Chapter 5
Let me get this clear everyone. There's a White Yato, who is super cute and has an all around fluffy attitude. Giddy at everything happening, well, except the bad things of course.
There's also a Red Yato, who's a pure badass and is very dangerous to be around with. A lone wolf is a best way to describe him, Not wanting to get close to anyone. Hard to deal with, but once you caught his eye, he'll immediately protect you with everything he can! One of Yato's attributes.
And there comes the Dark blue Yato with his deep, hypnotizing eyes and his smile that just melts you right away, even the coldest girl wouldn't be able to resist him. A little part of Yato's attribute.
And, I haven't mentioned his color it in the first chapter, but the Yellow Yato, (The shy one) a blonde, so sensitive, shy and yet so adorable! But he has mastered every technique on killing people so you wouldn't want to be on the opposite side. This is Yato's shy character.
And the last is the Violet Yato, knowledgable and an overall smart ass. An intellectual badass, with a sly and deep stare every time you could look at his eyes. And this one is Yato's knowledge about everything he knows character.
Oh! I think I'll make an All Yato x reader chapter! Would you like that Yato fangirls? I don't know about you, but I bet I would!

I was frozen and trembling as every person---or Yato--- in the room stared at something terrifying. The pressure and tension in the atmosphere was getting thicker and thicker, clouding every thought everyone in the room had.
"Don't tell me....."
Creek~
Violet Yato or V. Yato adjusted his glasses. "Just as I expected....." He muttered.
"Is this even freakin' possible?!?" Shouted the red Yato.
"What is it?!?!Yato??!!" I asked in a panic. I twisted and turned, trying to get a glimpse of what made their eyes widen all of a sudden. "What is it? Come on tell me! You've gott--" I stopped when another Yato placed a mirror behind me. There, I saw the disgusting existence of green and violet beings that......I don't know what else to think right now...I felt weak and suddenly collapsed.
"Hiyori!" The blue Yato shouted and luckily caught me in his arms. He placed me on the couch where everyone stared at me, worried expressions were all I see now.
"We have to hurry! The blight is draining Hiyori's energy!" V. Yato turned to me. "Look, Hiyori." He kneeled down and face me. "Yukine is a shinki he is a divine being, but you are half human and half phantom....Meaning...It's curable...but t--this..this had never occurred to me at all!!" He was stressed. All of them were. With just one second, a new and much more heavier problem weighed on all of our shoulders without any warnings.
"A half phantom, Gettin' blight?!?" Violet Yato sat down, trying to think of a way to remove it without using ablution that they used on Yukine. Just what does he intend to find while sitting down? An idea? A theory? Maybe digging deep to find enough stock knowledge? I don't know! I'm starting to get curious to what might happen to me....Will I be a corrupted soul as well? Please...no. I don't want to think of that.
"Red and White Yato!" He called, suddenly jolting up from his quiet sitting. "Get Kofuku as quickly as you can! And Kazuma as well! Hurry!" V. Yato instructed.
"What of Daikoku or Bishamon steps in the way??" Asked White.
"Screw that." He said in a low and scary voice."Let's just grab Dick-oku and B*tch-amon too." Shouted Red Yato, as rude and uncivilized as always. "We'll be quick Hiyori!" They both shouted in unison. They they ran out of the room, making a few stacks of papers on the table fly everywhere.
It burns! My back......The blight....it hurts a lot......
"I-I...it.....hurts...." I mumbled softly. It was a painful, but at least it was bearable enough to keep it hidden for a short while. V. Yato slid his hand on my forehead, setting my bangs aside.
"Don't worry, I'll find a way to cure this..." Then he suddenly ran up stairs, like he was already running at a marathon. It was funny to think of why he ran up, there's nothing up stairs but rooms that had nothing to do with blight. Then, I was left alone, but not for long.
I wondered where the yellow Yato might've gone. He was here a second ago, but he suddenly disappeared.
"Hang on Hiyori....Hang on.." Said the Dark Blue Yato having a tight grip on my hand. I opened my eyes a little to see what his expression was and, at a split second! I saw his worried face before he could ever change it into a smile.
"Don't worry." He whispered in my ear, his warm breathe touched my cheeks. And, to my surprise, He kissed me on the forehead and slid his hand from my shoulder to my hand and sat beside me, back turned, as if something was about to pop up and snatch me, guarding me like a princess. I don't really know why, but somehow, it reassured me that everything will be alright. It soothe me a bit and eased the pain a bit, making it lessen to every minute that passed.
It was actually a good thing his back was turned, because I was blushing the whole time! My face was as red as the Red Yato! I felt like an idiot, blushing and smiling in the midst of my pain. Is that what Yato could to do me?? Ah, Maybe? Maybe not.
It was all silent, all the pain was gone and no loud or irritating sound was heard, but that was expectedly interrupted when the two Yato, White and red, went crashing in.
White was holding Kofuku and Kazuma by their wrists, while Red was dragging Daikoku on the floor and carrying Bishamon like bag of rice. I was surprised and jolted up from where I laid, and so did Blue Yato. "Ouch!" I exclaimed, feeling the the pain of the blight again.
White Yato turned to face both with an expression revealing so much worry. "Please! Kofuku, Kazuma, help us!"
"What happened?" Asked Kofuku, worried.
"Did something wrong happen again?" He shook his head, in the stupidity of his question. "Pff! Of course, I mean look at all of you Yatos...." He turned my side.
"Oh! And there's even more?!" He adjusted his glasses. "Let's see what we can do with you guys..." Kazuma's tone was as serious as he's always been. It was so professional and focused. I just admire how Kazuma looks so composed and peaceful even in the midst of stressful situations.
"It's not us who has a problem!" Exclaimed White. "It's Hiyori! She.....she..." Even with his back turned, I knew his eyes were already swelling up with tears. He leaned towards Kazuma and Kofuku in a whisper, as if none of us already know what was happening.
Kazuma and Kofuku took a sudden step back, turned to me and revert their shocked expression back to White. He nodded. Kofuku cupped her hands on her mouth, covering her dropped jaw.
"How the hell did this happen?"
"We don't know!" White whined. "All we did was bring her home from----" He was cut off as all of us darted to Red who was making loud ruckus.
"Damn! They woke up!" He turned to all of us. "Excuse me, looks like I have to beat the crap outta them again!" Then he pulled the struggling Daikoku and Bishamon outside and probably knocked them unconscious again.
"Anyway, we brought her home from a serious incident and then-" White was cut off yet again when Kazuma started to ask questions.
"What Serious incident? Explain what happened at that time." White explained everything in a quick and in an extremely fast paced that I couldn't understand what he kept saying, but looking at both of them--Kofuku and Kazuma--It seems like they understood every word White spat out.
The three people turned to me, staring at me like there was no hope at all for this to stop.
"Yato........Blue one." He said, a bit confused. "I think we need to excuse Hiyori out of the here for a while. Could you please....?" Kazuma asked politely and as calm as he could possibly be.
He nodded in understanding and held my hand hand, gently helping me stand up.
"Let's go." He said in a low deep whisper. Blue Yato pulled me, going upstairs, but I jerked away from him ran to both Kazuma and Kofuku.
"What am I not suppose to hear?" I asked. "Is it that bad?" My voice squealed in worry.
"It's nothing that you should worry about." Kofuku drew a weak smile on her face. "Everything'll be fine." She patted my shoulders and smiled a bit bigger. She was smiling, but when I saw her eyes, they were almost teary. I nodded silently and walked away. I wouldn't want to push her and ask. So I walked back to Dark Blue Yato who held out his hand, waiting for me. I blushed a bit and placed my hand on his. My face stayed a constant frown as we walked to my room.
What are they talking about? Does my condition have any solution? Or am I going to stand here and wait for my energy to be drained out from me? It's nerve racking to know nothing when the situation is so dangerous!!
As Yato and I walked in the corridors oh my house, I paused and he turned to me.
"What's wrong?" He asked with eyes staring deep into mine.
"Where's Yukine?" I asked him. "I haven't seen him since we came back.." My voice couldn't avoid the obvious tone of sadness. Yukine was like a little brother to me, I get a bit comfortable and at ease when he's around.
"Hmm.." He said. "Now that you say that.....He might be around. I don't think he'll be going out today." He smiled a reassuring smile before he walked again, holding my hand as if I would get lost in my own home. Those words seemed fake, but the idea of Yato--or at least one part of Yato-- comforted me put me at ease. We stopped by the door of my room and entered.
"Do you have any idea what's going on?" I asked Yato as he closes the door behind him. He shook his head.
"If I did, I would've told you." He sat at the edge of my bed. He looked at me, tapping at the space beside him. I knew he wanted me to sit next to him, but I sat at the other side of the bed, legs crossed.
"Has this ever happened before?" I asked, and again, he shook his head.
"Never." I wanted some more information. I didn't want to sit here and wait until I might be near my death, or something dangerous would happen to me just by waiting. I just can't sit tight while everything was a serious mess everywhere!
Yato stood up and went for the door. He reached the door knob, but the seconds before he would twist it. I called out to him.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"I'll try to know something about what's happening. That would soothe your nerves, wouldn't it?" He looked at me with a smile and a raised brow. The face that seemed like he knew me more than myself. And yet, he was true about what he said. It would lessen the pressure in me if I knew at least background information about the problem.
I smiled. "Yeah." He walked out of the room and silently closed the door. I walked towards the window, hoping to find something entertaining or maybe something that could catch my attention for a short while, but there was nothing. There was a knock on the door, so I turned around seeing that it was Yukine.
"Are you okay??" He asked in a panicked tone. "What happened??"
"Yukine!" I shouted as I ran to hug him, but then I remembered I had blight.....I shouldn't touch him or he'll get infected.....I restrained myself from my relieved actions and took a step back. "Where were you??" I sounded worried, even when he should be the one who was suppose to be worried about me in the matter I was in.
"I was in your brother's room after 'The Melacholy of Yato Kami.' Happened. I didn't want to stay and let the white one follow me like a puppy." His explanation was very believable, If I was in his situation I would've done the same.
I didn't want to explain or even speak about my condition to Yukine. I wouldn't know how it'll affect him, but then a sound loud and clear echoed through my room.
Creek~ I gasped and covered my mouth.
"What was that??" Yukine's eyes started to run all over the place. He turned around, trying to find if he had blight again. "Am I blight???" He turned to me with eyes engulfed by fear.
"You??" He asked as he took a few steps back. I nodded sadly. He went closer to me and was going to place his hand on my shoulder, but I quickly stepped back.
"No...You'll get infected. Just leave me here for now..." He nodded and left the room. After a few seconds, the blight stung me again. It was more painful than before.
Blue Yato entered the room and smiled at me.
"What did they say?" I asked, trying to hide the feelings I felt when Yukine realized my state.
"They didn't tell me anything, but luckily I heard them say it was still curable."
"Oh." After saying that, silence filled the room, between the both of us.
"Can I ask you something?" I started the conversation.
"Ask away."
"You said a half phantom had never been blight, but I had blight once. When I carried Yato--I mean you, I got blight."
"Yes. And?"
"Well, Kofuku made me bathe in her house with water from her garden that made the blight disappear, would that work again? Maybe that's what they meant by it's curable." There was a proud smile that grew on his face.
"I'm not a hundred percent sure, but let's see if that'll work." He said and he suddenly grabbed my hand and pulled me down stairs, excited to tell everyone an idea.
