Noelle is harsh and cold, just like ice can be. But she can also be supportive, she is not passive and will not let others walk over her (She used to and it bit her hard, so she learned her lesson and learned to put up walls around her). But even so, tread lightly, for she can be unforgiving. And just like how an ice spear can be stabbed through the heart, if you wrong her, she will not hesitate to rip you to shreds. As stated previously, she has walls around her, fearful that if she lets them down she will be hurt once again. This unfortunately-or fortunately-doesn't let her to trust anyone easily, she doesn't let any outsider get close to her that easily either. If you want to win her trust, you'll have to really work hard to get her to bring down the walls she has put up to protect herself. For she fears that if she lowers them, she'll get hurt again, or worse, her stupidity will drive to the suffering of her family. Despite coming off as being cold, she is a caring person once her heart warms to you. She is as stubborn as the iceberg that refused to move for the Titanic, if you want her to do something, it must be on her terms. But if it is for an alliance of sorts, she will hold back her feelings for the time being. She also won't tell you something if she doesn't deem you worthy to know, it's not lying if you're just withholding the truth. You can still tell someone the truth without telling them everything and that wouldn't be lying, it would just be not telling them EVERYTHING, and that's fine. Apart of her does fear that her coldness will drive people away and she'll end up alone, with no one to love her, or worse. . . the third wheel living with one of her brothers.

And as much as she refuses to let someone in that could love her, she does indeed wish to be loved by someone. She also tries hard to keep her emotions hidden from the world, if she doesn't feel anything then no one can hurt her. But she does have breaking points, and in those times she prefers to be alone so no one can see her broken pieces. . . So no one can see when she is vulnerable.

ʜɪsᴛᴏʀʏ*

Noelle is the Daughter of Kallias and Viviane of the Winter Court. She has three brothers and no sisters. If her brothers are protective of her, she is oblivious to it. She feels she can handle her own ground and doesn't need to rely on them to protect her.

She isn't the most Lady-like  Lady of the Court, but she isn't a hands on ruffian warrior girl either. She prefers to be somewhere in between, yes she can fight for herself and hold her own ground, but she also has the attitude and poise of a lady.

When she was younger, not child young but rather more young adult. . . so about age 15-18 in human years (for what-ever the high fae equivalent is), Noelle was a passive young lady. She would let others get their way and trod over her. It wasn't until she finally snapped that she realized that she needed to change. She pushed people away from her so she could build up a tough exterior, she put up walls around her so no one could hurt her again, and she limited the amount of time she spent with others, becoming closed off to the outside world. She only lets her Brothers and parents into her heart, for she knows that they will never hurt her. Or at least that's what she would hope. It would very much devastate her if she were to be back stabbed by her own blood.

From this experience, Noelle grew to become a little paranoid, thinking that others were out to get her or would use her only to throw her away once they were done with her. To counter these thoughts and in hopes to defend herself if they were to come true, she researched various ways to kill by poison or other hidden methods. She grew an interest in plants and wildlife, especially with those that have natural abilities that can be fatal to those who do not know their power and unknowingly awaken it. A dark secret she keeps hidden within herself, her psychopathic self, a monster she does not wish to release.

Winter Court

Noelle is skilled at manipulation, only from experience does she know how to truly make someone do her bidding. She is good at getting information from others, even if how she gets it isn't exactly ideal, she will do it if it is for the sake of her family.

She has knowledge of various plants and wildlife. She knows how to make tea laced with poison. She knows how to hunt and skin small creatures to use for sacrificial purposes. She has knowledge of how to make various poisons (or utilize existing poisons from plants or small poisonous creatures), and even how to use plants for medicinal purposes. . . but creating something that can kill is so much more fun. . . and useful.

ᴡᴇᴀᴘᴏɴs
Her weapon of choice would be a silver dagger made with Illyrian steel and finished with a golden handle. She doesn't prefer to have close quarters combat with people, but if she were to engage, she would much rather use a sharp pointed dagger than a long broad sword. It is lighter and easier to carry and maneuver with in comparison to the latter option.

- Ice Manipulation
The user can create, shape and manipulate , water frozen into a solid state and appears naturally in forms of snow, slush, hail, icicles, ice spikes and candles, glaciers, pack ice, frost, and polar ice caps, and  by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder, for various effects and combinations.

- Winnowing
The ability to transport oneself to a different location. Noelle can travel both long and short distances. On a couple of occasions has used this ability to transport herself and a reindeer to near the border that divides the Autumn Court and Winter Court so that she can marvel at the forest's beauty. The Reindeer was just for company. It's fine. She's fine.

- She likes to be around the reindeer and the wildlife in the Winter Court. She also likes to pet the reindeer, it calms her and brings her peace when she is nervous or anxious. She also likes to take a reindeer out for a stroll when she wants peace and quiet or just someone to talk to or with who won't necessarily talk back to her.

- Out of the three Courts that border the Winter Court, Noelle prefers the Autumn Court. It is simply very pleasing to her and she likes the forest that borders the land.

- Her favourite food is Chocolate. She simply can't control herself around chocolate and is like a tiny child whenever it is near. She also can't hold her alcohol and can get intoxicated pretty easily. Which is why when faced with a serious situation, she will try to avoid these two things at all costs.

- She casually likes the colour of fresh blood over the background of the white of freshly lain snow.
