It's been six months Laksh had seen anyone of the wedding group. Oh gosh today is the baby shower, I don't want to go, but maybe I will meet her. I hope she will be there...

Ragini has binding her hairs to a tail, "oh gosh I have to stay strong let's see what is coming up for me or to me. Ugh thinking of it gives chills." She shrugs off her feelings and heads to the baby shower party.

Rahul was looking at Laksh, "what is going on, you ended up your relationship with Gina, why you didn't told me?"

Laksh looked at him. As if he had an open ear, busy in his wedding and then the mood swings of his wife, yucks. "Bro keep your advices with you, I don't need them."

"Ragini!" Someone shouted the name, immediately Laksh anger vanished and he turned to see her, damn.

"Surya you took my pic, can I now be normal again? I hate to pose."

Laksh amazed face changed again into devastating, what Surya? No, shit.

"Laksh?"

Laksh looked at Gina, "it was a stupid idea. How could I even think, she might be single. I mean just look at her, she is looking breathtaking."

Gina nods, "true can't agree more than this, but c'mon. It's been six months, who knows maybe they are just friends." She winks leaving him alone.

Laksh didn't liked the thought, only friends. I think this will be my title. He went up to the terrace looking into the dark night.

Ragini pouts, he is with Gina. How could I even think of it that he would be single by now. He always liked her, damn he loves her. It was my fault to fall in love with him. He never gave me any signal and here I am six months later thinking of him with weak knees.

Laksh didn't liked it to see her with Surya or any other guy. I want to hold her, carry her and love her till my last breath. This small yet most beautiful affair was the best I had ever experienced in my life. What if I wouldn't be in an open relationship that time? But Ragini wasn't ready for a new relationship so it was the best. No commitments to each other.

Gina was talking to Surya, "Hey you?!"

Surya frowns, "Hi?" He gulps as he forgot her or did he ever met her.

"I'm Gina, the ex-girlfriend of Laksh. I think we met on the wedding. You used to roam around Ragini, I guess your new girlfriend?"

Surya shook his head, "I tried but she refused me a lot of times. Not being ready for a new relationship as her heart still belongs to him."

"Him? Her ex?"

Surya shrugs, "I'm not sure, when we talked she never mentioned the name, but the way she talked about him it sounded so real and new. It wasn't something old, but something infinity."

Gina smiles, "great, where is now?"

"Oh she got a call, something with her work. She had to leave."

Gina widen her eyes, "what! Why and where?"

"Work, back home by the way she moved to New York now."

Gina smiles, "New York, you aren't kidding me right?"

Surya shook his head, "no, I picked her up on my way here. Now she called a cab to drive her home."

Ragini was upstairs. I hope I haven't forgotten anything here. I don't want to come again and see him happy holding hands or even kissing Gina. Oh she is so nice I can't even be angry on her and why should I. It's my mistake.

Laksh was coming downstairs, the moment both were lost in their thoughts they collided with each other, but Laksh hold her on time.

Simultan they called the names of each other.

"Laksh/Ragini."

"Hi!" Both smiled looking at each other.

A loud horn was to hear.

"Oh my taxi! Sorry I have to leave." Ragini thanked him for his catch on time and rushed to the room to check it once. Laksh couldn't even see her properly, but she was gone.

Laksh heartbroken comes down to and sat next to Gina. "Life is cruel. I had her in my arms and never thought to have this feeling again and look at my destiny, I lost her again."

Gina rolls her eyes, "you owe me a lot."

Laksh huffs, "what?!" He rested his head on his arms.

"Don't cry and be a man."

Laksh just moved a tiny bit of his head and looked at her, "I'm not crying, I'm pitying myself for my lost."

"Gosh she not dead. Here her address," she gave him a small paper sheet.

Laksh looked at the address, "New York?"

Gina smiles, "look, I'm going to save your ass and time. I'm your alibi if someone will ask for you I will find an excuse, cause the lady you Love is still single."

Laksh jumped up from his place, "what!!!!?!!?!?!"

All looked at him.

Gina pulls him close, "yes, she never had something with Surya, in fact she is still in love with the guy whom she had last time and that's not her ex..."

Laksh smiles, "how can I thank you? And how can you be so good to me?" He was whispering to her.

"Well to be honest. I never thought you will stick so long with me. And I always felt you gave up on Love. But now I saw your lover boy face and I love it. If I would be a woman, selfish, then I wouldn't have helped you, but I'm not and I can see that you want her more than anyone else. So go, I will handle, but you owe me big. This Nisha..."

Laksh kisses her forehead, "thank you, anything you want."

Laksh left by the time Ragini had reached her apartment. Why why why, I wanted to in his arms for the rest of my life, I thought I would never be able to feel this again, but life is unpredictable and now I felt him again. I inhale him once again and lost him. I don't wanted to lose him.

She closed the door and lean on it, a deep breath, he still looks amazing and his intense gaze never fails to give me chills.

*Ring Ring*

"This phone, can't it die?"

Ragini talked to her colleague, "I will finish it." She was working on the file with a smile, "at least I'm out of the baby shower. Ugh I don't want to see her face, Nisha would say 'Look I'm married and you still single and childless,' like really who cares?"

Laksh was looking for the building, then for the name plate to bell the ring. Damn New York, we both are living in the same state but at the opposite direction. If I had known this earlier I would have been close to her daily. But no, I had the fear and now I have to make the best out of the situation.

*DING DONG DING DONG!!!!* the Bell wasn't stopping to ring.

"Gosh who is this?" She opens the door without asking, who.

Laksh was looking, "what no lift?" He looked at the stairs, "damn and of course she has to live at the highest floor." He walked the stairs, rushed up to her, but the door was closed.

Damn, doesn't she want me?

He knocked on the door, the door opens with a stick, "I swear I will kill you, if you even try to get close to me or rob me."

Laksh was standing with lifted hands, "I'm so... so... sorry. Came to meet you not to hurt, but to love you."

Ragini put the stick down, "Laksh? Wait what?"

"Love?"

Ragini first was nervous and hesitating, but then she smiles, "really love, what about Gina?"

"We all got separated on the same day. But I couldn't forget you."

Ragini helped him with his frozen arms, she asked him in and he stayed...
