Ryan's POV:

I know... Katelyn is way out of my league, but I don't care anymore. She's going out, and I don't know where. She looks me in the face and tells me pretty, white lies. I have hella feelings for her, but she ignores them. Like they ain't even there. I'm a fool for that girl.... but, to be honest, I don't freaking care anymore...

And as if on cue, she walked in...

"hey, Katelyn!" I waved, smiling at her.
"heyyyyybuddyyyyyy!" She hiccuped, slurring.
I sighed, shaking my head before helping her to the couch. She pretty much instantly fell asleep.
With another sigh, I went upstairs, and went to bed myself.

The next morning I woke up to her cooking pancakes for us. I love being her roommate, she's great..
She waved at me, "Hey, Ry!"
I smiled, "Hey, Kate. How'd you sleep?"
"great! How about you?"
"same, so... I've been meaning to tell you something...."
"huh? What's that?" She tilted her head
"I like you... I-I have for a while!"
"I-I-I like you too!"
I felt myself blush, as I leaned in for a gentle kiss, to which she returned.

I love her with everything I have.
