette hemmed as her lip curled, emphasizing the adjectives which ideally described the young girl.
"Absolutely! It affects her behaviour as well." The young man commented, stroking gently his daughter's sparse, yet growing chestnut hair. "It will be unknown for her as soon as we get at our new home. I mean it will be yars too." The love child's heart leaped as if she was on cloud nine at the thought of Kit's house becoming also hers and Charlotte before their formal wedding.
The truth eventually was the only one-month-old baby girl has mustered to live with her grandparents, mother and her mother's fiancé. The young girl sensed something was out of control or rather the things didn't seem as usually today. Further, Charlotte sensed her parents are going to move in much different property with much different ambience. Far away from her grandparents. Far away from the twins. Far away from the serene, welcoming atmosphere which she has lived since her birth. The birth of Charlotte Marion. After exhaling the first breath. After the initial blubber zinged her baby pinkish lips.
Nonetheless Kit and Odette would find a decent alternative their daughter to muster and embrace with open arms her new home, numbering the atmosphere, itself.
"Kit?" The juvenile singer attempted to grab his attention promptly, folding a couple of garments, subsequently putting them in the leather suitcase.
"Yes?"
"How about having a seperate room for Charlotte? I mean when she grows up a bit, therefore it wouldn't be a bad idea for her having her own room."
"It would be a fantastic idea. Why not?" Optimistic, gullible to hear the pettiest enthralling stuff to grow the smile as a plant, smile flourished at the thought of Charlotte having her own baby room. "Playing with her own toys, sleeping on her own and so forth."
"Yeah!" The brunette's beaming, cheerful smile shimmered even brighter as Kit couldn't take his chocolate pools off their daughter even when he wasn't the biological father at all. "But we should try to help her to overcome with the unfamiliarity once we move up in yar house."

--- A Quarter an Hour Later ---
As soon as the young adults have already prepared the luggage and taking them no longer than an hour, throughout they went downstairs as they have to say goodbye to the older adults.
"It was unbelievable the decoration of the baby room when I was in the final trimester pregnant. I mean, the children's room looks splendid." The blonde sipped the final sips of the remaining morning coffee aa it was colder than before.
"Indeed! It took hours to ponder about the furnitures, their location and the twins' toys." In the interval, the footsteps, emanating from upstairs were oblivious for the both adults. "And most of all, I can't help but overthink the success for recreating the children's paradise, transforming it in their own sanctuary."
As Charlotte was scooped into her mother's embrace, Kit held the suitcases for his girlfriend, helping her with carrying the baggage and storing it up into his cab at last. They propped on the kitchen's doorframe, opting to draw their attentions since they beheld them having a serious conversation over the children's room was their essential topic.
In the meantime, Charlotte pouted her lips bashfully, coyly as her big oceanic-hazel irises were glued on her grandparents.
"Oh! What a surprise!" The former holy woman evoked out plainly, giggling reluctantly as they stepped inside the kitchen, offering them sympathetic smiles, inked on their faces. "It looks like somebody's going to move up in their boyfriend's home."
"Definitely!" Odette replied, biting her lip begrudgingly. "We have probably discussed it." She pinched playfully, teasingly her daughter's button nose as the little girl giggled joyously.
"We did! I remember it very well." The younger man riposted, planting an affectionate, soft kiss on the top of his girlfriend's head.
"So I see you're about to move up in yar new home with Kit, honey! I bet you will be a small, however, lovely family." The former holy woman added, getting from the kitchen table as she picked up Lucas from the high chair, subsequently TImothy gathered Jack and swinged him into his embrace.
"For sure! We will have a fresh start as a young family and in addition to our moving up in his house, you can come back here anytime." The love child's upper lip curled, rocking lightly the infant.

"So do you need any help with carrying the luggage to the car, Kit?" The former priest offered his help benevolently as everybody were already outside, whereas the married couple were on the porch, walking towards the cab to say goodbye to Odette, Charlotte and Kit.
"No, thank you, Tim! Everything is fine for now." The juvenile gas station's salesman rejected his offer as he lugged his girlfriend's suitcases to the vehicle's back door, inhaling then exhaling abruptly.
"Anything wrong, Cher?" The sudden silence of Charlotte disturbed the young mother as she darted her honey brown orbs as they glinted darker nuances of anxiety and concern, illuminating not entirely the darkness. "You seem so quiet, sweetheart. Huh?" Odette kept on with her utterance in lower voice, peppering Charlotte's cheeks with feather, doting kisses, trying to get her attention in no time.
In the meantime, the little girl cooed desperately, clenching her tiny hands into balled fists, drumming her mother's shoulders, expressing her sheer frustration for moving up in much different property within less an hour, taking its place far away from her second home.
"Honey, everything is alright! Mommy's with ya and we will just move in my boyfriend's house as we will live as family. But let's not forget we will see my parents...yar grandparents often." Meanwhile, the young woman attempted to alleviate her daughter by rubbing her back in soothing manner, rocking her and shushing to her.
"She seems urgently desperate for moving up in Kit's house, isn't she?" The blonde fondled delicately her granddaughter's sparse dark hair, cooing to her jubilantly, in order to raise her spirits. "No sad and confused faces, cupcake! You aren't living far away from us which won't be complicated at all."
As soon as the young man finished with storing the suitcases in the car, subsequently Jude and Timothy embraced tightly, warmly the young couple, spending a few minutes in one another's embraces without releasing their thrown arms which braced them.

--- A Half an Hour Later ---
A half an hour elapsed as swiftly as a summer breeze as Kit was utterly focused on driving through the snowy paths, struggling to progress up to his one-story property, he parked his car once they arrived lastly.
He took the remarkable items up to his house as Odette held Charlotte, reassuring her that's just her and her father's home only.
When they concluded with the luggage and unpacking, afterwards the juvenile singer toured around her boyfriend's house as he escorted her.
"Home sweet home! That's a true paradise for raising our child here, besides in my parents' mansion." The brunette couldn't suppress her growing, radiant smile, honed up in the corner of her naturally rosy-coloured, soft as satin lips.
"Absolutely, my two of a kind! I'm so happy I didn't give up to fight for ya even when you beared somebody else's child which isn't your entire fault." In the interim, Kit pecked a tender, light kiss on his fiancé and infant's temples as Odette returned the kiss with a passionate, brief on the lips. "I still love both of ya with my whole heart. More than anything!" Kit cautioned indeed softly, kneading his future wife's upper back as his fingers tipped her dress's fabric. "I promise I will never give up to fight for both of ya to accomplish ultimate felicity."
"I love both of ya even more than you me, Kit! I'm gleeful you will never give up as much as I won't give up whether if it's you and Charlotte, because you're my entire life. You are my rays of pitch happiness."
