Sky Silver
(A/N) I'm bored of doing this, so I'm just gonna not follow any episodes from here on out. Expect shorterish chapters, and the chapters to have nothing to do with anything in the actual episodes.
"Orchid Gold, surrender the Gold and Silver lions immediately."
I sighed turning to face the screen. Blue fluffy ears, blue scaled skin, silver wings tipped with sky blue, yep, my half-sister. "Sky Silver, I have to say I'm surprised to see you again after all these years."
"The feeling is mutual, dear sister. Now hand over the lions."
"She's your sister?" Lance asked staring incredulously at me.
"Half sister, we're related on the Fleetwing side," I replied quickly, before turning back to Sky Silver. "Unfortunately, we don't have those lions."
"Of course you do, I can sense the silver lion in a hanger right now." She countered.
"Orchid," Shiro said.
"Yes, Shiro?"
"Is it possible that she's the silver lion's paladin?" He asked.
"She must be, there is no other way to sense a lion." Allura agreed.
I frowned. "Sky, you can't have the lions. Not even the silver one."
Her eyes narrowed. "Then we'll have to take them by force, little sister." With that, her visual disappeared, leaving the room silent.
"Man, your sister stinks," Lance proclaimed loudly.
"Gosh, you don't say." I replied sarcastically. "Yeah, having a sister who's other species half treats her like royalty. It's just wonderful."
"Sorry, jeez, I was just asking." Lance replies, backing off with his hands in the air.
"Orchid, you never mentioned you had a sister," Shiro said, an urgent look in his eyes I recognized. Stars, I was going to pay for her transmission. Thanks sister.
"Sky is half Senhir, Jezebeth and Haggar decides to combine their research. Fleetwings are one of the most advanced species in the galaxies, evolution wise. They wanted to combine the species to make the perfect soldier. To complete their experiment, they agreed to raise the children differently, seeing whether hardship and trial would make a better soldier and commander, or having stuff handed to them."
"And you got the short end of the stick," Shiro summarized.
I nodded. "Yeah, I was sent to the arena as soon as I was old enough. Then I met you and the other earthlings, and thought that there might be hope. Then the arm."
Shiro shuddered, clutching his prosthetic.
"We tried escaping, as a punishment, they removed our right arms. Haggar cackling maniacally the entire time." I sighed, looking away. "The genetic experiments before me and my sister did not go well. Most of them didn't make it past a few weeks after birth. Any who made it past, died a horrible death cause of some mutation. They finally got it right, and look what they got, metallics."
"Are metallics bad?" Keith asked.
I shook my head. "No, not really, just really rare. Metallics, Pure white, Abyss black, and the iridescents, are all super rare, they almost never happen."
"What's abyss black?" Pidge asked.
"The color that absorbs all light, the color of a black hole, or a night sky without stars." Allure replied this time. "Pure white is the exact opposite, a literal pure white."
(A/N) So, you didn't mind me going all expositiony on you, right? So, yeah, short, but hey. I'm not too excited about this story, so there's a good chance that I'll do a few more incidents, then call this done. The silver and gold lions are like the bayards, they aren't needed to form Voltron, but they can be used to upgrade Voltron.
