It was wintertime at Hogwarts, and that meant one thing. Christmas. Most students were heading to their families for the holiday, but you and Draco both decided to stay back at the school. You woke up early on Christmas Eve, anxious to get your present wrapped, and your friends' presents for you and Draco prepared. You managed to get them all done and put under the tree before Draco woke up and you sat back on the couch and relaxed. "Morning," you hear a voice behind you. "Morning Draco," you smile and lean your head back to look at him. He leans down and kisses your forehead. "Hot chocolate?" He asks, offering you a mug, which he apparently had in his hand this whole time. "Of course. Thank you." You reply, blowing on it before sipping it carefully. 

"So, what are you doing up this early?" He asks, taking the seat next to you and sipping his own hot chocolate. "That." You smile and point to a pile of presents near the Christmas tree. "Oh, love, you didn't have to," He says, nuzzling you. "Shut up, yes I did." You smile and push him toward the presents. You watch as he unwraps one after the other. A watch, cologne, quidditch gear, a spell book, and then yours. It was a pocket-sized framed picture of you outside in the snow, in which you had turned to face and smile at the camera. And Daphne was eagerly willing to take the photo for you. At the bottom, there was a little white box, in which you had wrote: I'm never alone with you in my heart. "Sarafina..." Draco says, looking up at you with a smile. You get up and hug him. "Shh. I know. I'm the best girlfriend ever," You tease. "Well you are," Draco replies. "I said I know silly!" You laugh. "Well I'm saying it anyways." He shrugs. "You're the best thing that's ever happened to me you know that?" He says, kissing your head. "Yeah, I know. I tend to have that effect on people," You smile. "So where's my present?" You ask. "You aren't happy with me being here?" He asks. "You know I turned down a family dinner for you." He says. "Fine, fine. I love my present." You give him a quick peck on the lips. "Merry Christmas, Draco." "Merry Christmas Sarafina."
