THE THUNDER BELLOWED as lightning wedged the dead of night. Loud wind moaned and howled like ghosts around the stone walls. The room was beclouded and humid with the odour of rotten flesh and toxic liquids with nothing but the wailing exteriors and boiling concoction inside the cauldron.

"When shall we three meet again?" The witch with large, beady eyes bent over the cauldron, taking a sniff of the horrid odor. She had such long, frizzled, and tangled hair that some of it dissolved into the mixture which bubbled and evolved into a warm mauve colour as she added another bat wing.

"When the battle's lost and won, Sybill." The second witch was analyzing the arrangement of the tea leaves at the bottom of her teacup.

The third witch was peering deep into the fusing layers of the mist inside her glass globe. "That will occur before the next set of sun," she said, the globe providing information on the future.

"Where the place?" The witch named Sybill extinguished the fire from underneath the cauldron, and began stroking her cat who had jumped onto the table.

"Hogwarts. The Scottish school of witchcraft and wizardry."

"There to meet with Riddle," said the third witch. She eyed the globe strangely, but then grinned madly. Her giant eyes sparked with a red beam. "Sostrate, you might want to see this."

The witch named Sostrate gazed into the globe, reading and analyzing the future like a textbook.

"What is it, Stasia? What do you see?" asked Sybill. And when she was given the globe, she found it extremely intriguing. "Fair is foul, and foul is fair!"

All that is good, is now bad, and what is bad, is now good.

And the three sisters, Sybill, Sostrate, and Stasia, assembled their cat and toad, extinguished the candles, and vanished through the fog and filthy air.
