Amelia Rose was in front of her locker on her school. As she close it, she saw him.

The guy she had loved for a long time, Shadow Robotnik.

He was walking with his best friend, Silver.

The two talking to each other, or they would chuckle on whatever they say. As Amy stared at him she felt like everything was gone, only Shadow.

She shook it off and went to her next class, where Shadow was also there. She sat behind him and the teacher discuss.

But Amy doesn't seem to listen, she just daydream about her and Shadow being together. She blushed at the thought.

Amy knew that Shadow had a lot of fangirls, all the girls loved him. But not as much as Amy loved him.

She decided to write a letter and give it to him instead of being embarrassed in personal talking.

After all the classes she went home and ready her letter, she made it a bit short with her beautiful hand written words.

The day came where she need to give it to him, she was shy to give it to him but she thought what might possibly happened.

She wanted it to end, Shadow smiling at her letter and saying he felt the same.

Amy smiled and searched for him inside the school.

She turned the hallway. No people. She turned a few rooms and peak into one to see Shadow smiling to another girl's letter.

It had broke Amy's heart and started to walk away wiping the tears of sadness.

She crumpled her paper and drop it onto the tiled floor and leaved it there.

She wiped all her tears and went to her locker to get her stuff so she could continue her class.

As she opened her locker door, a letter drop out of it.

She pick it up and read it.

Dear Amy,

Hi, I know this might be surprising but...i loved you for a while. I'm just too shy to tell you how I feel. But I love you, Amy.

Amy thought "This probably one of my classmate's trick, they knew I liked him"

She crumpled it and throw it to the ground. She pick up her stuff and went to her class.

As she walked away. A hedgehog behind a wall saw what happened. He picked up the piece of paper and stared at it.

It was Shadow...

He saw what happened, and it had teared his heart into two.

He clench the paper and throw it at the trash. His love was wasted.

Days passed and Amy and Shadow didn't talked, or even have eye contact.

Amy thought he probably loved the girl where he smile at the letter.

Shadow thought she probably doesn't need him anymore.

Things was normal but two of them don't communicate anymore.
