After the blackout occured they lost sight of the usurper, it didn't mean that their search was in vain. As a matter of fact, they found another fugitive, Ragdoll.

Ragdoll was one of Carina's associates who had been found at the stadium the following night after Carina's disappearance. On the same night he stole the dimension crystals from the Dimension Guardians.

“I received a text message from an unknown number along with a photo of the dimension crystals with the ones wearing it. The fact that I was in the same place as they were was a strange coincidince. I was simply laying a low profile when El Gato contacted me and confirmed that these dimension crystals were legit.” Ragdoll stated during his interrogation.

That's not all, the day after Carina's disappearance, the hostess was formally accused of fraud and false advertising by a spectator. The skirmish that had occured after the tournament matches on her first day of  hosting the tournament didn't help her case either. There was footage of her fighting off one of the skirmishers and the weapon which was used to shoot one of the combatants has not been found. The hostess was immediately removed from her position and replaced by another. The new replacement in question was identified as "The Emperor".

“I have many faults just like everyone else does. The evidence stacked against me is nothing in comparison to what that man is capable of. I'll take responsibility for my own actions, I'll accept it. But let me remind those who haven't faced him like I did. He won't stop until he gets what he's after. The Emperor is far more ambitious than he seems, those who serve him could be under our noses as we speak. Don't underestimate him.” The erstwhile hostess warned during her interrogation.

The Emperor took possession of the stadium and held the combatants and the employees hostage once he initiated his interdimensional conquest alongside his associate, Warlin, who had plotted carefully on how to possess the powersource which was located beneath the stadium.

Warlin infiltrated the stadium and had instigated most of the spectators to riot with the aid of his allies who passed as the skirmishers to take control of the stadium, expanding their dominion throughout the Pandora Dimension and other dimensions.

Some of his allies were deceived in joining the cause; six silver-skinned teenagers were illegitimate offspring of one of the combatants, Mirror. A DNA test confirmed their blood ties to one of the captives.

Grim Bootleg joined the cause to form an alliance with the Emperor in order for the *Shadow Soldier* Revolution to expand throughout a multidimensional crusade with the Emperor's influence. Neither of which came to fruition.

Some of the artifacts that were found beneath the stadium were illicit parts used to fabricate avanced firearms and highly dangerous automatons. One of these illicit parts was a Chronotranslocator. Originally used to travel across time in one dimension, this one has been used to preserve time inside the stadium while the outside of the barrier the time passed naturally. The timeline within the stadium in which the hostages were held captive was three days. The actual timeline outside of the stadium was three years.

Among the hostages who were detained in a separate chamber from the rest of the hostages was Simon, a Venusian who committed genocide against his own race with the exception of his two estranged sons.

Chris, who was also held hostage by The Emperor and forced to fight in the arena, found his father after breaking free from bondage the night prior to the rescue.

Carina, was found hostage in a pod after aiding one of the shapeshifting hybrids escape in exchange for a DNA sample. She wore a collar that nullified the effects of her transformation, courtesy of her captors.

And lastly, a four-armed Colossian hybrid was found dead at the arena, this massive specimen was 30 ft tall and posed a threat to all of the hostages present. Bitemarks were present on his gargantuan fingers. No doubt being the handiwork of the blood-thirsty dinosaurs, they relied on their instincts to take down a larger threat.

Regardless if the mission itself took three days, three months or three years. The arduous mission is finally completed and archived. The teleporter that they left unchecked served as an opening to trace them, infiltrate their defenses, pass off as one of their own subjects, recalibrated their security systems and unlocked the passcode to release the hostages. The culprits got apprehended and brought to justice.

The rescue was a success.

Carina a.k.a The Copycat has been sentenced to lifelong imprisonment on a dwarf planet without parole, but at least she was granted proper medical care to treat her heriditary disease. Her captors on the other hand, weren't as fortunate.

Warlin was killed by Simon before the I.B.I. could capture him. They found him dead on the ground by the time they found him.

Simon and Grim teleported out of the scene by using their own powers, though it didn't prevent their respective adversaries to leak their estimated locations.

The Emperor was a cunning combatant, but not even he could avoid capture. He was captured and sent to a maximum security prison after his trial and life sentence. The charges filed against the former hostess were dropped and she was sent to her home planet.

Further more, Ragdoll gave away El Gato's whereabouts as payback for his betrayal by sending him towards the hotspot where the I.B.I waited for him. El Gato was apprehended and came to snitch Sphinx to the I.B.I.

Sphinx was the one who rescued Carina back at Pinwheel Galaxy and mass produced the gene altering weapons for the copycats and remained incognito for several months until one of the usurpers gave away his location.

El Gato was killed in prison for betraying Persia and setting Wirehair to his death. Despite that there are still usurpers and copycats on the loose, it won't take long until their base of operations to get snuffed out.

The gene altering devices shall be dismantled and the source material for the bioweapons will be removed from circulation.

Operation Copycat has been filed, documented and archived at the Intergalactic Bureau Investigation's database featuring the list of suspects that had been taken in for questioning, the list of certified victims that have been affected by these events, the locations which the culprits have been spotted, and the footage which were taken down from social media and annexed sites.

The mission resulted a success.
