Today was the first day in a while Yoongi has cried. And not the small crocodile tears, we're talking full on sobbing, ugly crying.

He woke up to his alarm, making him jolt awake and shut it off. Jooheon was already up for his day of work, letting his husband sleep in for a bit before he had to get the kids up. He rolls over, letting out a heavy sigh as he sees the red lights of the clock on his husband's bedside table flash. He pouts, sitting up and then eventually standing to go do his morning routine.

After brushing his teeth, he heads towards the kids bedrooms to wake them up. First, his eight year old baby, Minseo. He opens the door, turning on the lights and stepping in the room quietly, "Mini~"

Minseo whines, rolling over and covering her face with her comforter. Yoongi chuckles, crawling into her big girl bed and wrapping his arms around her, "Come on silly girl, we gotta get ready for school."

"Mommy no," She whines, rolling to face him, only to cuddle into his chest shortly after.

"I know baby, summer was fun but it's time we get back to our normal routine. Even mommy has to go back to work after his very long vacation."

Truth be told, Yoongi ended up quitting his job at the record label company. He found a more liable and better company to work for after a year, and he was excited to be working for them. Although he will miss working with his husband and staying home with the kids every so often, he'll enjoy this job more considering he won't be worked to death like his last job started to do to him. He started today, right after dropping all three kids off at school.

Yes, all three.

His two younger babies were starting their first day of kindergarten today, and his oldest baby was starting her first day of second grade. Technically, the twins were supposed to be starting next year, but after some convincing Yoongi managed to get them tested for the start and both kids tested out of everything. They are so smart, learning everything day by day and they were so joyful when they learned something new. Both twins were now looking a little like both parents, not really taking after a certain one.

Yoongi clears his throat, feeling tears form as he sits back up, "Come on baby, let's go bake those cinnamon rolls mommy made yesterday."

Minseo nods, crawling out of bed after her mother and stops in the hallway, "Gotta pee."

Yoongi chuckles, watching her run to the bathroom and finished his way to the twins room. He opens the door and flips the light on, "Guys~ it's time to get up!"

Hyunki sits up instantly, whining and pouting at Yoongi. The mom pouts back, he looked like his daddy. Hyeran on the other hand, much like her sister, rolls over with a groan. Yoongi chuckles, walking over to her and much like her sister, he cuddles her, "Come on baby, you gotta get ready for your first day!"

"Nooooo!" She whines, "Wanna sleep mommy!"

"I know baby, I want to sleep too but I have to go to work also," Yoongi kisses her head, getting out of bed and walking over to Hyunki who was starting to fall back asleep while sitting up. Yoongi laughs, kissing his cheek, "Come on baby boy, I gotta go bake cinnamon rolls!"

"I wan' one!" He instantly bursts awake, making grabby hands for Yoongi to carry him. Yoongi sighs, picking him up with a groan, "Baby you're getting to the place mommy can't carry you."

Yoongi carries him out of the room, Hyeran following while rubbing her eyes. Once they get into the kitchen, Yoongi sees Jooheon putting the cinnamon rolls in the oven and he lets out a relieved sigh, "Oh thank you, you're a saint."

"You say that every morning," Jooheon chuckles, leaning in to kiss his husband, "coffee is ready, and I've got everyone's bags by the door."

Yoongi pouts, kissing his husband again before setting Hyunki down, "Both of you need to go potty, now."

The twins run off, doing their morning routines before racing back in the kitchen just in time to get a fresh cinnamon roll on a plate. While the children ate, Yoongi eats himself and drinks coffee quickly, heading to their room and laying their outfits out for their first day. He bought them all new outfits for the first day, wanting his children to look adorable and give him a piece of mind that at least his kids have nice clothes for occasions like this.

Once the kids ate, him and Jooheon helped clean them up and brushed all of their teeth. Once they were dressed, they were ready for the day. Yoongi fixes Hyeran and Minseo's hair, then for Hyunki he spiked the front of his hair. All kids were now ready and waiting at the door with Jooheon while Yoongi hurried to finish getting ready himself. He walks towards the door, his hair still wet and tie still wrapped around his neck not having been tied yet, "Alright let's go!"

Jooheon and Yoongi both wanted to take the moment to watch both of the twins as they stand with their class and wait for their teacher. When she finally did come out, Jooheon and Yoongi bow to her politely then turn to the twins.

Yoongi straightens Hyunki's shirt, "Alright babies, they're going to take you back to your class now. You remember where that is? Mommy and daddy helped you guys find your way?"

Hyeran grins, nodding her head excitedly and Hyunki wrings his hands together anxiously. Jooheon takes his son in his arm, kissing his head, "You'll be alright buddy, make lots of friends and be friendly okay?"

Hyunki nods, sniffling slightly and rubbing his eyes. Yoongi pouts, taking him into his arms now and hugging him as the boy starts to cry, "I want to stay with mommy!"

"I know baby," Yoongi coos, "You need to go okay? You'll be alright."

Hyunki sniffles, wiping his eyes and Hyeran takes his hand, seeing their class leaving, "Ki, we gotta go."

Yoongi kisses his youngest daughter, Jooheon doing the same, "Bye babies, behave and be friendly okay! We love you and we'll see you when we get home."

They watch as the kids enter the building, Hyunki look back every now and then at Yoongi, and Hyeran would just hug him before holding his hand and dragging him with her. Once they were out of sight, Yoongi let the tears roll and starts sobbing. Jooheon chuckles, bringing his husband in his arms, "Oh mama bear, your cubs are fine."

Yoongi sniffles, seeing a lunchbox and he got an idea, "Oh, that's Hyeran's I need to go-"

"Nope," Jooheon laughs and pulls Yoongi to him, "nice try babe, our kids don't have Spongebob lunch boxes."

"Damn."

Okay, did not tear up at this, but I wanted to go ahead and post this and get it out of the way. One more chapter and it'll be a good one I promise!! I'll try to get it out and then we'll be done with this book!
