i really liked the theme of my last update, which was the development of my graphic-designing skill in american animals. so, in that vein, this update will be dynasty themed! (read: a dump for all the dynasty related graphics i've made over the past year or so.)

let us begin with the covers!

here is the og cover: blue-haired fallon, you will be missed! i remember making this cover last year and . . . wow. it has been a wild ride since then. i still love this cover, even though the psd colouring is a bit too vibrant for my taste and composition is average at best. still. you have to start somewhere.

then came this cover, which is the one i always come back to. is it spectacular? no. is it simple? definitely. but there's just something about it that i love. it does have a little bit of that sun imagery with fallon's face being obscured by the glare, but otherwise. . . yeah, i have no idea why i'm so attached to this cover.

after my favourite one got a bit stale (i'm one of those people that can't stand anything looking the same for too long, so after a month or so i always go through and remake all of my covers so my account looks different) i made this one. it features a line from the story, "it will be a knife or nothing" which is one of my favourite lines i've ever written and probably the best. that knife motif as well as the relationship it's associated with is recurring throughout the story, so that's why it's emphasised on this cover.

and this cover (plus the matching one i made for my anakin skywalker fic, saviour complex) is virtually the same as my favourite one, but edited slightly to match saviour complex. until i figure out something a little more creative, i'll probably stick with these two.

coming up next: various graphics i've made for dynasty.

(the mandalorian four posters. fallon, hiro, chrysaor and nadya. i did this one on procreate first and then photoshop; i drew death watch's shriek-hawk symbol by hand. the size and location of the shriek-hawk on each character is meant to represent their varying connections to mandalore and death watch─i.e. chrysaor's is over his heart, because he joined to be with fallon─though i'm not sure how well that translated at the end of the day.)

(dynasty x haven posters. zoya hasan, lux bonteri, fallon kryze and mai hasan. although kycshis' haven isn't actually connected to dynasty, they are both linked by the character of lux. i love nor's story so much─i can't recommend it enough, especially to star wars rebels lovers!─and i love how both of our narratives grabbed a random ass white boy with little to no canonical information or personality and went "yes, i want this one". anyway. go read haven.)

(chrysaor poster duo. again, a return of the "it will be a knife or nothing" line. i love it so much. and i love chrys, even if he's a dropkick.)

(fallon poster duo. while chrys' poster uses the death watch symbol, fallon uses the iron heart; both could be taken as symbols of mandalore, depending on what exactly you think mandalore is. it just drives the divide between them deeper, i think, and shows where both their loyalties lie, regardless of how many times they say they lie in each other.)

(lost daughters edit. satine kryze and sara fess. this is a poster i made for my lovely kryzes, who has been here for me, fallon and dynasty as a whole from the start. sara fess stay being the best original character on wattpad, and sara and fallon stay being the iconic cousin duo that remains unparalleled!)

(lost daughters edit. bo-katan kryze and fallon kryze. although fallon is written as blonde, sometimes in edits i depict her as a redhead to match her mother. whether fallon is ginger or not she and bo-katan will always be one of my favourite relationship to write. that's on generational trauma! thanks again to regan for helping me the entire way.)

i think at some point i will make a graphics gallery for dynasty, so i have a designated place to shove all of this stuff. for now, enjoy it here 🥶🥶
