Prompt: 

You're secretly a thief, and you hid a collection of knives in a hole in a tree. When you go back to get them, they are gone, and you begin to panic. Then a nine-year-old girl hops out of the tree, holding your knives, and says, "Were you looking for these?"

It was hard assigning the genre to this one. It could be anything - it could be humour, mystery, thriller, and it could even involve a bit of time-travelling. But mystery seemed to be the broadest one. Again, wonderful prompt by pluviophile_bookworm!
