"Wait!"I narrowed my eyes over the stingy thing that was in his hand. "Aryan don't tell me you are buying that?"

"Why not?! Anna it will look so good on you."

"No. Not at all"

"Anna...it's our engagement party next week.."

"I know but..."

"I want to see you in a lehenga. Please." he says

"Fine."I sigh in defeat.

It's me Anna. And he is my fiance, Aryan. We love each other a lot. We have known each other since diapers. Weird right? Falling in love with someone whom you grew up with is amazing.

We were family friends and it was decided from the start that we will get married to each other. And it was our luck that we loved eachother.

Besides this, there's something else about our family.

Aryan belongs to the Singhania family.

The mafia family. And of course are life is difficult. Having a Mafia status is no easy. You have enemies around you all the time. You keep your identity a secret.

There were times when I and Aryan dreamed of having a normal life. But I guess it was just a dream nothing else.

"I am hungry!!" I whine as we make our way out of Manyawar and Mohey.

"Let's go home then we will have our food." Aryan says.

"No!We are going to KFC and that's final." Aryan chuckles at my response.

The Gupta family. That is the family to which I belong to isn't a Mafia background family. But that doesn't mean we are not associated to it.

Almost every heir of the Singhania family was engaged with the daughter of their closest partner. Our dads had been best friends because they almost grew up together. And hence as a result we both were engaged. And now it was going to be official next week. Mr.Singhania , Aryan's dad died when he was ten. And from that time my dad handled the mafia king position until Aryan was ready.

It has been a tradition since long that the future Mafia King's identity was kept to be a secret. The face was only revealed when the heir got married. And hence both the couples were declared as the Mafia King and Queen.

Now it was our turn. Next week is our engagement and then only half a month later we were getting married.

It was only a matter of few days when our identity was revealed to the world. And then we had to be ready everytime. Because we don't know when our enemy will attack us.

"What are you thinking about?" Aryan asks as he brushes his fingers on my cheeks.

"I am Just a bit nervous about the things which are gonna happen after the marriage." I say

"Anna."He says as he cups my face. "You are going to be my Queen and that's the only thing which will change. You know why? Because you were my princess till now but now you are gonna be a Queen. My Queen." He says as he covered my mouth with his.

I really wish that it's the only thing that will change.

We were sitting in our bedroom cuddling each other. That's when someone knocked at our door.

It was Rohan. My brother.

"What's wrong?" Aryan asks as he notices his horrified expression.

"It's dad. He is leaving for the South Korea. Mafia Lee has tried to attack us."

"Why does he has to go?" I ask

"Mafia Lee is asking for face to face meeting for a truce."

"That's Bullshit. He would never ask for a truce." Aryan says.

"I know" Rohan runs a hand over his. "I tried explaining it to dad but he says he need to go before he attacks again." he sighs

"Where is dad?" I ask

"In the study. He is -" I walked past him and ran towards the studyroom. Aryan followed me.

"Dad!"I scream as I pushed the doors. "Rohan says you are leaving for South Korea!"

"I am" He says.

"You know that Lee would never ask for a truce. If he is asking you meet him personally then their is definetly something going on."

"I know Anna but I have to."

"Why dad?"

"I want you to be safe. Both of you." He looks at Aryan and then back at me. "You are my daughter and the last thing I want is you being in danger."

"Dad."I say "We both will be fine. Nothing is going to happen."

"I know. I trust you both. But it's time to end it all at once."

"But Uncle it's not safe for you to go alone. I will accompany you."Aryan says.

"No. Not now. Let me handle the situation first and if I can't then I will contact you. Your engagement is in a week you need to attend it."Dad says.

"Dad take care." I say.

"I will Anna."

Dad left. We tried to stop him but he didn't. I don't know what happened with the Korean Mafia. Few years back the Mafia King was Kim and we had a good relation. We had trips to Seoul almost every vacations. My dad and Mafia Kim were bestfriends. Their friendship started when uncle Kim helped Dad in getting revenge for Aryan's Dad murder. Yes he was murdered by the Italian mafia.

But two years back the Mafia King of korea was replaced by someone named as Lee. According to our spies he was an acquaintance of Uncle Kim. But we never heard from him since then. Uncle Kim had a son. His namewas Kim Taehyung. We were friends. Me , Aryan and Taehyung. There was one more guy but he dissappeared when we were 14. I don't remember his name. But yeah one thing about him which I remember is that he looked like a bunny. And he had a weird kind of obsession with Banana Milk.

Over those holidays we all were trained together. Being the next heir of Mafia world was hard but once you have people by your side who love you then it's easy. Not completely but yeah. It is.

Anyways. After uncle Kim dissappeared , we never heard from them. Not even Taehyung. And that's when the attacks started. It was sure that something was definitely going on inside the Korean Mafia but we don't know what.

We had our spies there but we never heard anything suspicious.

After dad left, a week later our engagement ceremony was held. Aryan was surprised seeing me in a lehenga.

"Now that I have seen you in lehenga I can finally die in peace." He says as we entered our bedroom.

"Shut up Aryan you are not dying yet." I say

"Yeah I know before dying I want to see mini us roaming around the mansion."

"Yeah" I whisper as I put my head on his shoulder.

"You know what Anna?"

"What?"

"Have I ever told you that I love you?"

"Yeah you have but I won't mind hearing it again." I peck his lips.

"I love you so much. I can't bear to live without you. You make everything better for me." he says as he kisses me.

"I will always love you. Forever and always." I whispered in his mouth.
