Chapter Eight
Go the fuck away Chris!

3rd Person POV

There they sat watching the movie until pope spoke up to JJ

"JJ I gotta take a piss " He said leaning in front of Via and she leaned back so they could talk

"Hold it" JJ told him like he was a child

"I can't hold it. I drank too much soda" Pope stated and Via chuckled

"It's too exposed . They'll totally see us"he told him and pope turned to see them sitting in front of the bathrooms only Chris was staring at the back of Vias head

"I gotta go" Pope stated

"They're blocking the bathrooms" Pope said and via turned slightly as Chris waved tauntingly and she flipped him off

"Come on. I know where" Jj said and they stood up as they started to walk away

"Hey, where y'all going?" Kiara asked

"We gotta wring it out" JJ told her

"What you gonna hold it for each other?" She asked and via chuckled under her beaten as they walked away and kiara rolled her eyes

"Kie look behind us" Via whispered and she turned around to see Rafe, topper , Chris and kelce getting up from their seats

"Shit" Via said and she grabbed the bag as Rafe and Chris went around one end of the movie thing and topper and kelce went a different way. Via looked at Kiara and cat and then she stood up and ran to the back

"Let go of him, topper! Fascist asshole!" Kiara yelled as she hit topper with the bag. Via turned Chris around as he was hitting jj and she turned him but he was too quick and he grabbed her wrist , she twisted his arm and kicked his butt pushing him over

"Topper, stop it" Kiara yelled as she grabbed topper

"Oh , let go of me, Rafe!" She yelled out and he grabbed her waist pulling her off of him

"Stay out of this, Kiara" Rafe yelled and Via yelled as she punched him and then punched Chris

"GO THE FUCK AWAY CHRIS" via yelled and Kiara lit the movie thing as Topper stopped choking Rafe and they ran off but Chris stayed under via

"Let me get one thing straight, I am not the girl you dated and I never will be again, got it" She told him and he nodded as she let go of his collar and he ran off with the others

"Holy shit you guys okay?" Kiara asked and pope coughed as he nodded and via held jj as they got to the car with cat walking behind them

"What the hell just happened?" Cat asked and Via shook her head

"I can't tell you Cat, if I did something could happen to you and I can't let that happen" Via told her and cat hugged her tightly

"Please be safe" She whispered and via nodded her head

"Always" via said and she got in her car with pope, jj and Kiara. They drove to jjs house and dropped them off. Three days later , here they were at heywards shop playing around

"Don't let it get in your head. 4 of them and three of us because come on via kicked Chris's ass but that's typical kook shit right there" JJ pointed out as Via high-fived him

"Hell, yeah" Kiara agreed

"What was your thought process using your head?" JJ asked

" I don't know man, I just kind of acted off instinct" Pope said

"I just remembered Chris hitting me and thought this bitch gone die" Via said

" I was a cornered animal" Pope said and then Heyward walked in with Shoupe and he looked at pope

"Hey, pope someone here to see you" Heyward said and via looked up

"Evening , officer" Pope said and Via touched popes back

"Just comply pope, it's the best thing you can do" She whispered and he nodded

"I have an arrest warrant for felony destruction of property" Shoupe said

"What?" Heyward questions

"Hands where I can see 'em. Young ladies out of my way" Shoupe said as he put his hand on vias arm and she yanked it away

"I don't care if you're a cop , don't fucking touch me" She said and he started to put the handcuffs on pope

"Whoa. Shoupe what did he do?" Heyward asked

"Look at the warrant" Shoupe stated

"You're arresting him? You're just arresting my boy?" Heyward angrily asked

"Be careful!" Kiara said as Shoupe started to move slightly aggressively

"Shoupe , are you listening?" Heyward asked in annoyance

"Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney" Shoupe started listing off

"How much did they pay you , man?" Jj asked and via grew angry

"Hey Shoupe I gotta question" she said and he looked at her

"Did they tell you why they did it or are you just sticking with the kooks when it's their fucking fault?" Via asked and he ignored me as he brought pope out of the shop and to the car

"IT WASNT HIM. It was me. He tried to talk me out of it but I was mad because he'd just been beaten up. I was so sick of those assholes from figure eight that I lost my shit. I can't let you take the blame for something I did. You've got too much to lose" JJ stated

"Jj what are you doing?" Pope asked

"J , what the hell?" Via asked and he sighed

"I'm telling the truth. For once in my god damn life, I'm gonna tell the truth. I took his old man's boat too" JJ exclaimed

"What the hell?" Heyward asked

"Heyward please let pope explain later" Via said

"Jj , come on" Pope tried

"Just shut up, pope. Just shut up. He's a good kid. You knew where im from" JJ told Shoupe

"Yeah" Shoupe agreed and via scoffed

"Wow you sadistic prick" Via said

"This was all me" jj said and they all looked at pope

"That's the whole truth?" Shoupe asked pope

"Whole truth , swear to god" JJ stated

" I know what you think, damn it. I'm asking pope" Shoupe said and Pope nodded his head

"Yes, that about covers it" Pope said and Shoupe I handcuffed him and went to put jj in the car

"Come to my house later okay" Via said and he nodded at her words gratefully. She knew what was going to happen. The door was closed and they drove away as pope threw his hat on the ground

"POPE!" Heyward yelled

"Shit" pope said and he stormed away as Heyward picked up his hat and via looked at Kiara

"What happened v?" Kiara asked her

" I don't know but it sure as hell wasn't a good thing" Via said and then she remembered that Sarah and John b were supposed to be on their way back

She got home and there stood Sarah wet from the rain and via got out of her car

"Hey dandelion, how was getting out for the first time?" She asked and Sarah smiled at her

"Good it was good, I wish you were there though" Sarah said and she hugged via as via hugged her back. They pulled away as it started raining and they looked into each other's eyes, they both leaned in and kissed

"What about topper?" Via asked Sarah as they pulled away

"I'll break up with him" Sarah said and they leaned in kissing each other in the rain yet again.
