Chapter 07: Accident

Lia's POV

I was walking towards the convenience store, when I saw you.

You were coming out from the store.

You looked like, you were drunk or something.

You were even walking side to side, as if you were some kind of zombie.

I was busy staring at you that I didn't notice.

You were crossing the road.

In my mind, I quickly reacted to it.

I looked at the street light and saw it was on green, meaning go.

Me being the person I am, I didn't even think twice to run and save you.

Unconsciously, knowing the consequences, of my action.

But, I was too late, you were already got hit by a truck.

I was about to call the ambulance that I didn't even notice that I was still standing in the middle of the road.

And...

I also got hit by the car.

Funny that we both ended up getting hit by transportations.

We were right next to each other.

I looked over to see you, already unconscious.

I was fighting the sleepiness.

Because I still want to see you graduate.

I want to see you smile like before...

But, I know even the gods, couldn't have possibly the guts to go against that.

I smiled before, losing my consciousness.

But, I know everything will be alright.

Because, you're always there for me.

And as we always say...

"Even if the whole world goes against our relationship. The two of us, alone will always be unstoppable. No matter how, far we are, no matter the distance. We will always be there for each other."
