In the last chapter:

Tenten nodded and Iruka smiled at her. "Now as for you two," Iruka mumbled, "You will both have detention after class, Naruto, Kiba."
Naruto and the boy from earlier in the chokehold, Kiba, tensed up in their desk and let out a small "yes sir."

And with that the lesson began.

"Oi! Tenten!" Naruto called out as soon as Iruka yelled out "class dissmissed!"
Tenten peeked at the blonde from the corner of her eye and saw that he had also brought Kiba along with him. "Oh, hey Naruto." Tenten replied casually. "This here is Kiba." Naruto said as he pushed Kiba towards the brunette. "Hey." He said with a toothy grin. Tenten smiled back as she observed his features. He had messy brown hair and sharp black eyes with vertical slit-like pupils. He also had red fang markings of his cheeks. Overall, he had a wild look, like an untamed animal.
"Nice to meet you." Tenten said as she and Kiba shook hands. "The pleasure is all mine." Kiba replied with a playful smirk. Tenten chuckled as the trio head out of the classroom.
"What class do you have next, Tenten?" Naruto asked as they all walked down the hallways side by side.  "Well, it says here that I have a free period." Tenten answered. "Oh.." Kiba muttered, "We both have History."
"Oh." Tenten echoed. "Well, guess like we'll see you at lunch! Meet us at the back of the cafeteria, we'll introduce you to the others!" The two males shouted over their shoulder as they ran, already late for class.
Tenten sighed as she watched them slowly fade away. She was alone yet again.
"Tenten?" A feminine voice said from behind the brunette. Quickly turning around, Tenten came face to face with Sakura. "Sakura?" Tenten asked. "Hey!" Sakura said excitedly, "What class do you have next?"
"Oh, I have a free period." Tenten replied. "Cool, I do too. Come on I'll introduce you to someone!" The pinkette said as she dragged Tenten by her hand. "Hey w-wait—" the brunette stuttered as the petite girl with unique hair kept dragging her by her hand. It was hard for Tenten to believe that someone shorter, skinnier, and smaller than her could easily drag her down the halls.
"Ino!" Sakura said brightly as they entered a glass door. Sitting by a small wooden desk and two bright yellow chairs was a girl that had fair skin, gentle blue eyes, and long platinum blonde hair worn in a high ponytail, with bangs framing the right side of her face. The blonde looked up and immediately stood up. "Sakura!"
  They smiled at one another and hugged before Sakura said, "This is Tenten. She's new here."
"Hey, nice to meet you!" Ino said in a happy voice; her calm blue eyes gazing down at the brunettes uniform. "Oo, sweat pants. You are so killing that look right now." She complimented. "You really think so? People have been looking at me weirdly all morning. I was starting to think it was a bad idea to wear my sweat pants." Tenten said nervously. "Well I think you look amazing in it." Sakura said, "As for the stares...that's all because of me."
"You mean us?" Ino interjected. "Us." Sakura echoed. Tenten stared at the two girls in front of her in confusion. "You?" She asked. "Yeah." Ino replies and flips her long ponytail over her shoulder and putting her hands on her hips. "You see, we belong in a popular group called Konoha 11."
"Konoha 11?" Tenten asked again. Meeting Ino and now hearing about a popular group called 'Konoha 11' was overwhelming her. "Yeah," Sakura says. "Konoha 11 is a group made up of the most richest and most popular students here at Konohagakure High."
"R-richest!?" Tenten screeched. Her voice cracked and both Ino and Sakura started to laugh uncontrollably. "People worship us like gods but we're really as normal as anyone else. We all have flaws." Ino says as their laughter started to die down. "Yeah." Sakura agreed. "You know," Ino says, "You should come at lunch and meet the others."
"Well," Tenten said nervously, "Naruto and Kiba, I think was his name, already invited me."
"Ah," Sakura replied with a small smile, "Those two are always excited to get new members."
The trio chuckled and continued to chat until the bell rang once more.
