Chapter 5: Mana Transforms

7 Years Later

It's been 7 years since you destroyed Cell. 7 years since you started going to school. 7 Years since you started training Mana, Rikka, Alice, Ruby and Yang. Now you was a boy in your mid teens. 14 to be exact. Despite all the years of peace, you still trained harder than ever. You was immensely stronger than you were before. Even Goku admitted that he couldn't keep up with you even though he and Vegeta trains religiously. And according to Goku, even if he used the fusion dance with Vegeta, it still wouldn't stand a chance against you. Unfortunately, Gohan started slacking off. Hell, even your little brother Goten was starting to catch up with Gohan. Gohan decided to focus on his studies at Orange Star High School. Although, you heard that the people there were starting to get suspicious of him.

Now, you go to Oogai First Middle School with Mana and Rikka. Alice goes to a different school. Ruby goes to Signal Academy and Yang is about to go to Beacon Academy. Despite all this, the group of friends still see each other regularly. Now, Ruby uses a scythe and Yang uses gauntlets as weapons. They created them at while they were at Signal Academy. Thanks you training them, the combat classes were extremely easy at Signal Academy. In fact, they already surpassed everyone in Signal by a wide margin. Only Taiyang and Qrow knew the reason why they were stronger than everyone else.

Oogai Town - Clover Tower

Currently, your class are paying a visit to Clover Tower and you were walking around the building with Rikka, searching for the Student Council President.

"Where is she?" Rikka asked as you chuckled.

"Last time i saw her, she was helping someone find their wallet,and then helping Chihiro get over being car sick and finally preventing a fight between Takuya and students from another school. You know how she is." You replied.

"So the usual?" Rikka deadpanned as you grinned.

"Yeah, pretty much." You answered as Rikka sighed.

"I'm just a little worried that she's going to overwork herself." Rikka said as you rose an eyebrow.

"No need to worry. Considering the training i put her, you and the others through for the past 7 years, this is nothing." You spoke with pride. "Anyway, i'll go find her for you right now." You said as you ran off.

"Wait!" Rikka shouted, but you was already out of sight. "And he's gone. What am i going to do with you two." She sighed.

With Mana

Mana was currently bringing a little girl to her parents.

"Don't worry, we'll find your parents." Mana reassured the girl. Eventually, she found the girls parents and brought her back to them.

"So that's what you were doing. You are very kind." She heard a familiar voice behind her. Turning around, she saw you standing behind her with a smile.

"Oh {Y/N}!"

"Rikka's been looking all over for you. Let's get back to her before we worry her more." You urged as Mana nodded, but before she could leave, she got sidetracked again.

"Oh! Look!" Mana shouted.

"What is it now?" You asked with a deadpan look.

"Isn't that Makopi over there?!" Mana pointed at the girl who was surrounded by a lot of people. You tilted your head in confusion.

"Makopi? Who is that?" You asked in curiosity.

"Don't you know? She's Makoto Kenzaki, a popular idol. She even have her own commercial." Mana stated as you still had a clueless expression.

"Nope. Never heard of her before." You replied nonchalantly as Mana face faulted.

"This is the first time seeing a idol in person! {Y/N}, can we please go see her?" Mana pleaded with puppy dog eyes.

'Damn! She must have learned it from Ruby.' You thought before giving in. "Alright! We'll go pay her a short visit." You said.

"Come on! Let's go!" Mana shouted as she ran ahead while you followed her but walked instead.

"Rikka's going to be very upset that we kept her waiting this long." You mumbled to yourself.

There was a huge crowd of people surrounding the idol. You assumed that they were also her fans. Mana couldn't get through with the massive crowd of people surrounding Makoto.

"Tch! At this rate we will never get to see her with this many people around." You said in annoyance. Of course, you could just force your way through with your overwhelming strength, but that would be rude.

The crowd of people nearly swarmed the idol, causing her hair piece to fall off, which you and Mana noticed. The hair accessory bounced off the ground, but Mana managed to retrieve it.

"Hey, that's the piece that fell off of Makoto's hair." You stated.

"We need to return this to her." Mana stated as you nodded.

"Yeah. But its going to be difficult with all the people around. Guess i have no choice." You replied as you kept your hand low, but used your ki to release a weak kiai (that's what its called on the DBZ wiki) that caused a strong gust of wind that forced the crowd of people to separate. Makoto, along with her many fans, were both shocked and confused at what just happened. Thankfully, no one noticed that it was your doing and just assumed that someone left the door open and a strong wind blew threw. Before Makoto could do anything, she was met by 2 people who stood in the center of where the crowd once was and approached her.

"Sorry, but we don't have time for autographs-" Dabyi was cut off at what you had to say.

"Makoto, you dropped something, and we wanted to return it to you." You stated in monotone as Mana returned the hair accessory to Makoto.

"T-Thank you..." Makoto said as Mana smiled and you smirked. With that, Makoto left through the elevator and her fans left just as quickly as they came. Now it was just you and Mana.

"Hmm, i sensed something weird about that Makoto girl." You said in a serious tone, getting Mana's attention.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"Well, her power level is much greater than that of normal humans." You replied as Mana rose an eyebrow.

"Really? I didn't detect anything strange about her power." Mana said as you shook your head.

"The power level she is currently showing is that of a normal human, but i can sense that her inner strength is far greater than this. Either she is suppressing her power or she has a transformation." You explained as Mana gasped.

"So how how strong do you think she is?" Mana asked.

"Well, she's stronger than the average human, but she's no where near our levels of power. However, with the proper training, she could could potentially rival you in power." You replied as Mana nodded.

Before either of you could do anything, you were both called by someone.

"Hey you two!" A voice said from the side. Looking over, you saw a blonde haired man.

"Come check my store out. I have just the accessory you need. I'm sure a couple like you two will find something." He said as both you and Mana blushed slightly before you narrowed your eyes at him.

"Oh really?" You questioned the weird man as you and Mana decided to check out what he's got.

"Wow! This is amazing!" Mana yelled as she looked at what he had, but something caught her eyes. She picked it up and began to admire it.

"Isn't that the same thing that Makoto had?" You asked with wide eyes.

"Ah that's a Cure Loveads." The man said as Mana was still too busy admiring it. You sighed and took out your wallet.

"How much?" You asked as the man shook his head.

"No. You guys can have it for free." He said as both you and Mana's eyebrows rose above your hairlines.

"Oh no! We couldn't possibly take this!" Mana shouted.

"True." You chimed in. "Besides, its probably pretty expensive if a popular idol has one."

"The worth of something changes depending on the person." The mysterious man replied as he took the Cure Lovead and handed it to you before whispering something in your ear. You rose an eyebrow but reluctantly did what he told you as you walked up to Mana and place the lovead on the ribbon on Mana's head.

"There. It actually looks great on you." You remarked as Mana smiled.

"Mana! {Y/N}!" You heard Rikka shout in the distance as she marched up to you and grabbed both you and Mana by the arms and comically dragged the both of you away. "Were need to go to the observation deck or we'll be late."

"Sorry about that." You and Mana said sheepishly. You had one thing on your mind though.

'That man back there also had a higher than normal power level for a human. I wonder if he is a hunter or something.' You mused.

Timeskip

Eventually, you found yourselves waiting in a long line.

"Woah! This is a long line!" Mana exclaimed.

"Yeah. Where going to be waiting a long time before we reach the observation deck." You added.

"We wouldn't have to wait this long if you two didn't run off." Rikka scolded.

"Hey. We already said were sorry." You protested. "Well i could assume my alter ego and fly you two to the top or use Instant Transmission, but i didn't bring my 'Golden Warrior' outfit with me." You whispered.

"Nah. We'll be alright. Besides, the excitement builds up when you wait in line." Mana said.

"I knew you'd say something like that." You chuckled.

After a few minutes of waiting,you saw the little girl that Mana helped enter the elevator to the observation deck waving at Mana.

"Well, she really admires you." You smirked as Mana just smiled sheepishly.

Further back i the line, a man was starting to get frustrated by the wait.

"How long is this going to take? I could just cut in line." He suggested to himself as his psyche began to have darkness in it. "But i can't do that." He sighed as the darkness within his psyche started to go away.

'Just do it.' A voice in his head whispered.

"Who said that?" The man questioned.

"Just release the darkness within you." A boy who stood in the shadows said as he snapped his fingers, causing the man to clutch his chest in pain as darkness completely filled his psyche before it was seemingly ripped out of his chest and grew bat wigs as it went into the villainous boys hands. You immediately sensed a dark and evil energy nearby as Mana ran to the unconscious man.

"Is he still alive?" You asked.

"I'm not sure." Mana replied as both of you turned your attention to the boy with the mans psyche in his hand.

"Go wild! Release the darkness inside your heart." The evil boy shouted as the psyche grew larger and began to take the shape of a crab.

"Jikochuu!" The creature shouted.

"What the hell is that?" You asked as pretty much everyone around were thinking the same thing.

"Lines? Time to cut." The giant crab shouted angrily as it started to go on a rampage ramming into everyone. It ran towards you but you evaded it effortlessly. You really wanted to fight back, but you didn't want to reveal your powers around all these people, but you didn't want them to get hurt either. Had all these people not been here, you could have easily flatted this oversized crab along with the evil boy that summoned it in less than a second.

3 fairies entered the area and panicked.

"Oh no! Were too late!" The fairies said.

The crab eventually crashed through the elevator and began running up up the walls towards the observation deck.

"Michiko is up there!" Mana shouted as you narrowed your eyes dangerously.

"Then we need to save her and the others who are currently on the observation deck." You said in a serious tone. Both you and Mana saw the door to the emergency stairs and entered it.

"Now that no one else is around to see, we can finally use our real strength." You smirked as both of you ran up the stairs at full speed.

Clover Tower Observation Deck

"We made it in time! We even beat the giant crab up here!" Mana shouted.

"Why of course. With our speed, it only took us like 0.0000001 seconds to reach the top." You snorted in amusement.

"Hey everyone! You need to leave this place! Something dangerous is coming this way right now!" Mana shouted to warn everyone. Everyone looked at her in confusion until the giant crab monster crashed through the elevator door.

"Screw the lines." The Jikochuu shouted as everyone ran for the exit. Once everyone left, you turned to face the creature and smirked. The crab tried to ram Mana but she stopped him dead in his tracks with just one finger. This left the 3 fairies that happened to be following you and Mana dumbstruck.

"S-She stopped it with just her finger?" Sharuru was stupefied by this display.

"You should really calm down, or we'll have to apprehend you." You told the crab.

"Indeed. You're causing too much trouble for everyone." Mana started as she continued to lecture the crab while you deadpanned at her.

"There she is going on a tangent again." You sweat dropped as one of the fairies flew out of hiding and revealed herself.

"Hey! You two!" Sharuru shouted to get the 2 attention. Both you and Mana turned around to see who it was but saw nothing until you looked down and spotted a small pink rabbit-like fairy standing before you.

"Who are you?" Mana asked.

"I'm a fairy from the Trump Kingdom, Sharuru!" She announced as Mana shook her hand.

"Neat. I'm {Y/N}. I've never heard of this Trump Kingdom, but it sounds interesting." You replied as if seeing a fairy was some everyday occurrence, shocking Lance and Raquel.

"I'm Mana Aida." She greeted as she shook the fairy hand, further shocking the fairies by this.

"They took this information like it was no big deal at all." Lance said in shock.

"Yeah." Raquel replied.

"If you hung around me and my friends long enough, then there won't be much that will surprise you." You chuckled as the fairies gave you a puzzled look.

"Here! Use my power!" Sharuru shouted as she transformed into something that looked like a cell phone.

"That transformation technique is similar to Puar and Oolong's." You muttered to yourself.

"You can fight the Selfishness." Sharuru said as you rose an eyebrow.

"Can't we just fight the creature right now and destroy it before it causes more damage?" You suggested.

"But if you destroy it, the psyche may never return to the original person, indirectly killing the person who lost their psyche." Sharuru said as you growled in frustration.

"Then what can we do?" Mana asked.

"In order to defeat it and return it to normal, it must be purified. But you need to transform into a Precure first." Sharuru explained.

'Precure? I wonder what that is?' You inwardly questioned yourself as Mana took Sharuru and got into a dynamic pose.

"Transfrom!" Mana shouted, but nothing happened. Getting impatient, the Jikochuu crab continued its rampage, but you and Mana had no problems avoiding its attacks.

"At this rate i may have no choice but to destroy the damn creature. We can wish whoever that died back with the Dragon Balls." You whispered to yourself.

Suddenly, a girl in purple appeared and kicked the giant crab, sending it flying back several feet before gracefully landing in front of you and Mana.

"Well, this is an interesting turn of events." You said as you watched the purple haired girl. 'This girls energy feels familiar.' You thought.

"Dabyi!" The girl shouted as a fairy purple fairy appeared before her in the same cell phone like form that Sharuru was in and put a cure lovead on top of it and drew a heart on the screen. Next, she jumps in the air with her hand glowing purple.

"Flash! Holy Sword!" She shouted as she fired a flurry of swords at the Jikochuu, causing the giant crab to have hearts in its eyes shouting 'love' over and over again before vanishing. It had been purified. The psyche went back to the original person.

"Well, she just stole our thunder." You joked.

"Who are you?" Mana asked as the girl turned to leave.

"Cure Sword! You defeated my Jikochuu! This is unforgivable!" Ira shouted angrily as she revealed himself.

"Cure Sword?" Mana said.

"Oh. I almost forgot about you. You're the one responsible for all this mess." You glared at the boy as you pointed your finger at him and charged a Dodon Ray. Before you could do anything, part of the roof collapsed as a claw came down, grabbing Cure Sword off the ground. Looking up, you saw a creature that very similar to the one that Cure Sword just defeated, but a bit bigger. Not that it mattered since it still wasn't a threat to you, but Cure Sword was in danger and you needed to act fast.

"What? Another crab?" Mana asked, as she thought everything was finally over.

"Thanks for luring out the last Precure, Ira." You heard a woman's voice on the roof top, revealing her presence.

"Marmo! You waited until my Jikochuu was defeated just to steal my spotlight!" Ira shouted in anger as he flew up to her while she just chuckled. You narrowed your eyes dangerously at them.

'So there were 2 culprits.' You thought as you looked over to Mana and you both nodded at each other before you both jumped onto the roof top and saw the one called Marmo trying to interrogate Cure Sword.

"Tell me, where the Princess is?" Marmo demanded.

'Princess?' You wondered.

"I will never tell you two!" Cure Sword growled.

"You're a fool for still being loyal to a dead kingdom!" Marmo yelled as you were confused on what she meant by that. "Alright then. Jikochuu, finish her off!" She ordered as the giant crab began to squeeze the life out of Cure Sword.

"Mana, now would be a good time to become a Precure. Otherwise, i may be forced to act and put the giant crab down for good." You stated as Mana eyes widened.

"But that will-"

"Don't worry, we can use the Dragon Balls to bring them back." You reminded her as the others rose an eyebrow.

"Dragon Balls? What is that?" Ira asked.

"Nothing you need to worry about. Now, how about you release Cure Sword. Now!" You said in a serious tone. You didn't want people you didn't trust to know about the Dragon Balls. Especially if they're someone evil, like the ones in front of you. Both Ira and Marmo scoffed at your demands.

"Ha! Do you really think were going to do what you asked?" Ira asked.

"No. But if you knew who you were dealing with, you would." You smirked as you saw a Mana's cure lovead glow brightly.

"I wonder what she did." You said.

"Put the shining thing on me and shout Precure Love Link!" Sharuru instructed as Mana nodded.

"Brimming with love, Cure Heart!" Mana shouted as did a pose. Everyone was amazed at what had just happened.

"Amazing." You marveled at her transformation.

"Seems like you have lost your love, sad crab. I shall get your heartthrobbing excitement back!" Cure Heart said as she formed a heart with her hands.

"What!? Now there's another one!?" Ira asked.

"Doesn't matter. We'll just eliminate her right now." Marmo said as they both rushed at Cure Heart, but stopped when you stood in their way.

"Sorry, but i will be your opponent right now." You stated in finality as you looked back at Cure Heart. "Mana... or shall i say, Cure Heart," You smirked. "You rescue Cure Sword and purify that crab while i deal with these ass clowns." You said as Mana nodded and turned her attention to the giant crab. The villain duo glared at you for that insult you just gave them.

"Hey! Who are you calling an ass clown!?" Ira growled in anger.

"Pfft! You're not even a Precure. What can a normal human like you possibly do against us?" Marmo scoffed.

"What to find out?" You asked with a dark smirk that made both Ira and Marmo shiver. "Also, your first mistake was assuming i was some normal human." You warned them as the 2 selfishness villains were to dumb to notice the warning and managed to regain their bravado.

"Tch! Even if you were the strongest human in the world, you still wouldn't defeat us!" Marmo replied arrogantly as you smirked.

"Funny you say that, because I AM the strongest human on the planet! No, scratch that. I am the strongest being on the entire planet regardless of race or species." You stated in a matter of factly.

"If that's true, then all we have to do is defeat you and we won't have anyone to stand in our way." Ira said with a smirk as he rushed at you and tried to punch you only for you to vanish in an afterimage. "Tch! Where did he go!?" Ira raged.

"Over here." You said in a mocking tone as Ira turned around and found you standing right behind Marmo. When Marmo heard your voice, she immediately spun around while doing a reverse round house kick at you, but you ducked under the attack.

"How did you get behind me!" Marmo demanded as you just chuckled as you avoided her flurries of kicks, pissing her off even more. Ira soon joined in to help her, but it was no use. Despite double teaming against you, they still couldn't lay a finger on you.

"Hmph! You sure are fast, but speed alone won't help you win!" Ira shouted as you smirked before catching both of their fist.

"True. Now its my turn." You replied as you pulled their arms, forcing them to bump their heads into each other. They clutched their heads in pain, but you weren't done yet. Next you delivered a powerful front kick to Marmo, causing her to crash into a nearby wall. After that, you uppercut Ira on the chin, sending him soaring until he crashed back into the rooftop of the tower.

"Come on! Was that all you've got?" You taunted with a mocking smirk. The selfish duo picked themselves off the ground and flew into the air, thinking that you wouldn't be able to get them up there.

They were wrong.

"So you want to take this fight to the skies? Well two can play that game." You smirked as you levitated off the ground and flew up to the same altitude as Ira and Marmo. This left them stunned.

"H-He can fly too!?" Both Ira and Marmo shouted in pure shock as their eyes were nearly bulging out of their sockets.

"Now, where were we?" You asked with a smirk that promised pain as you cracked your knuckles.

Meanwhile With Mana (Cure Heart)

"Ok, i need to rescure Cure Sword and purify that crab. I better do this quickly before something bad happens." Cure Heart said as she decided to use her full speed to snatch Cure Sword right out of the crabs claw. Even Mana herself was impressed with her increased speed. "Wow! I am much faster than normal!" Mana stated as she sat Cure Sword on the ground/floor near Raquel and Lance and turned to face the Jikochuu, who had just now realized that it was no longer holding Cure Sword.

Before the crab could do anything else, Cure Heart disappeared in a burst of speed once again and appeared behind the giant crab and kicked it right in its back, instantly knocking it down. Mana made sure not to hit it too hard, otherwise she may accidentally kill it, and she didn't want that. She was determined to save whoever psyche from suffering or dying. Soon the heart on her chest glowed and another cure lovead came out of it similar to the one Cure Sword had when she purified the last crab. Mana knew what she had to do.

"Nows my chance! Sharuru!" Mana said as Sharuru appeared before her in her Lovely Commune form as Cure Heart placed the new lovead on the Lovely Commune and drew a heart on the screen and the heart in the middle blinks twice as the heart brooch on her chest shines.

"Reaching out to you! My Sweet Heart!" Cure Heart shouted as a large pink beam shoots out from the heart brooch, engulfing the Jikochuu and purifying it. The purified psyche soon returned to its original owner. "Finally. I'm done with that." Mana said with a smile.

"And im done over here as well." You suddenly said as you slowly descend from the air holding an battered and beated Ira and Marmo by the collar of their shirts and tossing them to the side, causing them to crash on the buildings rooftop hard. Cure Sword, Raquel and Lance stood slack jawed by all this. These 2 that they barely even know just came up and easily defeated the Jikochuu and the 2 that summoned them like it was nothing. To say that they were impressed and gobsmacked would have been the understatement of the century.

"Grr! Damn you! We will be back and we will have our revenge!" Ira snarled as he and Marmo stood back up, which took a while due to their injuries.

"Next time, i will destroy both you and the Precure!" Marmo snarled only for you to give them a smug look, getting enraged looks from them, but they couldn't do anything so instead, they vanished back to their hideout.

"Hmph! Bring it on anytime! We'll defeat you every single time!" You sneered.

"Could these two be strong enough to restore peace to our home?" Lance questioned.

"We don't know for sure." Raquel added.

"Heh. I just knew that you would gain a special power and fight against evil. So, how does it feel like to finally be a hero?" You asked Mana with a smirk.

"It feel great to help people who are in need." Cure Heart replied.

"I knew that would be your answer." You smikled. "Well, get used to it. This is just the beginning." You turned to face Cure Sword. "And lets not forget about you. You did great too."

"Could you be our friend?" Cure Heart asked Cure Sword as she turned her back.

"No." Cure Sword said coldly.

"Well that was harsh." You frowned.

"You two may be strong, but it won't be enough to defeat their leader." Cure Sword stated as you rose an eyebrow.

'Leader?' You thought as Cure Sword started to leave down the stairs.

"Wait! How do i change back to normal?" Cure Heart asked as everyone sweat dropped.

"I'll be back." You told everyone as you began to walk to the stairs.

"Where are you going?" Cure Heart asked.

"I need to talk to Cure Sword. I can tell that something is troubling her." You stated as you went down the stairs.

With Cure Sword

"Why didn't you become friends with those two back there? They seem like they could be very helpful." Dabyi asked.

"Shut up! I don't need friends." Cure Sword replied coldly.

"Well, that's a bummer." She heard a voice from up the stairs. Turning around, she found you walking down the stairs to approach her.

"What do you want!?" She asked with venom in her voice.

"No need to be hostile. As a fellow hero who fights against crime and evil, i just want you to know that if something is troubling you, let me know. I know i may not look like it, but i am the strongest on this planet. So whoever it is bothering you, i can help you fight it." You stated.

"I already told you, it won't be enough to stop them!" Cure Sword shouted as you rose an eyebrow.

"Just to let you know, both me and Mana was not even using a fraction of our real power back there." You stated, getting gasp from both Cure Sword and Dabyi.

'They weren't fighting seriously?' Dabyi asked to herself in shock.

"And i have plenty of more friends and family members who are all super strong. I don't know who or what it is you're fighting against, but if it attacks us, we will be ready." You said in a serious tone. "So think about my offer, Makoto." You smirked as you placed your fingers on your forehead. Cure Sword's eyes widened at the fact that you knew her true identity.

"How did you-" Before Cure Sword could finish her question, you vanished via Instant Transmission.

"H-He knew your secret!" Dabyi shouted.

"What an unusual guy." Cure Sword whispered.

Meanwhile With You & Mana

"Oh crap!" You shouted.

"What's the matter {Y/N}?" Mana inquired.

"Rikka's going give us an earful for keeping her and the others waiting so long." You said as you both started sweating.

A/N: Didn't plan for this chapter to be this long. Next chapter, you will visit Beacon Academy with Ruby & Yang. Also, this is how strong everyone is after 7 years of training. I told you the girls would be op lol. Also, you are already stronger than everyone in the Buu saga and we haven't even started that arc yet lol.
