Chapter two 2/2

Chapter two: fitting in 2/2

As Lukas, Gill and Maya went and got their lunch, Aiden slowly walked over to Shibe. "Hey, just so you know; you're totally not becoming an ocelot or anything. You're too lame." He explained to her, rolling his eyes.

"What?"
"That's very kind of you."

"W-what?" Shibe's eyes widened. She didn't expect Aiden to be such a
Jerk. "Nevermind, loser..." He muttered, walking over to Lukas. Shibe sighed and walked over to Lukas. She bought some lunch and sat back down at the table. The ocelots followed her and sat down also.

(L) eat food

Shibe grabbed her fork and started to eat some of the fries on her plate. Lukas looked at Shibe's meal and grinned, noticing that they had the same food. "So... How is everyone?" He asked, eating some of the fries.

"Im terrible"
"I'm okay."
"I'm great!"

"I'm okay I guess." Shibe replied, looking at Lukas happily. "I'm pretty good..." Gill said, stuffing his face with fries. Maya looked at Gill, "Gill, use your manners..." She told him, nudging his arm with her elbow. Gill swallowed his fries. "S-sorry!" Aiden pushed away his tray lazily. He began to drink some soda. "What's wrong Aiden?" Maya asked. Aiden groaned. "The cafeteria food tastes horrible." He explained. Lukas looked at Shibe. "Do you have any siblings?" He asked curiously, trying to make conversation with her.

"I have a brother"
"Why do you ask?"

"Well, I have a brother named Tyson..." She replied, smiling. Lukas grinned. "Cool! I'm an only child." Lukas explained. Gill ate his food less messily. Maya looked out the large window on the side of the room. Shibe finished her lunch and placed the tray in the sink. Lukas followed her. "We're just going to head over to the football pitch now. We'll wait for you guys." Lukas said, taking Shibe's hand and walking out of the lunchroom. He went through a series of corridors before finding some double doors. He opened them and let Shibe into the pitch. "Welcome to the ocelot's football pitch!" He grinned. The pitch was massive. There was rows of seats on all sides of the room.

"this place is amazing!"
"Woah.."

"This place looks absolutely amazing!" Shibe exclaimed, walking into the middle of the pitch. Lukas nodded. "Yeah... It is." He responded before walking to a small door in the side of the room. He pulled out a black and white football. He grinned before kicking the ball to Shibe.

(R) kick ball

Shibe lifted her foot and kicked the ball back to Lukas happily. He took off his jacket before picking up the ball and walking over to Shibe. "I guess we should practice before the others get here." He explained, pointing at the goal. Shibe walked over to it quickly and got ready. He placed the ball in the middle of the pitch and took a few steps back. He quickly sprinted over to the ball and kicked it. Shibe gasped.

(R) kick ball

With a short amount of time, Shibe quickly kicked the ball and it went flying back to Lukas. He grinned. "Great job!" He shouted to her. Eventually, Aiden, gill and Maya walked to the football pitch and they began to practice.

Time skip;

The ocelots made their way out of the football pitch and walked into the main hall. Shibe quickly walked to her dorm. She took her phone and skyped her older brother, Tyson. "Hey shibe! How was school?" He asked her.

"It was boring"
"It was okay"
"It was fun!"

This action will have consequences

Shibe grinned. "It was pretty fun. I've made a few friends and I've volunteered to be a temporary goal keeper for the school football team." She replied. Tyson smiled. "That's great! Did you get a roommate?" He asked. "Yeah..." Shibe nodded. Lukas walked into the dorm and into his bedroom.

"How are you?"
"What have you been doing?"

"What have you been doing?" She asked Tyson. "Not much. I've just been making some songs. The usual." He responded, giving a happy smile. "I guess I'll see you later. Just call me if you want to talk or something." He added. Shibe nodded before ending the call.

(L) switch on tv

Shibe hopped out of her bed and turned the television on. She watched some cartoons for awhile since she didn't really have anything else to do.

An hour later, it was dark outside. Lukas knocked on Shibe's door. "Shibe, are you in there?" He asked. Shibe walked over to the door and saw Lukas. He must've combed his hair since it was a lot fluffier. "Yeah. What is it?" She asked happily. Lukas grinned before pulling Shibe out of the her bedroom and walked outside of the dorm. He pulled her to a ladder that was at the back of the corridor. "Come on, I have to show you something." He explained, grinning. They both climbed up the ladder and found themselves on the roof of the building. Lukas carefully walked over to the middle of the roof and sat down. He could see the whole city from up there. Shibe slowly crawled over to Lukas and sat down. She looked at the view and gasped. "Isn't it beautiful? I love watching everything before going to sleep." He explained happily.

"Are we even allowed to do this?"
"Yeah."

"Are we even allowed to do this?" Shibe asked, her heart beating quickly. "I'm pretty sure we are." Lukas replied, checking his watch on his wrist. He smirked. A gust of wind hit Shibe and she started to shiver violently. Lukas took off his black ocelot jacket and placed it over Shibe's back. "Hopefully that'll stop the shivering." He smiled as he heard some teachers down below. "What's going on down there?" Shibe asked curiously. "You'll see." He replied happily. Suddenly, a firework shot up into the sky and exploded into a burst of colour. Shibe gasped.

"Is that a firework?"
"What is even happening?"

"I-is that a firework?" Shibe asked, her eyes widening. "Yeah. The teachers always have fireworks when a new student arrives." Lukas responded, fixing the jacket. They both watched the blazing fireworks shoot into the sky happily.
