"Zane!! Take the others and get out of here!!"  I screamed at my brother and friends.

         "No!!" My brother yelled back at me, tears streaming down his face. "I wont let you slip away again!!"

         "Go!!" I said, glaring into her evil brown eyes. "I cannot keep her distracted for long!! Go, protect them!" Taking a shaky breath, Zane nodded, following the others into the portal.

         Suddenly, I felt something graze by my ear. I turn around, seeing her, about to throw another blade. I scowled at her, touching the small (but bleeding) cut.

         "I'm going to get out." She smirked, grabbing her sword and glancing at the closing portal. "And there's nothing you can do to stop me."

         I gripped my blade. "Oh, there's something alright."

         She lunged, thrusting her blade forward, I blocking the attack with mine. We twisted and turned, trying to get to our opponent.

         Suddenly, I felt metal slash against my cheek, me yelling in response, falling on the floor. I clutched my cheek, feeling the blood drip between my fingers. Then, I shifted my gaze to the portal, gasping at what was hurtling toward it.

         I immediately jumped up, running towards and tackling her. I pushed her arms down, making sure she couldn't reach her blood red sword. I glared into her dark brown eyes, "You will not get out, and you will not hurt them!"

         Her eyes glinted. "Wanna bet?" The woman then pushed me, I groaning as I slid against the floor. I watched helplessly as she ran towards the portal, about to get transported into my precious world -

         Then suddenly, with the sound of a million windy days, the purple vortex disappeared, making the evil woman stop in her tracks.

         I took deep breaths, sitting up and gripping my sword. "Actually yes."

         She growled.

         "We should probably stop fighting, since we are going to be here with each other for a while." I smirked. "And neither of us want to be alone, now do we?"

         She snapped around, pointing her sword at me. "Don't mistake me for a weakling, Garroth."

         "I'm not." I threw my hands up. "I just figured you want some company, even if you are insanely evil."

         With a groan of frustration, I see her throw down her sword and sit on the floor. "I will kill you soon, just you wait."

         "Like you said," I stared at her. "wanna bet?"
