And with a blast from one of the walls, Franky and Robin appear with a people in black suits and a guy with a mask on his face.

Y/N: So they are the CP9 agents..they look weak as hell but whatever.

Y/N says that as he runs and jumps off as he starts to fall but he turns into his Dragon mode and begins to fly over to the courthouse rooftop.

At the Courthouse Rooftop

Robin: How many times do I have to say that I will never come back!! Do you not understand!??!

Robin: Just leave! There is no point. I JUST WANNA DIE!!

Luffy just stands there in silence as he finally speaks up.

Luffy: Robin!!! We only came here for you so we are leaving with you!!

Luffy says smiling as everyone looks in amazement and for the CP9 they feel fear as they see Y/N in his Dragon Form behind the Straw-Hats.

Y/N says that as he detransforms out of his Dragon Form and stands in between Luffy and Zoro.

Y/N: Yeah..but a friend is on the line so I can't really fly solo for now.

Y/N says smiling as Robin just blushes and turns away.

As a great bird of flame makes its way to the flag.

As soon as Y/N says that, the flag starts to go up in flames as Spandam and all the Marines are absolutely shocked about what just happened.

Y/N: WE DECLARE WAR AGAINST THE ENTIRE WORLD GOVERNMENT!!

Y/N says that with a smirk as everyone in the Straw-Hats smile with him as well.

Luffy: BRING IT ON!!

Y/N: Oi Nico...Just say it already

Y/N looks at her as her eyes are just filled with tears as she screams..

Robin: I WANT TO LIVE!!!

Y/N: Thats the spirit!!

Robin: PLEASE TAKE ME TO SEA WITH YOU AGAIN!!

Y/N: Don't worry. I will deal with those guys for you

Y/N says as he stares at the Agents of CP9 as he starts to smile..
