"Are we doing the right thing? Taking a child from her family. I can't help but feel like it's wrong and I know we're doing this for safety. Safety for Hope and the twins but I don't know anymore."

The army became more visible and it's clear that they outnumbered the Cullen's and their witnesses. The Mikaelson's agreed to let Aro take control of the situation but they would be the ones calling the shots. So they were standing on the side, hidden behind the guards in front of them. It seemed no one from the other side had noticed them yet.

Edward Cullen watched Aro carefully as he looked around the group, "Aro's looking for Alice," he announced reading Aro's thoughts.

Juliet Mikaelson was holding her husband's arm as if her life depended on it. Her eyes did not leave her father's figure. She couldn't believe it, her father looked the same. And Juliet wasn't the same girl as before, she was older.

Klaus looked at his siblings who all nodded then at Juliet who understood. They stepped forward standing next to Aro and his brothers.

Cold ones from the other side took a step back regretting their choice at that moment. They were all shocked that the Originals would even have time for something like this. They normally stay away from cold ones' problems letting Aro deal with them.

"The Mikaelson's," Edward whispers shocked, looking at Bell and his daughter. Knowing this wouldn't end as quickly as they originally thought. Edward read everyone's thoughts around him and they all wanted to leave. If Jaspter was there, he would have been able to feel everyone's fear. Mainly because their gifts didn't work on nightwalkers so they were powerless. There was also no way they could win against the originals.

As Aro, his army, and the Mikaelsons get closer, they all see the wolf packs coming out to join the Cullens and their witnesses. Even the wolves were a little nervous and afraid since they had heard stories about the hybrid. Stories of how he wouldn't just stop at killing them but also their imprints if they went against him. 

Jacob was standing closer to the newborn as her children clung to either side of her hip. Aro and his army stand in a line facing the Cullens and their witnesses. Only Carlisle was brave enough and familiar with the leaders of the Volturi to step forward. He also didn't want to talk back to an original but he couldn't let his family down.

"Aro, let us discuss things as we used to. In a civilized manner," Carlisle explains to his old friend, looking around them causing Juliet's heartbeat to increase. She wasn't sure if her father would recognize her. 

Juliet looked around him to see some cold ones had the family crest, her family crest. She owns the necklace Rosalie has around her neck and the bracelet Esme has around her wrist.

"words a little out of place, Carlisle. given the group you've assembled against us," Aro says not really worried because he had the originals on his side.

"I can promise you that was never my intent. No laws have been broken and I want to prove that to you." 

"Like we don't see the child." Rebekah Mikaelson scoffed insulted. Carlisle looked at her but before he could say anything Caius beat him to it.

"We see the child. Do not take us as fools!" Caius, Aro's brother demands with anger in his eyes.

"Of course, we want to keep things here honest, or else things may end badly," Elijah said making everyone on the opposite side more worried about their mates, their lives, and their families.

"This child is not immortal! These witnesses can attest to that. Or you can look for yourself. See the flush of human blood in her cheeks," Carlisle explains while gesturing back to his granddaughter.

"We make this rule for a reason, Cold one! If it was broken you will all die." Klaus says making people want to leave but they don't want to move and attract attention to themselves.

"Lies!" Caius yells, causing the hybrid child to shrink back into her parents and her imprint.

"Oh bloody hell, shut up. There is no need to yell we can all hear you." Rebekah said making Caius look down not saying anything back. Rebekah was also scary when she was angry mainly because she has her brother's temper.

"I will collect the truth from someone more central to the story. Edward, as the children cling to your newborn mate, I assume you are involved," Edward looks at Bella and his daughter then makes his way toward Aro, and Klaus.

Juliet watches as Edward Cullen walks towards Aro, giving him his hand. "Nik, what is he doing?" Juliet confusing asked since she had never met cold ones.

"He's reading Edward's thoughts," Nik says softly to his wife making Juliet nod. She didn't know much about this type of vampire other than the insults Kol said about them.

"I'd like to meet her," Aro happily tells Edward who turns and looks at his wife and his daughters.

"As do we." Klaus snaps glaring at the cold one making Edward flinch.

"Ah. Young Bella. Immortality suits you," Aro smiles before shrieking with laughter when he hears Renesmee's heartbeat.

"I hear her strange heart," He held his hand out waiting for her to take his hand. Renesmee walks closer to the leader of the Volturi.

"Hello, Aro," Renesmee's soft voice shocks him as he leans down so Renesmee can reach his face, using her powers on him. He becomes transfixed by what she shows him. Once she's done, the hybrid drops her hand and is immediately pulled back by her mother.  

Klaus, Elijah, Kol, Rebekah, and Juliet also look at the child carefully listening to her heartbeat. It was odd, too quick to be human.

"Magnifico! Half mortal, half immortal. Conceived and carried by this newborn while she was still partially human," Aro announces what he was shown but Caius in disbelief denies these findings. "Impossible!" Aro turns to his brother with slit eyes. "Do you think they fooled me, brother?"

Rebekah looked at the child and thought of Hope. "We can't let this thing take control, if it's dangerous we have to take it down." She says to her family, then months, For Hope.

Everyone especially Klaus agreed this could be a possible threat to his daughter and he had to take care of that.

At this point, Klaud was angry. "Who the bloody hell, told you about this bring them forward." Klaus snaps making Aro nod and look at one of his guards. "Bring the informer forward,"

Irina is brought forward towards them making her gulp knowing her end was coming.

"Is that the child you saw?" Caius asks while pointing at Renesmee, eyes still on Irina. "I-I'm not sure," Irina mumbles and she now gets a closer look at the child. "Jane," The youngest brother of the leaders of the Volturi calls for their most powerful member.

"She's changed! This child is bigger," The informer's lips tremble once she realizes the mistake she's made and what she has now put her family through.  

"Then your allegations were false," Aro says making Juliet look at the girl in pity knowing what's to come.

"Next time check before making a big deal about it." Klaus snapped at Irina making her sisters upset on the other side.

"The Cullen's are innocent. I take full responsibility for my mistake," She looks towards her family and then to her sisters, a sad look in her eye. "I'm sorry," She whispers. 

Edward's eyes widen when he sees that Irina may be executed, it's all up the the Mikaelson's.

Aro looked at Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah, and Juliet, they all looked at each other before saying, "Yes, she deserves it, for getting into other people's business." Rebekah says making Elijah nod as well, "It's the right thing to do. Sets an example."

Klaus looks at his wife who nods before he looks back at Aro, "Yes," Caius was the first one to react.

"Caius, no!" Edward yelled as Felix stepped forward, hitting Irina, and snapped her head off.

Juliet's mouth drops in horror and shock, hearing Tanya calling out for her now decapitated sister as Caius then sets fire to the rest of Irina's body, hearing Kate and Tanya scream in horror and anger before running towards Aro and his army and the original's.

"Don't, or else you'll die with her," Klaus says making some backup. Garrett gets a hold of Kate who uses her power to electrocute him. Edward turns to Zafrina.

"Blind them," He tells her, watching as the Amazonian lady blinds the two blonde sisters, mentally taking them to a different place so they can't tell where to go and stop them from attacking.

"Give me my sight back," Tanya blindly tells them as their eyes dance rapidly back and forth, not knowing what to focus on. "Tanya, this is what they want. If you attack now, we'll all die, the original will take us all down." Edward warns his cousin before looking at Zafrina who stops blinding them.  

Once the two Denali sisters have calmed down, across the field, Jane gazes boredly at the Cullen family and their witnesses before focusing on Edward. "Pain,"

Jane uses her power to bring Edward down in pain, but Bella manages to use her power to shield her husband, watching happily as he gets up and walks toward her. "It's working," Edward breathlessly mumbles to his wife causing her to smile when Jane realizes her powers are useless against her shield.

Alec then steps forward and tries to use the deadly vapor that flows from his fingertips but Aro stops him. "Aro, Mikaelsons as you can see there's no law broken here," Carlisle announces.

"Agreed. But that doesn't mean there's no danger here. For the first time in our history, humans pose a threat to our kind. Maintaining our secret has never been more imperative. In such times, only the known is safe. Only the known is tolerable. And we know nothing of what this child will become. Can we live with such uncertainty? Spare ourselves a fight today, only to die tomorrow," Aro says thinking of ways to get Alice, Edward, and Bella to join his side.

Just then two figures emerge from the nearby woods. "HA!" Aro yells happily as everyone begins to realize it's Alice and Jasper. "Alice," Edward whispers, hearing Aro exclaim her name happily as both she and Jasper walk up to Aro and his army, only to have two of Aro's guards stop them.

Rebekah rolls her eyes, getting impatient. "what does this have to do with us." she whispers under her breath making her brothers and Juliet look at her agreeing.

"My dear, dear Alice, we're so glad to see you here, after all," Alice gives him a meek smile. "I have evidence the child won't be a risk to our kind," Aro takes in Alice's words, suspicion clear all over his face.

"Let me show you," Alice extends her hand, wanting to show him that there would be no reason to harm her family. 

"It doesn't matter what you show him. We can't let this child take control, I will not allow this child to be a danger to my daughter!" Klaus yelled making Alice back away towards Jasper who stood in front of her.

"We don't care for your vision. We can't leave knowing this child is alive! We make the laws for you cold ones and those laws will not be broken because some stupid cold one fell in love with a human." Once Klaus stops, he steps forward with Juliet in his arms. Kol and Elijah are next to him, and Rebekah is next to Juliet.

As they stand in front of the Volturi, it's now their turn. They watched the Volturi do their job by getting information about the child but now it's their turn.

The Mikaelson's were thinking about Hope and the twins, this child could pose a threat in the future. Just like immortal children once did.

The moment Juliet steps forward Carlisle finally looks at her, and his eyes widen in shock. She looked a lot like his daughter. She looked like an older version of his daughter. 

Edward's head snaps at him in confusion after reading his adopted father's thoughts. "Juliet?" He whispers making everyone hear and look at him confused.

Juliet looked at her so-called father and glared at him, putting her hand over her pregnant stomach making Carlisle look down, his face was shocked...she was pregnant. His daughter was pregnant. How was this possible?

Klaus saw Carlisle looking at his wife and stood in front of her ready to fight if needed.

"We can not allow this child to take control. Rules were made for a reason and should not be broken. So we have decided to make a new one, there will no longer be these half-cold ones allowed." Elijah said making Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah nod. Juliet was just standing there next to her husband looking at the child. She felt a little bad but understood where her family was coming from. They just wanted to keep Hope and the twins safe from any possible threat. 

They couldn't take a chance with this child, it could expose supernaturals, or it could take down Hope.

"No please!-"

"Enough! Give us the child, or else we'll take it," Klaus says making Bella pull Renesmee to her.

"No!" Bella yelled making Klaus angry. Elijah and Klaus speed toward them taking the child well Kol push them off. Rebekah and Juliet understood what was going on and they speeded away.

Renesmee cried out and as they all went attacked, the Mikaelsons were long gone by the time they could react.

They all ran into the woods far away to come up with a plan. They were going to run to Volterra Italy to let Aro deal with the situation. but just as Elijah, Kol, and, Rebekah left with Renesmee.

Juliet got a call from her sister-in-law and answered her quickly. "Freya, what's worry? Is hope okay?" Juliet said worried as Klaus listened in.

"Don't do anything, Hope had a vision." Juliet looks at Klaus and watches as he pulls his phone out to call Elijah.

Ohhh so the Mikaelson's took Renesmee!!! How do you feel about this?!?

So they were going to just take Renesmee and give her to Aro, and he's well you know...kill her.

I'm so sorry if that hurt you but I wanted to show that the Mikaelson's will do anything for Hope and the Twins.

Yes, what the Mikaelsons are doing is wrong but don't worry Renesmee is not dying.
