'Amethyst? Can we talk for a second?' Sideswipe ran up to me. 'No.' He blocked my way. 'Is it true?' Sunstreaker pushed me against the wall. 'What is true? That you're an idiot?' I snapped. 'That you are dating a human male,' he snapped. 'Oh, that... perhaps, who cares,' I snapped and tried to free myself but he didn't let me. 'No ! You stay,' he snapped. I sighed and crossed my arms. 'What is going on?' he asked. 'Uhm, what are you talking about? First of all, I am trying to give you guys a cold shoulder, second of all, I am mad at you for spying on me and third of all... I don't care what you guys think,' I snapped and pushed Sunstreaker away from me. 'I am sorry, okay? I didn't mean to upset you and break your privacy,' Sideswipe stated. 'Well, you did and I am pissed off,' I snarled. 'We hadn't noticed... listen, we need to know the truth. Was it a trick or not?' Sideswipe asked. 'It's none of your business. Leave me alone and go bother your slut,' I snarled. 'We aren't dating Sophie,' they said in sync. 'I don't care!' I shouted and walked off. What has gotten their mind? It annoys me and I want them to stop sticking their nose in my business.

I had to make myself ready for the mission instead of wasting my time guessing what is wrong with them and why they make such a huge problem out of it. Benj helped me get the weapons and we went through our list one more time. I got up after our short debriefing to get some more munition. I crossed the hanger and halfway through, I got shot in my leg. I let out a scream and collapsed onto the ground. Everyone was suddenly on high alert and Ratchet crouched down next to me, pressing on the wound. Pain overwhelmed me but also fear. I felt my world collapse. I couldn't go with my team when I am injured like this. 'Can you stitch me in an hour?' I asked. 'You're not even worried who shot you?' he snapped. 'This mission–' he cut me off. 'Oh, forget about that stupid mission. You can't go anywhere with a leg like this,' he snapped. He brought me to the medbay where Benj caught up with me. 'I am sorry, Amethyst,' he said. 'Ironic, huh? We talked about it the other day and now...' I trailed off. He sat down on the edge of the medical bed. 'I know it's hard for you... but you need time to heal,' he said. I brushed a tear away. 'You think the twins shot me?' I asked. 'I am not saying that... it's all a coincidence but... they don't want you to get hurt,' he said. 'Sunstreaker is a sniper as well... Ironhide taught him and like you said... he's a monster.'

Benj lifted my chin. 'Don't be upset, Amethyst. You will get your chance to join,' he said. 'The twins will keep coming with excuses... they will never let me go.' I whispered. Benj shook his head and brushed some strands from my face behind my ear. 'I wanted you to join... but- not in this state. I promise, I will get you on a mission, okay?' I gave a small nod and embraced him before he got up. I sat back, staring at the ceiling for a moment. The longer I was sitting here, the angrier I got. I slid out of the medical bed and changed my clothing before walking off. 'where do you think you're going?' Ratchet asked. 'Slaughtering someone,' I sneered. He grabbed me and pushed me against the wall. 'Don't.' I snorted. 'You don't understand!' He shook his head, 'you are mad... I get that but you have no proof. It could have been anyone,' he stated. 'I don't believe it! Sideswipe and Sunstreaker didn't want me to leave, well I guess they succeeded!' I shouted. 'You don't know–' I cut him off. 'Sunstreaker is a sniper! Ironhide taught him and I am not stupid!' I shouted, pushing the mech aside. 'If I see them... I will shoot them! I will make sure even you aren't able to patch them up!' I screamed before storming off.

I couldn't control my anger anymore. For so long they have been trying to keep me back from joining the military and training and now, I had my first mission and it was ruined. I was nearly 100% healed. I was so happy with what I had achieved so far and now this. 'Amethyst? You're okay?' I halted. How dare they approach me and ask about how I am feeling. 'If I am okay?" I sneezed and turned around. 'How dare you talk to me!' I screamed. Sideswipe flinched. 'I will never forgive you! NEVER!' Sunstreaker approached. 'You're upset but–' with my gun I hit his head and tackled him. The pain faded towards the background. I loaded my gun and aimed it at him. 'Give me one good reason why I shouldn't shoot you back to Cybertron right now!' I spat. They were both shocked. 'Amethyst–' I shot him. 'I said give me a reason!' I shouted and aimed the gun at Sideswipe as he wanted to help his brother. 'I will shoot you too if you come any closer,' I snarled. 'Amethyst, this isn't you...' he said, raising his hands in peace. 'It's all your fault!' I shouted. 'No! Listen... I know that you're upset about the entire ordeal, but you need to trust us,' he said. 'I don't trust you!' I shouted. 'You need to calm down,' Sideswipe said strictly. I shot him too in his shoulder. 'Not that fragile girl you got off the streets, huh? Do you think I am stupid! Do you really think... that I am still that weak, fragile and skinny girl you once saw?! I warned you, Sideswipe! I told you I was going to hurt you if you would come between this mission. It was important to me and your fucking opinion doesn't matter to me!' I screamed. Sideswipe flinched. 'You ruined everything... because you're egotistical,' I sneered.

'We are not! We were trying to protect you from yourself! You wanted too much and I saw it going wrong,' Sunstreaker snapped. I stepped on his painful leg and gave pressure. The mech groaned while blood rushed out. 'Shut up or I'll shoot your other leg as well,' I snapped. 'You both hurt me... I once looked up to you two, but now... the only losers here are you two,' I snapped before I turned around and stormed off. I slammed the door of my room shut once I got inside and paced around, before I broke down crying. I didn't feel pity for shooting them but I knew I was getting myself into trouble with it. The main reason no one wants me is because I am the monster here.
