Prestons face gets more red as he looks down at me. I feel like I need to pinch myself to see if this is real. 'Did I even hear him right?' "What?!" That was more in a rude tone but, it just came out like that.

Prestons POV💛
Hearing the anger in Max's voice made me realize he hated me.' I fucking knew it. How could I be so stupid to think he would ever go out with me?!' A tear rolled down my cheek. "I'm sorry Max" I ran out of the front door of our school.

Max chased after Preston. "Wait!" He screamed. Max finally caught up with Preston outside. While grabbing Preston's arm he looked up at Preston. "Preston God dammit" Max continued. "I love you! I fucking do!" Preston eyes sparkled as he looked down at Max. Both of there faces were flushed with color. Preston took one step closer to Max and hugged him.

Max's POV💙
I hugged Preston and nuzzled my head into his shoulder. He was a blushing mess and so was I. He pulled away from our hug. Suddenly he grabbed my hand and both our hands interlocked. "W-wow" He said studdering. 'God could he be any more cuter?' Preston giggled and skipped off with Max to his house.

I got into Max's house and looked around. "This is nice Max" Max just shrugged. "Yeah I guess" He added "David likes bright and colorful shit" I laughed a bit. David walked into the room humming and wearing a pink apron. Out of the corner of my eye I could see Max put one of his hands over his face. Max tried to sneak upstairs but soon Someone shouted."Hey Max!" Max jumped and quickly unlocked our hands. The feeling of warmth and happiness faded as soon as he let go of my hand.. 'Wow I'm already this attached?!' "Oh, My!" Davids eyes lit up with excitement. He ran over to me and hugged me. I hugged back and smiled. "I haven't seen you since Camp!" David's expression still didn't change.
"Yeah, It's good to see you too David" Max stepped into our conversation. "David what the hell can you just let me-" Max was cut of my someone whistling. The figure walked into the kitchen. I swore I had a mini panic attack right there once I realized who it was. "ITS THE CRAZY CULT LEADER!" I shouted while hiding behind Max. Still having to bend down so I was fully covered. "Oh, uh Hi?" Daniel looked at me. "I'm so dearly sorry Preston! He won't hurt you he's stopped those things a while ago! He's my boyf-" "Well bye David, Daniel got to go!" Max stated as he grabbed my arm and pulled me upstairs. We walked into his bedroom and he slammed the door. Inside it had dark blue walls and in the corner something I couldn't really see. It looked like a stuffed bear or something. "Hey Max what's that?" Max stepped infront of where the stuffed animal was and tried hiding it.  "N-nothing!" I laughed and pulled Max on his bed as he fell over top of me. We ended up laughing and just cuddling with eachother. "I love you" Max whispered in my ear. My face turned slightly red. "I love you too" We both giggled and flipped around rolling to the side so Max was now on top of me. He rested his head on my chest and closed his eyes. I could see him starting to fall asleep and I couldn't help but smile. 'He looks so peaceful and carefree' I kissed his forehead and closed my eyes slowly drifting to sleep as well.
