But she's not much of my favorite character.

She's smart, yes. She has some flaws, yes. But since the first time I read PJO, I always caught her as Hermione 2.O. She corrected almost everything Percy said, she always had to be right. I didn't like it when she had been mean to both Tyson and Rachel.

There has been changes to her in HoO, this, I'll admit.

Let me explain before I get throttled in the comment's section. She and Percy went through high and low, they love each other, and I accept that. But, I fear it's doing all the wrong things for their characters.

In HoO, I see Percy as only Annabeth's Boyfriend, and Annabeth as Percy's Girlfriend. They're nothing without each other, it's like they're one freaking person!

I got to see depth in their characters in MoA, but after that, it's back to them being this perfect in sync couple. I despise those kind of couples.

No offense, you can continue shipping them if you want, I'm not stopping you, it's just my opinions.
