"Chapter 4; Outrage."

Trigger warnings; inhumane living conditions and punishments, child abandonment, child neglect, etc.

After a.. not so pleasant reception, the oncers found themselves in Fairy Godmother's office as they all tried to figure out what was going on.

There were several of them, but everyone decided it was best to let the Charmings do the talking.

"So, you managed to live in peace with your villains? Interesting.. " FG commented, looking somewhat wishful.

"Well, most of them, yeah. Why? What'd you do with yours?" David asked, just as curious about this world as she was with theirs.

"Well, it's a long story but we put them on an isle with a magic barrier and let them do their own thing there" The fairy replied, seemingly regretful. And then, upon noticing the looks of horror on their faces, asked "what?"

☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️

Little Chad, after running away from his family castle in Cinderellasburg , went to the only place he felt safe and happy.

Auradon Prep. Or more specifically, Fairy Godmother's office that was inside of Auradon Prep.

He was still in his light blue pjs and barefooted as he made his way down the empty halls, dragging his baby blanket behind him.

It was approaching 3 am, so he suspected that he wouldn't be found for a while. But those suspicions were immediately tossed aside when he heard a collage of raised voices coming from inside FG's office, causing him to sigh.

Looks like he'd have to talk to FG before he was ready to and be sent back 'home' without being heard once again.

Meanwhile, inside of Fairy Godmother's office, the oncers were yelling at the headmistress in complete outrage at what all she had just revealed.

Magic barrier?

Villains all alone in one place with minor thieves and each other?

With no way out and all of Auradon's leftovers to survive on?

What the hell kind of place were they running here?!

They were all so busy yelling, that none of them heard the pitter-patter of small feet or the door creaking open. And because they were all blocking the door, facing the very nervous Fairy, no one noticed a small blonde boy entering.

"How dare you do such a horrible thing?! "

"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

"What kind of shit show are you running here?!"

"That's completely inhumane!"

"What about the poor children?! Did you ever even think about them?!"

"And you call us the villains?!"

"Man and I thought I was evil!"

All of their voices were just loud enough to be heard over one another, but all of them froze when they heard the small voice of a child speak up "Miss Fairy Godmother? What's going on?"

They all turned toward the sound and David heard Snow and Emma both let out a small gasp as they spotted where the voice had originated from.

David knew why as soon as he laid his eyes on him.

The boy looked just like a mini version of him and Snow, was the same age their missing son would be, had the same eye color and hair color as their son had, and was holding a small, light blue baby blanket with the name 'Chadwick' sewn into it that their son had been wrapped in the night he disappeared. Which could only mean...

"Chadwick?"

"Chad?"

"Little Prince?"

The child stared at all the strange adults, startled and backed up slightly, eyes wide with fear. Which meant that they had probably just made a horrible impression on their long lost son/brother/prince. "Who are you and how do you know my name?"

FG cleared her throat, drawing their attention before any of them could react. "Yes, I would like to know that as well, but it's late and I think that they can discuss that with you in the morning."

"What? But-" Chad's protests died down when the headmistress shot him a look that clearly said that there was no room for any sort of argument or discussion of the matter until the morning where he was concerned.

He deflated "Yes Ms. Fairy Godmother."

He did not look happy at all and David knew that the look was probably mirrored on his face, because he wasn't happy at the turn of events either... Even if he was gonna let it happen, because he agreed that a ten year old should not be up at this time of night.. or day?

Whatever.

It didn't matter because they were gonna get his son (and the other children, hopefully) back.

No matter what anyone else had to say about it.
