Isabelle POV

I actually am glad that (Y/N) is my partner. Me and him go way back to kindergarten where he defended me from a bunch of bullies. We're complete opposites of each other as well. I'm happy, excitbale, social and love jokes and (Y/N) is cold, mysterious, far from social and hates jokes.

Isabelle: Soooo (Y/N), how has Beacon been treating you so far.

(Y/N): So far i've made two friends. One I'm considering taking under my wing.

Isabelle: Hah! You just made a pun!

He growls.

(Y/N): Anyways, her name is Ruby. She shows real potential unlike another kid I met.

Isabelle: You're talking about that Jaune guy right?

(Y/N): Yes. I don't understand how he even got here.

Isabelle: Forgery? Bribery? Kidnapping?

(Y/N): Perhaps. I'd rather not delve into that right now.

All of a sudden we hear a dragon roaring. No, an actual dragon, not a grimm one. We look to the side of us and see a girl with long black hair, pink headphones, pink high heels, black leather skin-tight pants, pink shirt, white jacket with glitters and blue eyes is riding a red dragon who's burning down an entire hoard of grimm.

????: Go get em brother!

When the grimm dissapears, the girl hops off and the dragon turns into a man. He has black hair in a modern quiff style, dragon wings on his back, glasses, black labcoat, blue shirt, black jeans and red sneakers. His eyes also are red on the left and blue on the right. The girl hugs him.

????: You're amazing Raviera! I'm proud of ya!

Raviera: Don't mention it Amara. We're siblings right? So no need to worry.

I can feel my heart pound when I hear him talk. Wait, did I fall in love with him. I smack myself.

Isabelle: Come on Is! You just saw him and you're already in love?!?

(Y/N) walks up to them and smirking. He must think that they are strong. I decide to follow.

(Y/N): Greetings. I am (Y/N) (L/N), My friend here is called Isabelle Arachne. We noticed your fight earlier and I must say, I'm impressed.

Raviera: Thank you. My name's Raviera Cyclonia.

Amara: And I'm Amara Cyclonia, his little sister but only by 5 hours.

Isabelle: Hey, how'd you turn into a dragon?

Raviera: It's one of my semblances. It runs in the family. My sister here can transform into a wyvern, but she hasn't fully mastered it yet.

Isabelle: One of them?

Raviera: I have another. I can summon lightning and manipulate it to my will.

Amara: And I have one I like to call "Show Stopper"! If I listen to music, I gain powers based on it!

Isabelle: That's cool! Say, wanna come with us?

Raviera: I don't see why not.

We continue into the Emerald Forest.

(Y/N) POV

We see Weiss and Ruby in the distance. I feel sorry for Ruby that she's partners with a stuck-up brat.

Ruby: What's the hurry?

Weiss: I will not let my mission be delayed because you're too slow! I swear, if I get a bad grade because of your—

Ruby suddenly dashes and appears behind her.

(Y/N): So speed is her semblance.

Weiss: What the...?

Ruby: I'm not slow, see? You don't have to worry about me!

Weiss: When did...?

Ruby: Weiss, just because I don't exactly know how to deal with people doesn't mean I don't know how to deal with monsters! You're about to see a whole different side of me today, Weiss, and after it's all over, you're going to be like, "Wow! That Ruby girl is really, really cool... and I wanna be her friend!"

Ruby disappears in a shower of rose petals, which Weiss waves away from her face just as she hears crackling and rustling in the bushes around her.

Weiss: You may be fast, but you still excel at wasting time! Ruby?

The forest darkens all of a sudden, forcing Weiss to lean in to try and find her new partner as I see a pair of red eyes behind her.

Weiss: Ruby...?

She turns around until she spots a large, jagged Beowolf emerging from a bush and approaching her.

Weiss: Ruby!

The Beowolf roars and jumps at Weiss, all of a sudden, Amara runs at her with her headphones on at blinding speeds. She grabs some sort of microphone and presses a button as it turns into an assault rifle. She shoots the beowulf and the beowulfs in the bushes straight in the head, killing them instantly. She turns her rifle back into a microphone and puts it into her pocket as she takes off her headphones.

Amara: Hey there.

Weiss: Excuse me! I could have killed them too you know.

Amara: Oh I know, I just wanted to kill some grimm.

Ruby suddenly appears before Weiss.

Weiss: We have to go!

We decide to continue forward, all of a sudden I hear from Weiss.

Weiss: Well, congratulations on being the strongest child to sneak your way into Beacon. Bravo!

That struck a nerve.

(Y/N): Excuse me for a second.

I snap my fingers and teleport away, behind Weiss.

(Y/N): Well if that's true then why don't you fight her then?!?

Ruby & Weiss: What?

(Y/N): If you think Ruby's weak then why don't you fight her and see if that's really true. And if you refuse, then you'll already know that Ruby will beat you.

Weiss: F-Fine! Combat class after initiation!

She walks away in a huff.

Ruby: Thanks for saving my butt back there. But why did you do that?

(Y/N): I see potential in you Ruby.

Ruby: Potential?

(Y/N): Yes. You see, I only judge people based on their power or potential and you show a lot of it. If you'd like, I can train you to master your abilities.

Ruby: Okay sure!

(Y/N): Excellent. We should keep going.

Ruby: What about Weiss?

(Y/N): Forget her. She's a lost cause.

Ruby: Okay.

I grab her arm, I see a faint blush appear on her cheeks as we teleport back to my group.

(Y/N): Ruby, meet my childhood friend Isabelle.

Isabelle: Hi!

Ruby: Hi!

(Y/N): And Raviera and Amara Cyclonia. Two people we just met.

Raviera: Greetings.

Amara: Hello!

Ruby: Hello!

(Y/N): We should keep moving.

They all nod as we continue forward.
