Error quickly comes downstairs after getting dried and dressed. He smiles at blue and pallete in the doorway, "welcOmE back. HAve fUn?"

Pallete nods excitedly, "I ate bucket of paint!"

At blues house with goth, violet, and pallete:

Error looks at blue, "how thE helL diD you Let tHAt happEn?" Blue smiles and nervously laughs, "uh... I was distracted with Violet making tacos..." error facepalms and sighs, "dear goDS..." pallete giggles, "I'm ok!" He hugs error happily.

Nightmare walks downstairs with a smile, "welcome home. Thanks for letting pallete and goth have a sleepover with Violet, blue" blue smiles, "it's no problem Violet looks up to them. They're also good kids"

Nightmare smiles, "good to hear."

Blue looks at his phone, "ah I gotta go. Red isn't very good at parenting..." he says with a nervous  smile, "I'll see you later. Take care pallete!"

"Bye blue!" Pallete waves as blue exits the house in a sprint. Error sighs, "shOulD reD evEn be LeFt aLone WitH vioLet? HE'll seT the Kid on FiRe sOMehow..." nightmare laughs, "I'm sure it's fine... so pallete tell us how your sleepover went."

They sit at the kitchen table having dinner. Pallete sighs, "I... error... nightmare... my parents... I've been thinking about it a lot... what should I do... I'm hurting them by avoiding them but... I feel so... hurt by them as well..."

Nightmare sighs, "well... I do think you should reconnect with dream... it's a miracle he's alive...but ink... I don't know... he's not the same person we fought... it's complicated... I think the only thing that can fix that is time... nothing will be normal for a long time..."

Pallete nods, "I'll try... I want to stay here with you guys though... I hope that doesn't bother you..." nightmare shakes his head, "no... you've been here for a few years now... your family. You don't bother us." Error nods in agreement.

Nightmare sighs, "I call up dream so you can talk. For now just relax. Dream will love you unconditionally so I'm sure there's nothing to worry about."

Error sighs, "jusT maKe sure iNk doesn't cOme... I ReaLLY don't want tO seE hIM..." nightmare nods, "same..."
