Y O U

I was checked out in the middle of the school day. I walked to the office and saw a huge officer. He waved when he saw me in the hallway.

I walked into the office and he brought me to another room. "(Y/N), I'm sorry to tell you this but, your mother is dead." I felt tears escape my eyes. "How?" I said trying not to cry. "She was killed by your father, he's currently in a max security prison." He said hugging me. "Where am I going to live?" I asked. "With your sister, Aphmau." He said pulling away from the hug. "When am I leaving?" I asked wiping away the tears. "Today, but you get to say goodbye to your friends first."

Lastly I hugged Ashley, my best friend. "I'm gonna miss you." She said tearing up. She gave me one last hug before I walked back to the officer. "You ready?" He asked taking my backpack from me. "As ready as I'll ever be."

~Later~

The officer drove me to Aphmau's house. I got out of the car and knocked on the door. A tall blue haired girl answered. "Hey, are you.    (Y/N)?" I nodded and she let me inside. Aphmau was sitting on the couch. "Hey." I said walking over to her. She got off the couch and embraced me into a hug. "Hey, it's been a while." She said. Her face was tear stained. "Are you okay?" She asked. "No, not really." She let go of me and picked up my bag. "I'll show you to your new room." She said. "Here it is." She said. "Better than my old room." I said. "Really? This is the basement?" She asked. "Yeah, we moved because daddy got a new job." I said. I sat down on the bed. I pulled out my phone and went to my messages.

Bae: I heard about what happened want to talk about it

Me: no not really I got my sister now

Bae: okay just making sure

Me: thanks for caring

Bae: your welcome I love you

Me: love you too

"Who ya textin?" Aphmau asked. I jumped back. "No one." I said blushing lightly. "Tell me about him." She commanded." I stayed silent. "Is he at least your age?" She asked. "He's a few months older." I said. "I won't allow it!" She joked. "What! Aaron is older then you!" I yelled. "Quiet, Nekoette is sleeping." I put my phone down on the bed and stood up. "Who's that?" I asked. "Kawaii~Chan's daughter." The the blue haired girl came back. "Hey Aph, can you tell Travis I'm not here?" She asked. "Why? I thought you liked him?" Her face flushed. "N-No I don't he's annoying." She said. "Fine, this is the last time though." Aphmau walked upstairs.

"Hey, I never actually told you my name." She said. "It's Katelyn." I waved awkwardly. "M-M-My name is (Y-Y/N)." I said blushing. "You act like Garroth." She said. "Who's that?" I asked. "I'll take you to meet him tomorrow." She said taking out her cell phone. "Who you textin'?" I asked sassily. "Non of your da-" Aphmau punched her arm. "Language Katelyn." She said. "You need help unpacking?" She asked. "No I think i got it." I said. "Great, I left her with you for a few minutes and you already made her independent!" She yelled. "I did?" Katelyn asked. They both started arguing while walking up the stairs. "I could get used to this." I said to myself. I fell back onto my bed. I got under the blankets and went to sleep.
