Mel POV

What is life...
What is my purpose to live?

I'm lost...
I'm all alone...

No one is out there to help me. Sure, some of my trustworthy friends are still there for me, but I think they just pity me...

Heh, I guess it's the time...

I grab my blade, and start doing cuts on my wrist.

Again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
And again.
Again.
Again.

The pain slowly becomes numb, and I smiled at the sight...
My wrist is bleeding, and it seems like it won't stop this time.

I chuckled sadly as I stared into the ceiling of my apartment room.

"I'm lost... and I guess my time is over..."

Blu POV

"Hey guys, have you seen Mel lately?" I ask, worried.

Me, Lance, Angel, Fun, Aly and the rest are on a Discord call, where we haven't seen Mel for at least a week or two, and I'm getting worried as all hell!

"I don't even know... the last time I saw him was 2 days ago, at a convenient store...

I'm worried, guys."
Lance said, with a very worried tone.

"I will visit him today. I hope he's okay." I said, "Alright, i hope he's okay... I will be there soon, same as everyone else" Lance said and I ended the call and start running heading towards his apartment.

"Hello?"
I knock three times again, and Mel didn't answer.

I guess he's not home...

I then grab onto the handle and turn it, and I was surprised that the door wasn't locked. I open the door, and when I finally inside, it feels like... this place is just filled with a person's broken dreams and hopes.

But the smell of Mel is still here...
Smells just like him...
Where are you, idiot?

I look everywhere, the living room, kitchen, then I was on my way to his room, but something caught my interest.

A note book.

I picked it up, and I feel like this is his daily things to write, that's my guess.

I slowly grab and turn the handle and enters the room.

The room was a bit of a mess, like clothing everywhere, the bed cover was not yet organised, and many more. But something caught my eye, and it's something beside the table.

Sharp and seemed out of place, with a hint of red.

Don't tell me he's-

I quickly open his notebook and discover something...

Something I never imagine Melvin would do...

3rd Person POV

"It's nice to see you again, tree" Mel said, welcoming as he sees the tree. He then sat and lay his back on the tree, looking out to the nice view of the sunset.

"Hmm? What did you say?" Mel ask the tree, and he smiled sadly. "Yeah, I'm finally gonna do it this time..."

He open his bag and then take out something that will help him, to end his suffering, pain and his helpless screams that no one seemed to answer.

Blu was running, he quickly dialed his friends to come immediately. Since Angel work at the hospital, she brings some medication for Mel when she's there.

Hold on Mel, please...
Where here!

He finally found the place!
And in the distance he saw the sunset and-

"Mel!"

No...
Not yet, goddamnit!

He ran as fast as he could, and he immediately saw that Mel already hanging and in the state of suffocating.

I have to be quick!

Blu quickly take out his pocket knife and quickly sliced the rope, letting Mel fall down on his aarms and he quickly take the rope around his neck off, so that he could breathe.

"Mel?! Mel?! Please stay with me!"

He's not answering...

Blu start to tear up, seeing that his beloved friend not waking up. "P-please? Wake up, goddamnit! Please?! Wake up!" Blu begged as he pulled Mel closer in his arms.

It seems that I have failed...
I failed...
I'm sorry Mel...

Then, out of nowhere, Blu hear Mel breathing heavily, and when he look at him, two pairs of tired eyes look at him back.

"M-Mel?" He called, hope this isn't a dream.

He smiled sadly, "H-Hey, Blu"

Blu smiled and hold him tight, not letting him go.

Soon, everyone finally there, ready to take Mel to the hospital.

I love him...
More than anything.
If I could at least say that beautiful three words to him, I can finally die happy...

Mel thought as he wonders where he will confess to his high school crush, Blu...
