"I deserve a chance to explain, please let me explain my angel" He spoke in a sexy voice looking at my lips and I almost melted.  

"Jungkook.. I.." I almost fell for his games again but to my luck I saw our teacher walking on the halway with a bunch of papers.

"The teacher is here, can we talk later!?" I told him afraid that the teacher would see us in this situation.

"Fine, you promise?!"

"What? I'm.. Jungkook let me go the teacher will.."

"Cressida just promise me you will give me a chance to explain or..!"

"Or what Jungkook..?" I pushed him and shouted: "Mr Kim let me help you with these".

I left Jungkook standing there not knowing what just happened while i run to help Mr Kim with the papers he was carrying.

The teacher started the lesson, I took my place and I thought that Jungkook won't attend this class since he was mad at me and because I know him well, in this situation he would've either sleep the whole session or just skip it and won't attend it. But to my surprise he was there, kept looking at me, whenever I look at his side i found his eyes on me.

I thought that treating him like this was not fair and that everyone in this world deserves a chance to explain! "I should at least listen then judge"..

The class ended and the first thing I was going to do is going to talk to Jungkook. But my plan changed when..

"Cress!"

"Oh! Jimin" I smiled at him while my eyes are on Jungkook.

"I'm hungry, let's go, it's lunch time" Jimin replied with a big smile.

"What?" I asked looking at him.

"C'mon let's go" He grabbed my arm.

"But.. Jimin wait I.."

"I'm hungry let's go"

*In the cafeteria*

"Cress, you didn't touch your food, you seem lost! Is everything ok!? What did you want to ask me last night by the way!?" Jimin asked taking a sip from his coke.

"I'm sorry about last night I.."

"Yo! Can I join you two cuties?" One of Jimin's friends came from nowhere asking.

"Sure, Hoseok right?"

"Yeah beautiful angel" He winked and I smiled.

"Don't tell me you forgot her name that fast" Jimin asked laughing.

"And how can we forget about Cressida." Jimin's other friend that I forgot his name replied before joining us on the table.

"I know right Yoongi hyung, we can't forget about our new friend." Taehyung, another handsome friend of Jimin said and I felt shy.

After a few seconds, I remembered that Jimin told me that Yoongi was close to Ari, and the way he acted the first time he saw me, what he just said.. All of this.. Do I remind him of her!! Will he be one of the people that will get hurt and feel sad just by looking at me...

I felt some sadness but then shook the idea out of my head and smiled at my stupidity. While Taehyung, Hoseok and Jimin were talking and laughing, my eyes landed on Yoongi just to find that he was the only one not laughing and talking with them, instead he was staring at me.

What drove me crazy that moment is the fact that he didn't even try to look away, instead he just kept staring at me, i felt as if he was staring at my soul!! My heart started racing and I looked away the moment a smirk showed on his face. I didn't know what was that but he sure was hella attractive and irresistible.

"Where's Jungkook?" Taehyung suddenly asked Jimin: "Didn't you guys took the same classes today?"

"Yeah, I don't know.. Oh! Wait a minute isn't that him?" Jimin replied and I immediately looked at the place he pointed at.

My heart ached when I saw Jungkook laughing with some girls and with some i mean no less than 7 girls!..

{This!! This was what I hated about him, did I felt jealous..!?.. NO.. K! Maybee.. But what i really want to know is.. Is he playing with my heart or is he serious about me.. Do I even mean something to him?!!!}

Hoseok called him and he came.

"Oh! Hey guys, y'all here!!" Jungkook said talking to the boys.

"Cress is here too" Hoseok said smiling.

"So, Taehyung you still whith that girl?" Jungkook changed the subject ignoring Hoseok's question and my existence.

"You know that girl, that gave you a second chance, the one that you liked so much, the one you almost lost forever just because of a little misunderstanding.. The one you love so much, the one that she gave you a chance to explain and tell her the truth and that's why you both now so happy together!" Jungkook was talking to Taehyung but I read between the lines.

"See you later Jimin, I have to go meet Eva she just texted me, buy guys." I lied.

"Ok, see you later?" Jimin asked and I just nodded, looked at Jungkook while he was pretending to ignore me and I left.

*Jungkook's POV*

"Bruh!! Who the fu*k were you talking about?!!" Taehyung asked confused.

"Yah! Taehyung you have a girlfriend?!" Jimin asked him.

"Not as far as I know!!" He replied.

"Jungkook, you lost your mind!! The hell were you talking about!!??" Hoseok asked and I just ignored all of them.

"See ya later guys!"

"Hey!! Wait what are you..?" I heard Taehyung shouting from a far after leaving the boys to go after Cress.

I search everywhere for her but I didn't found her! We had some classes after lunch so I was sure that sh'ell be there but to my surprise she didn't attend! I called her many times but as I expected she ignored my calls. {I don't know why she keeps ignoring me, treating me like this and just ignoring my feelings toward her!! I just want to know what have I done to her!!}

6PM

I was on my way home, thinking of a way to make Cress listen to what I want to say. After a few minutes of thinking, I just came to the decision to go to her house to talk to her! {At least I know she won't kick me out of her house!! Right!!?}

It started getting dark when I was on my way home, my eyes landed suddenly on someone hiding in an alley. I was going to ignore it untill the person peeped her head out and a smirk formed on my face.

*Cressida's POV*

After what happened today at the cafeteria, I decided to come back home, I was not feeling good and the last thing I wanted to do was attending Mr Baek boring class about how to draw an apple. 

Later that day, I got a text message from Eva telling me that she wants to tell me something important. She sent me the coffee shop adress and I head out to the place without even replying to her message because I was mad at her. 

On my way to the coffee shop, I saw Eva outside waiting for me, but she was not alone. I tried to see who she was talking to and when she hugged the person she was with, I figure out she was with a male! 

"Is that her boyfriend? Is this the thing she wants to tell me about? She wants to tell me that she has a boyfriend??... But wait, why I have a feeling I know the guy..." I was talking to myself, not knowing what's happening, I couldn't have a clear vision of the guy so I decided to hide for her not to see me.

I wasn't ready to hear that Eva has a boyfriend, I was not in the mood that day and I didn't want to fake that i'm happy for her. I'm happy if she's happy but that day i was a mess, lost, sad and if I'm meeting her she or at least the guy with her which i'm sure is her ''boyfriend'' will notice i'm being weird and they'll think im not happy for them. I was hiding in an alley:

"I'm so sorry Eva,I'm sure you'll understand.." I waited a little bit, than took a look to see if they went inside so I can go back home without them seeing me. 

"OMG!! They still there! Oh C'mon.." I said to myself, when suddenly i felt a presence of someone. My heart almost stopped when the person came close behind me whispering in my ear:

"What are you doing?" The voice asked and an "OH MY GOD YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME" escaped from my mouth.

"Come here, they'll see us! What the hell are you doing here?" I asked the man infront of me.

"I just asked you that" He replied.

"Shsh Can you lower your voice, can't you see I'm hiding!! Jungkook, do you do this often!!"

"What do you mean?!" Jungkook replied with an innocent face.

"Scaring the shit out of people!!" I replied rolling my eyes, taking a second look at where Eva and her boyfriend were in.

"I'm sorry, I didn't meant to scare you." He came behind me taking a look as well.

"So, why are we hiding? He added asking.

"I'm the one hiding Jungkook and you will ruin everything, just stay silent!" I told him.

"Isn't that my sister?!" He asked.

"Who's that guy with her, why the hell does he seem familiar from behind..!" I asked confused still looking.

"Umm... Cress.. I know you told me not to say something. But isn't that.." Before Jungkook finsh his sentence the guy with Eva turned around and I was able to saw his face clearly.

"Jasper!" "Your brother!" We say at the same time. And I just I looked at Jungkook, lost..

"Cress.. You okay?! Why are we hiding from Eva and Jasper?!" Jungkook asked and before I answer I heard them coming our way.

"Jungkook.. I.. Wait! Shsh they will see us! We have to hide" I held Jungkook's hand and run with him to the end of the alley. The alley was so tight and I found myself too close to Jungkook, facing him while my back is on the wall behind me. That moment made me forget everything was happening..

"How do we always end up like this.." Jungkook said smiling.

"Wha.. I.. Why are we... here.. I mean.." I hate that this what happens with me whenever i'm this close to this man! I and once again was lost in his beautiful eyes, looking down at his lips feeling so weak.

"You tell me Cress, why are we here?" He looked at me smirking and I felt my cheeks burning up.

"I meant..." My heart skipped a beat when I felt Jungkook's soft lips on my cheek.

"I love it when you get shy and your cheeks become red." He said biting his bottom lip after planting a kiss on my cheek. 

"Eva where are you going, I think she's not coming!! What do you mean you'll search for her? Is she a little kid lost! Let's go, she must be home, she may not recieved your text message." I suddenly heard my brother's voice and Jungkook took my hand.

"Let's go they're coming." Is all what Jungkook said.

On our way home, I didn't say anything.

"So you'll just keep on ignoring me!?". Jungkook asked and I stopped walking.

"You know Jungkook... I... I'm not a fool, I really wanted to give you a chance to explain why you didn't keep your promise! You're the one who ignored me."

"And now, I really want to explain!" He looked at me.

"Fine, whatever, it's not that important anyways! Jimin told me about Ari & Namjoon story. You don't have to explain anything."

"Then why you still angry at me?!" Jungkook asked with a soft tone in his voice."

"I'm not.. Listen Jungkook, I'm not angry.. I'm just mad at myself and how I.. I think I really am a fool!" I told him looking down.

"Why are you saying this Cress, please.. I don't.." Jungkook stopped talking when it suddenly started raining.

"What are you doing you'll catch a cold, just go home" I was running to my house since I was so close to my house that is infront of his, but Jungkook just kept looking at me under the rain.

"I won't go anywhere Cressida Smith, I won't leave this place untill you hear everything I want to tell you, just give me a chance please!" Jungkook shouted and I stood still in front of my house.

"You're crazy Jungkook." I said out loud for him to hear me and went inside. I was sure that he'll go inside.

I changed my clothes, prepared some hot chocolate and was about to take a sip from my cup when the sudden thunder sound startled me. It was raining heavily, I looked from the kitchen window and was relieved when I didn't saw Jungkook there. I knew he was just saying that he won't move from that place just for me to hear him out. 

"I'm not a fool, I must be strong, I must not fall for his games, he may had a reason for not telling me about Ari.. But what about the girls that he always with, I can tell that many girls if not all the girls in our school are in love with him and instead of ignoring them he just flirt with them.. Or that's how I see it.. Well, it's a fact that he's a fuckboy that thinks he can get any girl he want. But he won't be able to fool me and make me fall for his his games... I'm the only one that will get hurt, he will eventually leave.. They all do.." I was trying to convince myself that I won't fall for Jungkook.. But deep inside I knew that it's too late because.. He might won my heart already.

9 PM 

I didn't want to come out from my room, I know that Jasper thinks I don't know about his relationship with Eva but I hated facing him... I hate the fact that my brother is dating my only friend! I just hate it and can't. I can't accept the fact that my best friend is in love with my brother.

While I was lost in my own uncountable thoughts, someone knocked on my room's door.

"Yeah, come in!"

"Cress.." It was Jasper.

"Yeah! What do you want?!" I asked looking at my phone, not wanting to look at my brother's face.

"Can we talk for a sec?" He asked and I wanted to change the subject or do anything just to not let him talk about Eva...

"Jasper I.."

"Eva came to our house today and she was crying because of you." He cut me off and I looked at him immediately.

"Eva... Was crying..?.. Because of me...!!"

"She said she wanted her best friend to be at her today but she let her down.." My brother explained.

"But.. What are you talking about?!" I asked feeling bad, pretending I didn't know what he was talking about.

"I don't know". He lied. " She said that today was a special day to her and she wanted to tell her best friend about it, didn't you get her text message?!" He asked and I run to Eva's house living him behind. I felt so sorry that Eva cried, no matter how much I hate the fact that they're dating, i don't want to cause pain for any of them.

I knocked on Eva's house door and waited for a few minutes but no one came to open the door, {it was not that late there's no way that she slept that early! Also... Why didn't Jungkook open the door!}

"Cress.." He finally opened the door.

"Jungkook, umm.. Is Eva here?"

"Oh! You're here for Eva!" He asked and I just nodded. Jungkook went inside the house without giving me an answer to my question.

"Hey.. Jungkook wait" He just ignored me and went to his room.

"Jungkook answer me." I said following him.

"Where's Eva??!" I asked again, after I went inside his room. 

"Eva is not here, go home." Jungkook turned around, looked at me replying.

"Jungkook, you don't look.. Are you..?" I came closer to him, he looked pale and sweating, he was also coughing which made me worry about him. I put my hand on his forehead and he pushed it away.

"Jungkook, you're burning! You're sick, did you take any medicine?"

"I'm fine, go home.." He replied in a week voice.

"No, let's go to the hospital, you have a fever you're not fine! What happened? Earlier when I met you you seemed.. Oh my God!! Don't tell me.." I looked at him knowing that he's like this because of me.

He just smiled, "I told you, I won't leave that place untill you give me a chance."

"Jungkook.. I'm so sor.." Tears almost fell from my eyes and my heart started hurting knowing i caused him this pain. Before I could finish my sentence, he fell into my arms.. He collapsed.. My eyes widened and my heart started pounding so hard. I hugged him so tight..

"Jungkook... Jungkook-ah.." I called, tears falling from my eyes. "Please wake up.. Please.."

11 PM

*Jungkook's POV*  

I woke up in the middle of night, I was in my bed, {the last thing i could remember was Cressida, she was here for Eva but what happened next!!?}. I was laying in my bed with a wet cloth on my forehead. I got up a little and stayed on my bed trying to remember what happened earlier when my eyes landed on someone all of sudden. 

Cressida was sitting on a chair next to me, her head was resting on her hands while they lay on my bed. I looked at her while she was sleeping like a little angel, I caressed her cheek which made her wake up.

"Jungkook.. You're awake." She said almost crying.

"Cress.." I couldn't say more when she jumped and hugged me all of sudden.

 "I'm so sorry." is all what she said with a sad  voice. 

She pulled away from the hug, sat on the bed, looked at me and bursted into tears.

"I'm so sorry Jungkook, it's my fault." She said and I felt so weak.

"No, no.. Please don't cry.. Cress what are you apologising for!!?" I asked wiping her tears away.

"Let me see!" She reached her hand to my forehead and checked if I still have fever.

"Thank God, you don't have fever anymore." She said with a sigh of a relief. 

"Cress.."

"Are you crazy Mr Jeon! You don't have any idea how scared I was, I hate seeing you sick, why do you do this to me? I know you stayed under that havy rain waiting for me to comeback." She said with an angry voice.

"I'm sorry." I said looking down. "I didn't meant to scare you, I just..".

"I'm so sorry it's my fault." Cressida replied holding my hand. "

"Don't be, you should go home it's.."

"Shsh, don't say anything! I'm not going anywhere untill I make sure that you're getting better." She interrupted.

"What? Cress it's too late, what are you going to say to your parents, I don't mind having you here.. At all.. But.."

"I told my parents i'll be spending the night at Eva's, so no worries." She said smiling.

"Oh right! Eva.."

"Don't worry Jungkook, I called her earlier and she told me that she will spend the night at a friend house. Apparently one of her many friends is having a party and I bet you Jasper also went there. At least she's not mad at me anymore, I told her I didn't recieve her text message and she was happy that I didn't ignore her or something. I feel bad for lying but at least she's not sad and mad at me anymore right?!" Cress laughed cutely and I stayed silent for a few seconds.

"Can I ask you something?" I said and she nodded.

"Why don't you want Eva and Jasper to be together?! I think they really like each other."

"Jungkook are you serious!! She is my best friend and he is my brother!. It's not right" She replied and I was confused.

"What's wrong with that?!"

"It's just.... I don't know but.."

"Your Eva's bestfriend and I'm her brother so.." I said hinting at something..

"It's not the same thing, I liked you before knowing your Eva's broth.. I mean.." She confessed and my heart started pounding like crazy.

 *Cressida's POV*

After embarrassing myself, I wished for the ground to swallow me, I wished if I can turn back with time, I wished if I had a time machine... I couldn't believe that I confessed to Jungkook that I like him. I was shocked and didn't know what to do. 

"I... I.. I must go.." I said after standing up looking at anything but Jungkook.

I was heading out but the moment I reached to the room's door I felt Jungkook's arms on my waist. 

"Jun..." I couldn't even speak. He buried his face in my neck, his hands were holding into my waist. I felt my body getting weaker, my heart started beating like a drum. Everytime Jungkook touchs me I lose my mind.. Everytime he touchs me I melt, my body becomes weak, my heart starts beating like crazy and everytime he come close to me the butterflies starts dancing in my stomach immediately.

"Please stay." He spoke and I felt his hot breath on my neck which sent shivers down my spine.

I turned slowly to face him..

"I'm sick my little angel, don't leave.." He added caressing my cheek.

"Your.. Jungkook.. your hand.." I didn't manage to talk normally when I felt his hot hand on my cheek. From his touch I knew the fever is back! I put my hand on his forehead then on his cheeks with my hands and my eyes widened knowing that the fever refused to leave him.

"I'll stay, just please get some rest.. I will prepare another wet cloght, it will help.." I said feeling so worried about him but couldn't complete my sentence because he cut me off.

"I'm cold Cress.." He said hugging me. "Can you warm me up!?" He asked tightening the hug.

"You need to rest.." I said putting his arms down leading him to the bed.

He suddenly started unbuttoning his shirt and I put my hand over his.

"What.. what are you doin-"

"It is suffocating me, I'm not comfortable. He pouted cutely. 

He removed his shirt and I swallowed hard feeling my face burning seeing his sexy abs. 

"It's not the first time you see me half naked Cress, why are you so tense?!" He asked biting his lower lip.

"Wha.. what are you talking about!.. Just lay down C'mon, let me cover you! Do you have more blankets? You said you're cold.." I said with a shaky voice and swallowed hard.

Jungkook laid on his back and the moment my fingers touched the blanket to cover him with, he grabbed my wrist, pulled me all of sudden making me fall on his bare chest.

I looked up to see Jungkook's face, he pulled me closer, wrapped his arm around me and looked deeply in my eyes. None of us said a word for a few moments, we just kept looking at each other eyes. 

My heart was racing as if I was running a marathon. I felt his warmth, I felt cared for, I felt safe..

Jungkook brought me closer to him, gently put away the one hair strand that was on my face and caressed my neck. I felt like i'm on fire.. I felt him touching my soul..

"Jungkook.." I spoke in a weak voice.

"Shsh.." He put his finger on my lips.

"You... you need to.. rest!" 

"Can we just forget about everything tonight! Just me and you, it's just the two of us.. Can we stay like this.." His sexy deep voice had me shivering inexplicably with a tingling pleasure. Jungkook came even closer to me, giving me a forehead kiss and I felt protected, safe and sound.

He put a kiss on my cheek then on the top of my nose. He stopped, looking deeply at my eyes then at my lips. I was in his arms, I loved the feeling of his arms around me, I felt that i'm the one and only girl that he really cares for.. I felt special.

All I could do was melting in his arms, I couldn't say or do anything else. When I finally was able to speak he-

"You really need to res-" I was cut off with his soft lips that pressed all of sudden on mine. I closed my eyes feeling like i'm losing my mind. Jungkook's kiss was slow but passionate, a kiss that made me feel that I belong to someone.. He made me feel this kind of  feeling that I nedded for a long time.

"I like you Cress.." He said after broking the kiss and I smiled with a heart full of happiness. 

"You mean the world to me.." He added hugging me so tight and I melt in his embrace. His scent, his huggs, kisses, voice.. Everything about him drive me crazy but what he said next made me feel like fireworks and butterflies dancing in both my stomach and brain..

"I LOVE YOU MY ANGEL".
