"Why did you run...?"

"I figured out Tsukauchi's quirk. Realized he could detect any lies I had told him in the past and in the present." I answered Eijirou easily as we walked side by side, Izuku and Shoto up ahead, speaking in their earpieces to try and contact any of the Pro-Heroes that were on the connecting channels. Apparently you could switch between the Student exclusive one and the Pro-Hero one if you had special permission (Which we were granted), but it was difficult because it seemed we weren't in a good enough range to get a straight answer, just muddled words among the static.

"Wait, you lied to the police?" I sighed heavily, looking at Eijirou, "When you have lived the life I have lived Rockhead, you would too." I began, but resting my hand on his shoulder, "But don't worry, the lies weren't too important. Except for ya know my 'true' identity and what Toga wanted with me-"

"TOGA VISITED YOU?" The two upfront and the surrounding high schoolers whipped their heads around, staring at us in shock at the outburst of shock.

"Kiri shush! Don't yell out that so fucking loud!" I scolded the red head, whacking him upside the head, but he didn't take offense to the whack, only sheepishly smiled, nodding, "Ah, sorry...?" I blew a small raspberry, rolling my eyes.

"We didn't know that Toga was physically with you." Iida commented, Izuku continuing, "What did she say?"

"Things to get under my skin, but also offered me to be her 'friend' which I think was code for, 'Come join your brother in the LOV, it shall be tons of fun and we shall not reveal your true identity woooo~' It was an intimidation act. Not a proclamation of friendship." I explained simply of my thoughts on it. I was in too deep to lie about something they would surely find out later. I had enough lies piled up to last me a lifetime that would eventually come around and bite me in the ass.

"What did you say back to her?"

"Nothing, just stalled her until Tsukauchi and the police arrived, but she did almost let slip on who my parents were so there is that."

"I'm guessing that's one of the lies you told us all? You not knowing your biological parents and last name." My gaze flickered to Shoto for a moment, redirecting to Izuku, eyes narrowing at the small confrontation. "I promise you, if you knew who they were, you would shit yourself Midoriya."

"How would Toga know?" Urakaka questioned curiously. I shrugged, biting my lower lip as I stopped in my step, mulling it over with brows furrowed. "I could only come up with the fact of Dabi, but I highly doubt that he would just casually mention who we were. He was always careful, and would legit make anyone into a backyard barbeque if they ever found out. It would be no different with the LOV-"

"Hold that thought Elle- Hey, yes, can you hear me...?!" Izuku stopped me from continuing, hands coming up to his earpiece, the group falling silent as he listened in on whoever was on the other line.

"Okay, um we are Northeast of you then, by the old metal factory... You are on your way? It would be quicker for us to come to you-" Shoto looked up, his deadpan look being illuminated by the sun peaking in and out from behind the clouds, "Um... Okay? Thank you sir." Izuku looked to Shoto then to us, nodding firmly.

"We have a Pro-Hero on his way."

"Who?" 'If you say Endeavor Midoriya, I will break all of your limbs.'.

"Hawks." 'THAT'S BETTER BUT ALSO BAD.'

"...Fuck..." I breathed out, Eijirou raising a brow, "What's wrong?" He questioned softly,

"It's nothing, don't worry about it." I told him, shooting him a quick strained smile before I continued to walk forward, walking past Izuku and Shoto. I could feel Eijirou's worried gaze on the back of my head, see his frown figuratively.

I knew that I was just a tad over-reacting, but I couldn't just shake off the fact that the Pro-Hero, Hawks, the one who was the third most popular in the world, now the second, was coming towards us. I have seen the headlines, the articles on the internet, I knew that he has worked very closely to Enji in the past. Which terrified the shit out of me.

My worries and fears of being found out, the fact that more than 3 Pro-Heroes knew who I was, was breaking me from the inside out. It made me want to just come clean, but I couldn't, I couldn't risk that, not right now. Touya was still missing, Toga was impersonating me, the city was in disarray over whatever launched attack the LOV had planned and was commencing.

I desperately wished for things to go back to the way they were.

Touya and I in the apartment building, being so close and uplifted of how much we were managing to save up for the winter, how much closer we were to finally being freed from this hellish nightmare.

I pulled my inhaler out of my pocket, releasing the chemicals into my mouth, breathing them in as slowly as possible, I need to calm down, no panic attacks, no asthma attacks. Screw this damn debris around me!

I tensed when I felt a hand land on my shoulder, lightly gripping me and pulling to turn me around and meet the ruby red eyes of my friend, his other hand resting against the side of my head, "Hey, nothing is going to happen okay? He is coming to help us, not bring you into the police or whatever thoughts that are on your mind." He began with a grin forming, showing off his shark teeth. "Even if he was to do that- We wouldn't let him, not by a longshot. I'm not letting you be taken away by anyone else or by yourself, okay?" My shoulders relaxed, yeah, you cant just fret over this Elle. As much as your inner Jiminy Cricket is telling you to them why you are so afraid of meeting up with Hawks- You cant, and it looks like you cant wait any longer because the sounds of wings flapping and Izuku's small fanboyish squeaks pulled my attention to the said man I was afraid of.

The blond man with beautiful red wings landed on the debris ridden ground, offering his hand to Izuku who was doing his best not to freak out (He legit goes to a school full of Pro-Heroes, I don't understand why he is freaking out over Hawks).

"I take it that you are Midoriya Izuku?" Izuku nodded, giving him hand, the two shaking in greeting.

"I-It is nice to meet you-" Hawks looked around while Izuku went on a rant, studying the part of Class 1-A that was around before his eyes rested on Eijirou, whos hands had fallen to rest on left arm and my back. I narrowed my gaze at Hawks, putting up my defensive walls. He only smiled, breathing out a sigh of relief, "It's good to see that Little Miss Runaway is safe, I'm Hawks, it is a pleasure to meet you." I furrowed my brows as he walked over to me, offering me his hand. I chewed on the inside of my cheek, okay, overly friendly, way too friendly to have been working so closely with Enji, maybe Enji's asshole tendencies and Hawks pure heart balances each other out? Or was this all an act?

"Pleasure." I muttered in reply.

Hawks moved his hand to rest on his hip as he saw I made no move to shake his hand, but his eyes told me that he didn't even take offense to it, still showing a type of relief that I have only seen in my brother's eyes before.

"Alright, looks like we are all out of range to the other Pros- I unfortunately got out of contact with Endeavor, as he went and took his fiery ass and ran off." Hawks huffed, a slither of annoyance in his sentence, "But we don't need him right now, all we need to do is figure out what the LOV are doing, and why-?"

"We figured this is an elaborate plan to get Elle to join them." Shoto spoke out, Hawks' gaze flickering to him.

"But we already established that if the LOV wants to recruit our Elle, they wouldn't do it so publicly like this." Eijirou stated firmly, "There has to be something that we are missing... What could we be missing?" I met Iida's eyes, and I felt them travel down to my left, gears turning in his head in thought. Wait... What is he thinking?

"Elle when we went to get you, what did you destroy in your left hand?" 'Oh.' I blinked, eyelashes fluttering to play as confused even when I knew what he meant.

"I didn't destroy anything-"

"Please don't lie, no more lying right now." I blew air out of my nostrils, closing my eyes, stop making me feel bad!

"What did you destroy?" Eijirou asked me this time, I could hear that he was still worried about me, but it was also disappointment that I lied to Iida right in front of them all. When I looked to everyone else, I could feel it in their gaze to, making me feel worse, feel like shit.

I let out a loud groan, pulling away from Eijirou's arms, pushing my bangs back with my hand, my fingers running down the knotted up mess before I pulled them away, crossing my arms in anguish.

"Fuck, stop making me feel guilty and shit!"

"So you were lying, kero!" Tsuyu stated and I about launched her frog ass to the moon.

"Elle, I know that you are on the defensive, but lying won't help us." Hawks informed me. I glared at him, ready to just slaughter him with words as my chest felt heavy. "What is Iida talking about?"

"Damn it okay, okay, fucking hell! Alright, look, after Electicuck over here shocked me for all eternity- And Iida caught up with me, I destroyed a piece of paper that had a address on it, that could very well either be the LOVs location or where they wanted me to meet up with them! The day Toga came to the hospital, she didn't just come for a nice little chat, she came to give me something, show me where to find her once I could get away from the hospital. The knife she attempted to stab me with, she left with me in the hospital room, it said 'Ice' it was a hint for me to figure out. Welp, I figured it out after a couple of days of being on Bakugo's computer, I took where the LOV has been sighted in the past, where villain attacks, sightings, whatever! And it happened all around an address that told me was where they wanted me to be!" I took a deep breath in heavily, clutching at my chest in slight pain from barely taking any breathing breaks from that explanation.

"Hey, breathe, breathe..." Eijirou was at my side again, urging me to take a puff of my inhaler but I ignored him, continuing, "The outside ice skating rink, I take it you city folk know where the fuck that is?"

"We do, Elle are you okay?" I took a gulp of air in, nodding to myself, "Yeah I'm fine, I'm used to this shit, it will pass, I don't need to use my inhaler."

"The skating rink... We were called there earlier, but Endeavor ran off without me, and that's when I heard you trying to contact someone, Midoriya." Hawks informed softly in thought.

"Did they state why?"

"Something to do with the police, Endeavor interrupted them with a quick, 'On my way' and then just took off without me." I let out a small snort, 'Leaves him in the dust so he could gather all of the praise, sounds like him.' I thought to myself.

"Alright so what do we do?" Uraraka questions rubbing her hands together (pinkies out so she doesn't make herself float)

"Head to the ice skating rink as fast as possible, but to be honest- I don't know how we can manage to all of us there on foot, it is pretty much on the other side of the city." I gripped my inhaler, sighing deeply before puffing it, slapping it in Eijirou's hand, walking to Shoto, idea forming.

"Has anyone been rollerskating before?" Almost everyone nodded except for Kaminari and Hawks, "Good, Hawks you can carry Kaminari over there, the rest of us will just..." Frost covered my hands as I took off my boot, making skates, "Skate over there, Todoroki and I will provide the road and makeshift skates."

"Wouldn't they melt, kero?" Tsuyu questions me as I finished putting my own skates on, rolling back and forth on my heels to test the strength.

"Not with my ice, I can reinforce them into below freezing temperatures enough to the point of them not melting for hours or getting broken by sheer body-weight, besides, we will be skating on ice- We could just slide over it but knowing all of you- You don't have as much experience with that, this is a faster way." Izuku stared me, chewing on this thumb in thought over my plan, "Sounds very... Uhhhh unsafe? I mean what if we wreck into each other?"

"Then you wreck into each other, if one of you falls off of the path, Elle or I will stop that... Or just use your own skills and save yourself." Shoto deadpanned beside me, Hagakure making a over exaggerated gasp, "How blunt Todoroki!"

Iida cleared his throat before declaring, "He is right, we are students of UA! We are more than capable for this!" I did a small cough, "Somewhat runaway fugitive." under my breath. I could see at the corner of my eye my twin's lips quirk up in a smirk.

"It is settled then, you lot will become great Pro-Heroes in the future." Hawks complimented them with a grin. I stared at my brother, a soft smile forming, 'Yeah, he definitely will...'.

He smiled, watching the two work at placing the ice skates (literal skates made out of ice) on their friend's shoes, telling them to test the endurance by doing small little hops, the two were deliberately working together as a team to get it done.

A electrified blonde slid to his side, resting his elbow on his shoulder, "How wide is your wingspan?"

"Wider than your future."

"HUH?!"

That was already written anyway, from here on out I will be writing everyday to make the goal of updating every single day till December 24th.

Really makes me wonder how I kept that up for about 3 years, updating different stories every single day, with almost no fail.

Now I'm a struggling writer who suffers from constant burnout and long writer's blocks hehe.

The reason I pushed this update to the deadline of 10:30pm EST Time was to give me more time to work on things in my personal life (And maybe more writing but my brain did a big fat N O to me), but le chapter is here now and released!

Hawks is finally in this story, ironically just in time for his first anime appearance in the show! I have yet to watch S 3 cause I know what happens in the Manga and I am not ready to see that animated.

But I did see Hawks new color scheme and the 'ew' when I saw it pop up on my twitter timeline, Like Hori, I love you, but w h y d i d y o u t o c h a n g e h i s c o l o r s c h e m e t o t h a t.

All of us Manga readers just did a in unison wtf moment.
