I highly recommend reading "The Alpha and the Vigilante" if you haven't yet. There will be a few character appearances from that book, and they will be more meaningful if you've read that one.

Also, there is a direct sequel to The Alpha and the Vigilante on my profile called "Lethal". It takes place during the same time as ONYX, read whichever one you want first, it doesn't matter.
