He prepared it for weeks:
Jackson and BamBam (they were together now) would come over and babysit Cai while Jingyu took WeiZhou to the ocean. There, he would propose. He thought about it so much he started to loose sleep. He came up with thousands of different scripts every night, laying by his love, stroking his hair, remembering ever little thing he loved about Timmy. He wasn't going to say all that, or else the proposal would take hours, but he was preparing to say a lot.
After Johnny proposed, and Timmy (hopefully) said yes, they would go to a hotel for the night so they could have some alone time.
WeiZhou had a few concerts to do in various spots soon, so he prepared for them. For the first time in a while, he was worried about homesickness. The last month or so with Johnny and Cai had made him so used to living in a family again. He felt torn knowing he would have to leave his lover and child, even if it was just for a few weeks.
Cai frequently slept in Johnny and Timmy's bed now, which no one minded. They knew he would grow out of it eventually, and for the time being, all they wanted was to enjoy one another.
Johnny bought the ring three days before he was going to do it. He hid it behind the TV, where WeiZhou would never find it. He hoped.
He woke up on the day he was going to do it, with Cai in between him and Timmy. He was so scared, so nervous, but so ready.
They sat around for most of the day, but Timmy could tell how restless Johnny was, his laughs too loud, always playing with his hands. WeiZhou was beginning to get slightly worried about him, because not even his touches could bring him back to earth.
BamBam and Jackson arrived at three, Jackson immediately heading over to hug Cai.
"Your favourite uncle has arrived for the night!" He grinned widely, picking up the boy. "Oh, and BamBam's here too."
BamBam scoffed, rolling his eyes. "Shut up, Jackson." He said in Korean.
WeiZhou was confused. "What are you guys doing here?" He asked, not panicked, but definitely edgy. Jackson and BB exchanged a glance, then both of them looked at Jingyu. WeiZhou turned to look at his boyfriend, who was standing by their bedroom door.
"Well...." Jingyu started. "I thought we could go out tonight. We haven't gone on a date in a while. But our babysitters are here, so we just have to get ready." He grinned cheekily at WeiZhou. "Wanna shower together?"
WeiZhou rolled his eyes, but complied, following Jingyu with a laugh.

"Where are you taking me?"
"A good place."
"Specific." WeiZhou sassed, rolling his eyes. Jingyu was holding his hand as he drove down backroads towards the ocean. It was slightly cloudy, but not too cold. They were both wearing hoodies and shorts, and Jingyu had the ring in his pocket. He had completely forgot everything he wanted to say as he parked.
"The ocean?" WeiZhou smiled, staring out at the beautiful black and blue water. Jingyu squeezed his hand, and opened the car doors, with a thought in his head:
"The next time I'm in here, Zhou will either break up with me or be my husband."
WeiZhou took his hand, pulling him towards the shore. Once they were close enough to the water, WeiZhou put both his hands on either side of Jingyu's face and kissed him. Jingyu felt it deep in his chest, instinctively pulling WeiZhou's hips closer to him. In that moment he felt so connected to him, so in tune with his body. He whispered to himself in his brain. "Now."
Pulling away, he took both of WeiZhou's hands. "Zhou, do I tell you enough that I love you?"
He looked down. "Of course you do, Johnny. I know you do."
"How often do I show you?"
"Enough." WeiZhou looked down, splitting himself from the fiery gaze of Jingyu. "Why do you ask?"
Jingyu looked out at the sea. "I just... I love so much about you. I love how you look in the morning when you wake up, I love how you look when you take care of Cai. I love your voice, your smile, the way you hold my hand and kiss me and... you make it so easy to love you. You're so good for me. My soulmate." Zhou pulled his hand up to his cheek, leaning into his touch. "I could never love anyone but you the way I do. And if one day you left me to find someone else, I would rather cease to exist then exist without you." He parted their hands from each other, reaching into his pocket. "So, that's why I'm asking you to marry me."
WeiZhou's hands went to his mouth and he gasped as Johnny went down on one knee. "Xu WeiZhou, for our two years together, and for more years to come. Will you marry me?"
Zhou was overwhelmed with emotion, feeling tears slip out of the corners of his eyes. This is why Jingyu had been acting so weird. He was proposing. He was committing the rest of his life to WeiZhou.
WeiZhou couldn't believe it. He smiled with the tears, falling to his knees and kissing Jingyu, with a force that knocked them both to the sand. Jingyu put his hands on WeiZhou's hips, who pulled away, lovingly brushing his hand alone Jingyu's jaw.
"Yes, Jingyu, of course I'll marry you."
They kissed again, and again, until lips were swollen and faces were red, and a chill on the outside of their bodies couldn't dampen the fire within. WeiZhou was admiring the ring on his finger as Jingyu stood up, taking his other hand and kissing his cheek.
"What's the plan now?" WeiZhou asked as Jingyu led him towards the car.
"I have a room booked for us at a hotel." Jingyu said, leaning in to whisper. "I don't want to take my hands off of you."
That did it for WeiZhou.

I've officially published all the chapters I've had stored up! Currently writing the next few parts, and I'm going on a road trip for a week so it should be easy.
