People always fear something that is different. That's just how humans are and how they'll always be. But what about those who aren't humans. The ones who have to hide their true identities from the world or be cast out by the people who don't understand them.

That's where the story begins.

Welcome to Shift City, a high paced community, much like New York City. The people here are so busy with their lives they refuse to see Shift City as anything special, but they're very wrong. Shift City has the highest concentration of Human/Animal shifters. They too try and make lives for themselves, but they can't be found out. They are treated like disease by the people who know they're there. The catchers. If they are caught they never return.

Even so, the shifters don't leave because this is their home. They attend school, get jobs, and live like any normal human would. Only they constantly have to watch their back.

Talents/Special Abilities: Like all shifters he can alter his level of shift, skilled chef, and athletically fit.
Occupation/Job: cafe worker
Backstory: Connor lived in the city for his whole live as an orphan. He only remembered faint glimpses of his father dropping him off as a child. He quickly learned to adapt to the city life and to keep himself hidden from those who would want to hunt him down. Currently he is a student in Shifter High and a part time worker in the cafe.
