Sidharth plans a surprise for Shehnaaz. The hint she gave in the form of song and the intimacy were the signal to tell her the feeling which he had for her.

He gets call from Lyla, she asks him to come immediately to RS's cabin. When he reaches there he finds RS, Rohit, Lyla and 4 men standing there.

RS: What's the matter Mrs. Singhania? Why am I called here?

RS is quiet and so is Rohit.

Officer Anand: Ms. Lyla, could you please allow us some privacy.

Lyla leaves

Officer Anand: Mr. Sidharth Singhania, I am Anand, Deputy Superintendent of Police. Me and my team are here to arrest Mrs. Rina Singhania and Mr. Rohit Singhania against the charges of Murder.

Sidharth was shocked.

Sidharth: Murder? What are you talking about Officer? I think you've got some wrong information. Who could they murder and why?

Officer Anand: Our sources are correct and we have an evidence as well. They've murdered Mrs. Geeta Singhania (Rohit Singhania's wife), Mr. Inder Singhania and Ms. Radha Sharma.

The last name hit him hard like a slap on his face.

Sidharth: Excuse me Officer, Maa.. I mean Ms. Radha Sharma died due to heart attack, we have the post mortem report at palace.

Officer Anand: That was a fake report created by Mrs. Singhania. We have caught hold of the Doctor who gave the report and he has confirmed that he faked the report for money.

Sidharth's heart sank, as even though he didn't like RS, he could never imagine her murdering his Maa. He was raging like a wounded tiger.

Sidharth: Is this true Lady? (He didn't even wanted to address her as Mrs. Singhania)

RS was quiet.

Sidharth: (Roared like Lion) Why the hell did you murder her?

RS was still silent. Sidharth was ready to pounce and tear both the culprits into pieces.

Officer Anand: Hold on Mr. Sidharth Singhania. We are here to punish the criminals. We need to arrest them, your queries will be answered in the court of law. Officers Arrest them.

Rohit: Hold on Officer, you can't arrest a lady. You need to have a lady officer or constable to arrest a lady, as per the law.

Officer Anand: We already have one. (Signals to his team member) Call her in.

The man calls her to come inside.

Shehnaaz walks in and stands infront of Anand.

Shehnaaz: Agent Sana Gill reporting Sir.

Rohit and RS both look at her in shock. Sidharth who had been staring at them, turned around in shock as he heard a familiar voice.

Sidharth: Shehnaaz???

Shehnaaz didn't respond to him as she was on duty. Her heart was aching because she could feel his pain.

Shehnaaz: What are my instructions Sir??

Officer Anand: Ms. Sana Gill, arrest the lady!

Sidharth was now fully devasted as he looked his lady love who was an agent in disguise.

Sidharth thoughts - Just as I was thinking what else could be more painful than hearing my Maa being murdered by my biological mother, I was hit with a lightening bolt. I feel cheated by everyone. The person I trusted, respected and loved after my Maa, my Chashmish.. no Ms. Shehnaaz Thakur.. no Agent Sana Gill, was a disguise.

She pretended to be Shehnaaz Thakur, my personal secretary but did she pretend to be my wife as well? And all this time she knew that my maa was murdered? Why do I feel that Shehnaaz is a bigger criminal than Mrs. Rina Singhania?

Sidharth: Agent Sana Gill!!! (He smirks sarcastically)

Shehnaaz felt a sting in her heart.

Officer Anand: Yes Mr. Sidharth, she is our under cover agent, who was investigating on the case. And Mr. Sidharth, let me tell you one thing, now that the case is solved, She will be no longer Mrs. Shehnaaz Sidharth Singhania and your marriage is void as there is no person named Shehnaaz Thakur, who you married.

Sidharth felt as if someone looted his whole world. His life shattered as the tower made of cards with a blow of wind.

Shehnaaz remembered the vows taken on marriage. How can it be void?, she thought. The promise I made to him in my heart, can that be also void? Those few moments of pure feelings and intimacy I shared with him, can it be void? How can I leave you Sidharth?

The team arrests RS and Rohit. While they were exiting the cabin.

Sidharth: (calls out loudly) Ms. Sana Gill, I can understand that our marriage is void but you've taken a loan from our company. I cannot consider that as void. How and when do you plan to repay? Now that you would no longer be an employee of this company. I want the money back, else I will sue you and drag you to the court.

Shehnaaz was standing at the door of the cabin, her tears were fighting with her eye lashes asking it to allow it to flow out.

Shehnaaz: Allow me some time Mr. Sidharth Singhania. I shall talk to you tomorrow about this. (Resumes walking, closing the door behind)

Sidharth's thought - Was this all for money and this property, why do people only run behind money? May be it's easier to achieve and buy things in life. I am now going to work for money. Not going to invest in emotions. Ms. Sana Gill you hurt me because I gave you the right to hurt me. No more!!

Sana <will address her as Sana from here on> reaches the CBI office.

Sana: Agent Sana Gill Reporting Sir!

ASP Shekhawat: Congratulations Sana! Another feather in your cap! Job well done!

Sana: Thank you Sir!

ASP: Sana, what is with loan that officer Anand told me.

Sana: Sir, I borrowed a loan for my father's surgery as an employee from the company. I am willing to pay off the loan in installments.

ASP: But Sana, it's against our policy to get any personal financial benefits while you are on undercover. CBI is not bound to pay your loans taken for personal reasons. You have violated the rules.

Sana: I understand. Sir! I plead guilty!

ASP: I am extremely sorry but my top authorities will not want to be in limelight if this matter gets into court. Hence they have asked me to suspend you until you pay the loan or else terminate you from the duty.

Sana didn't feel bad as she wanted more severe punishment for what she indirectly did to Sidharth. She was even ready to accept capital punishment (to be hunged till death) for the crime she did of hurting her love.

Sana: Sir, Please terminate me!

ASP: I am sorry Sana! I am helpless. Kindly handover all the case related and agency related belongings you possess. We will do the settlement to relieve you of your duty.

Sana: Yes, Sir!!

She had to get the spy gadgets she kept in palace to do the handover. She calls Sidharth to ask permission to collect her belongings from palace but he doesn't answer the call. Finally, she calls Mahesh asking him to give him the phone. She could hear the conversation.

Mahesh: Sir, You have call from Ms. Shehnaaz!

Sidharth: Who is she? I don't remember anyone with that name.

Mahesh: Sir, she wants to talk to you.

Sidharth: Whoever it is, ask her to take an appointment from my office receptionist and meet me at office. I have stopped entertaining unnecessary people in my personal life.

Mahesh nods. He walks out to pass the message but she had already disconnected the call after listening to his reply.
