Nathan, Mika, Serena, Lily, Eggman, and Sage are all standing on a cliff, with Nathan transforming into his Chaos Form, with the others taking a stance, as Nathan transforms once again into a new form.

Nathan is seen running while looking around, with Serena preparing herself, Lily looks at a bunch of cards, with Mika looking determined. Nathan suddenly goes out of a ring, then takes off running, next we see him talking with his sisters, as we then see him with the Chaos Emeralds and Rings then becoming Chaos Nathan then flies off.

Nathan wakes up and looks around confused, Serena lifts herself up, looking angry at something, Mika looks up in the sky then looks forward and gives a nod, as Lily has a small look of pain before shaking it off, as Nathan, who's running with Sage, looks surprised about something.

The souls inside the Koco's began leaving their bodies, showing they were at peace, as we see Sage holding her hands out, spinning, as she deals with a bunch of helicopters with Eggman walking up to her.

Nathan is seen walking up to Lily, who looks at her cyber self in sadness, as both Nathan and Serena salute a couple of Koco's, as the two then started talking with each other, then we get flashes of Nathan, Mika, and Sage talking with each other, as it ends with Mika looking determined while holding up a fist.

Chaos Nathan flies straight through Giganto, with Wyvern bulging then explodes, with Lily creating two swords made of Chaos Energy, with Mika jumping high into the air, as Serena repeatedly punches something over and over, throwing one last punch releasing a Koco.

Chaos Nathan swoops down, holding the Knight's sword, then swings it down, causing the Knight to explode, as we see Supreme looking down, before something connects to it and it gave off a roar, as multiple arms appeared and began shooting lasers.

Nathan is seen running with Sage, as his sisters each hold out the Chaos Emeralds and the Chaos Rings, making him smile as he transforms into his Chaos Form and flies off. We then see him in his Chaos Form, but something is different, his fur is now red and his eyes are green, as we then see him in his base Chaos Form in space, but he appears to be damaged and knocked out. The screen then goes dark, as the final thing we see is him falling back to the planet.
